Usually prompt service at the counter, though every so often the line is long. When customers stack up, management usually steps in to open a new station. Always pleasant employees.

My package is missing and the pick up location was this post office. Now im getting notices its delayed and cannot be tracked. Thats a problem.

Wonderful staff overall.

I had a package to be delivered for Christmas and it was not delivered. The counter associate Paulina did not care where it was at. And today a customer in front of me had the same issue and she gave the same answer. This post office needs retraining for its workers and it starts from the TOP. I really appreciate the Claymont branch associates . Undercover Boss needs to make a visit.

Yes they are friendly and ...well thats where that ends. I would say they provide good customer service or that they were helpful but to do that the associate who assisted me would have to actually have done that. He was VERY courteous. He even did what the other post office didnt, looked at the tracking number I had and found I was missing a number. However when he printed his sheet out didnt read it correctly or he would have seen that my package was brought to HIS post office that morning and not sent me BACK to the post office I just came from. I had to wait at my former residence like some damn stalker till the postal worker arrived and hope no one called the cops on me. Tomorrow I have to do it again for the rest of my package. Not looking forward to it. I just really dont like USPS right now. I can say they are usually better than edgemore tho they arent picking up the phone right now.

Friendly service and well stocked. Other than that, a typical small town post office. Recommended upgrade: actual parking spots in front of the office on Philadelphia Pike

I just hung up the phone after being on hold for 72 MINUTES! They warned me they had a high volume of calls but said the wait would be no more than an hour and 3 minutes! That is totally unacceptable! Especially when you are trying to do business! Hire more people if you have to but for no one to pick up the phone after 72 minutes?! UGh.

I was expecting an express package to be delivered on a Sat at 12pm. It didnt come, but thats okay, things happen. I got a slip to pickup on a Monday. I went to pick up that same day and was told even though I have a slip, I need to wait another day because it doesnt mean the package is there. Why tf would you put anything in my box before having the package? How am I supposed to know? Why waste my time twice?

Horrible horrible horrible bad staff always sending wrong mail, cant reach anyone by phone staff is nasty when you there. I dont think anyone there understands how to do the job. Never gets the mail to the right always issue SHUT THEM DOWN!

THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE. THEY LOSE MAIL AND THE STAFF AT THE FRONT RECEPTION AREA ARE VERY NASTY.WILL GO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE IN THE FUTURE.IF I COULD GIVE THIS POST OFFICE A ZERO I WOULD.ALSO I HOPE THE POST OFFICE GO PRIVATE AND DOES AWAY WITH PENSIONS AND ALL THE OTHER PERKS THESE LAZY PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE GET.ALSO THE GUY WITH THE DREADS IS SUCH A CREEP .

We Love this Post Office! The employees are on the ball! Fast, courteous and friendly.

They sent a piece of mail down to Maryland and the mail was supposed to be delivered here in DE. I put it in the mailbox November 1st and it didnt reach its destination until November 15th. When I asked what happened they couldnt give me a straight answer.

Whenever I needed to use the post office the workers were very friendly and helpful.
