UPDATE!!! COIT sent someone out to touch up the paint that the original crew had damaged. Thanks for making it right COIT! Their arrival was delayed which prompted me to call the office because I was told to expect them at 9am. Granted they were still within the arrival window but apparently the crew had an equipment malfunction and did not call in to the main office. The crew was pleasant and professional. My one MAJOR COMPLAINT is that the crew only had 2 corner guards when 4 were needed. A lot of paint was stripped off my newly professionally painted walls and trim which will cost me additional $ to repair. The crew should be given more than 2 corner guards. Pleased with the service but NOT PLEASED with the damage from the hose scraping against my walls and trim. Wish this site allowed photo uploads.

They did a great job cleaning the carpets at our facility. They were easy to work with and Jane was great to work with as well. I feel they did a much better job than our previous cleaners, we will be using Coit for all our cleaning needs in the future.

These guys are fantastic! My dogs have destroyed my carpet and left their own scent in my home... COIT came and gave me that fresh smell and carpet look back! I will always go with this company! Love it!

Let me first start by saying, if you want some cleaning done GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place isn’t worth the headache. I scheduled a cleaning for my sofa, I should have known things were going to go bad when it took the guys 10min to park the van (Never seen anything like it). I had to leave my house to move my car so we could get this process over with. Once in my house 1 of the guys just stood there looking at me with the paper in his hand, I asked what he needed from me and he looked at me like I was speaking another language. Once we finally figured out he was there to do his job, the other man came in ready to start setting up. I was waiting in the kitchen while they setup and proceeded to clean my sofa. I heard a loud noise and looked in the living room but everything looked normal. I walked over to find out there was a puddle of water on my floor. The guy grabbed a towel to try to soak it up. Once finish they left (sounds like the perfect ending to a good cleaning) ... I received a knock on the door a few moments later and it’s the cleaning guy asking to use the restroom. While moving boxes out the way to get to the bathroom, I realized it was some things misplaced and my carpet was soaked (they came to clean the sofa)... when the guy came out the bathroom I asked him why his coworker threw my clothes in the corner and why is everything soaked. He was about as surprised as I was so he went to speak with the coworker outside, an argument occurred in front of my house with the 2 workers then the guy came back in to try to soak up the water and solution. I would like to say this made me happy but no it didn’t, my bible (Grandmom’s bible that passed away), clothing, carpet was all soaked and tossed to the side like I wouldn’t realize it. Although I appreciate the one good worker this company may have for trying to help correct the issue, I do not understand for the life of me how they would allow someone to operate that type of Vehicle high. This man was visibly high on the job and thought it was ok to come to someone’s house and try to perform a job. I called this company, and for some odd reason I am still waiting on a call back when I was promised a call by the end of the week. Today is now Sunday and I was promised a call by the end of last week when all this craziness took place in my house. Also, this happened on a Thursday so I’m surprised it actually even took my sofa until Sunday to dry and looking at it the stains are still in the sofa (I attached photos). There are better company’s out there that I’m sure would provide you with drug free workers that do not destroy your personal property.

This company is very great, whenever I need my carpet cleaned they come to the rescue. It is always spotless and saves me and my husband the time of vacuuming and shampooing our self. The customer service is fantastic everything I asked the gentlemen, they gave thorough answers and was very confident into what they were doing. I will always call this company when I want sparkling clean carpet ! Thank you !

Purchased the Living Social deal for Air Duct vents cleaning. Was completely unaware that there was a $50 charge for the sanitation mist that goes into the air duct system until after it had been done. Also had to make sure that some of the screws were retightened when the tech put the vent cover back on some of the duct vents. Other than that I was pleased.

Overall good experience. I used Coit when I lived in Florida and I recently moved to Maryland and was so happy to see a Coit location near. I immediately called to have my carpets cleaned. Had my carpets and dryer vent cleaned, Coit did a amazing job carpets look brand new and dryer vent was really bad with the build up of lint. I had my dryer vent cleaned as well Coit did amazing job with removing the lint. I highly recommend Coit

I enjoy the visits from family during the holidays and all the love we give and receive BUT it’s no fun when I notice a piece of furniture is ruined with stains. Seeing ink or marker or whatever it was on my ottoman ruined my day. I was so upset until my coworker told me that those marks wouldn’t be anything Coit could handle. After trying to clean it myself, I only made it worse.When I made the call to have someone come out and take a look, they gave me excellent and timely service. The work they did to clean my furniture turned my week around, and they will forever have a customer in me.

My Basement had Flooded, I had 3 Quotes Before I contacted COIT Restoration about the problems I was having with my basement flooded out, i had water and mold damage everywhere, My sump pump had frozen and would not collect any water so that means the water had nowhere to go, Because of the size of my basement I new I needed another sump pump in my basement. Wow Mr. Coit came to my home looked at the problems I was having, We talked about everything I’m going to need to fix this problem so it won’t happen again, He gave me a better quote then the other 3 Quotes I received from the other contractors, He made me feel comfortable about everything, Everything was explained in detail with nothing left out, He sent his team they plastered what needed plastered and they went to work, I agreed to the quote and the contract and I signed what I had to be signed in the beginning and I signed at the end the final payment I signed again with a smile on my face with a job well done. Thanks Mr. Coit Restoration if ever i needed Coit Restoration again they would be the first I would call for water damage in my basement, Coit Restoration Team removed all the Mold and removed all the bad drywall and replaced it with new drywall. Everything looks great. I would recommend Coit Restoration Thank You.

I made an appointment for them to come to house. Waited in the time frame they provided and no one showed up or called.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Coit in Wilmington, DE. The technician was coming to clean my sofa. My appointment slot said they would arrive between 8-9 AM. He did not arrive until 9:30 AM, at which point he said he did not realize the sofa would be in an enclosed space. I doubt this was the case, as my address was clearly at an apartment complex with my apartment number listed. He said he needed to leave to go get more equipment and would be back in 15-20 minutes. He arrived back almost an hour later and began the job at 10:45 AM! I leave for work at noon and made him aware of this, pointing out the time my appointment was supposed to begin, and he advised me he would move as fast as possible. The job was completed just before 1 PM. Not only did this delay cause me to be an hour and a half late to work, he also blew out half of the fuses/outlets in my apartment and left puddles of water on my floor. I checked my home security camera and saw the floor did not dry until almost 5 PM. The sofa appears to be clean now, however it was still quite wet in many places once the job was done and the Coit technician had left. I am quite displeased and disheartened with this experience, and am yet to receive any contact in regards to it. I called corporate and spoke with a manager who advised I would receive a call back and I never received one. Please make this right.
