We rented a car for 10 days from Avis, and our experience was perfect! Nicole at Avis explained everything well, and provided us with exactly the car we needed for our road trip. Theres not an after hours option to return your car, so be prepared to return it during normal business hours.

I wish I could give 0 stars but no chance. I could not replace the car for another since the engine light was on. They said take to Good Year for oil change they didnt know how to charge Avis even when they called the 800 number it would get disconnected.. the car was over by 2,180 miles over so i had to go to Walmart and they couldnt remove the filter so it was rejected. I then had to go across the Street at Valvaline Quick change and charged $94 dollars. I had to have it changed because i had another trip of over 300 miles. Avis your service is beyond words. You cost me money and time do you know FY???

Very Bad service and dishonest people. I specifically called to ask whether they would rent to a 24 yr. old. They said they would but when my son called. They said he had to be 25 yrs old and all they had was a mini van. The person I talked to over the phone was very rude.

Called to rent a car and was told first come first served. The lady said that I could use my debit card because it was attached to my checking account at my bank. Get there and she tells me something different. Honest goes a long way. Engine went out on my car and needed something ASAP. Will not call them again.

The staff here have always been helpful to me. They let me pick which car I want sometimes, which is great since I prefer not to drive domestic. The pickup and drop off process is usually pretty quick. I just wish they had a location closer to the center of town.

They are the BEST CAR RENTAL IN CLARKSVILLE. DOWN TO EARTH FRIENDLY FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. I want rent from anyone but AVIS IN CLARKSVILLE.

They decided to all of the sudden close and change our reservations then charge more for one day than the whole week. Never again
