Tom Henry has always prepared my taxes since I moved to Clarksville and he has been awesome. He is never too busy to answer any questions I have. The support staff is awesome too. Tina is always available, friendly and professional whenever I have called or gone into the office. This firm is excellent and I highly recommend their services.

I unfortunately had a very bad experience with Stone, Rudolph & Henry PLC. They were very incommunicative and made many errors in the initial tax return that they sent me. They did not send me a quote even though I asked multiple times. They also forgot to include several tax forms I sent them even though I sent a full checklist of all the tax forms they needed to include in the return. They did not ask basic questions to me that would have saved me a lot of time when I was reviewing their documents and fixing all of their mistakes. I would not recommend this company. I ended up having to do a lot more work than expected and still paid them a lot of money.

David Fitch did my taxes for me this year and he was amazing!!! Any questions I had he was happy to answer and beyond helpful. I will only be coming back here! Everyone there was very professional and kind. I highly recommend!

Im a business owner and active duty military member. I was hoping Stone Rudolph and Henry could help me with my business taxes/accounting. What I got was an absolute mess in which I was expected to keep reminding the CPA to send me things and ask where paperwork was. This isnt even due to COVID-19 because I started these taxes in December and I just got them done now in June. I got no guidance, no help, no explanation to things, and I had to ask to be handed an invoice to pay for the services. If you want to have to babysit your CPA and treat them like a PFC so that theyll do their job theyre paid to do than this place is for you. If you need good accountants who want to help you and get the job done run far far away.

We were usually paying $300+ for our returns.Called these guys, they said we dont know how much it will cost, but we cant do it for less than $275.My wife said, no thanks, we found a place that can do it for $200.They called back an hour later and said you caught us off guard when you said you found someone for $200. We can do it for that much, we have an appt at 3:00pm.Nope. Sorry. How many people have you been dishonest with to squeeze every last penny out of. Or if you are that cheap, go with that, it would give you a lot more business if you are honest with people.Dont recommend.We went with Franklin Luppe in Pleasant View. Thorough, fair, and honest.$200 bucks.
