Really appreciate Marshall Reddicks team in helping fix up, list and rent my rental property. They did a fantastic job, the process was smooth and they were able to coordinate contractors to make sure the property was in good shape. Highly recommend them!

*Update*We found a house on Zillow. Called the agent and saw it. Im military and my fiancé is in college. We can cover bills just fine so she doesnt work and concentrates on school. With that being said, I saw a house and liked it. We wanted to apply so I asked all the normal questions and made it know that I have a rental property myself back in Atlanta and that my lady does not work. We also told the agent as well as the girl in the office that we are on a time crunch. The Army waits for nothing. . We applied before lunch and they wasted an entire day of our time and $35 EACH for a application fee.. For them to tell us that they wont approve us because she doesnt work.The young lady in the office told me there was nothing she could do. I text her back and asked if there was any way I could just apply alone. She never replied. So I left a 1 star review. She then called and offered me a refund on the application fees. Saying it was a misunderstanding. I, of course, accepted the refund. That same thing lady who I spoke with before called me again to ensure the refunds went through. Which happened today thankfully. So Im updating the review to 3 stars since I told them Id update.

Sherri Kelly has gone above and beyond helping us find a rental home with Marshall Reddick. When we are ready to purchase a home we will definitely get with Sherri to help us with that, as well. Brittani did a wonderful job during the application process keeping us updated on where we are in the process.

Marshall Reddeck takes care of our property in Clarksville Tennessee and I trust them more than I trust myself! We had formally had our property managed with a local firm, and though the staff of this firm did their best, the laissez-faire attitude of ownership meant that things constantly Celso the cracks and we did not have good service, good quality tenants, and paid a lot of money and time and renter turn around.I emailed the team at Marshall Reddick today to tell them I felt like we died and went to heaven by having them manage our property. Need more companies like Marshal Reddick in the Clarksville TN area. They were very prompt and straightforward. Any issues that came up was handled immediately. I was in dire need of a place after searching for 6 months and they delivered within a day and a half. I am so thankful for this company. Being a Clarksville native and a long term taxpayer it meant alot!!

Waste of money. Dont bother applying. If youre in a single income household do not apply. They require all applicants 18+ to make 2.5 times the amount of rent each month. They dont inform you of that until youve already spent $70 to apply. So they just scammed you out of money you couldve used getting a house somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars i would these people are con artists!! This house was wrecked when we got it and we had to deep clean the whole thing just to move in. The counters were busted the paint was awful the doors were duct taped to the hinges and painted over to hide it. We went all summer with no air and all winter with no heat b4 we realized the foil ducts were not even connected to the vents so we froze most of the time. There werent screens on half the windows when we moved in and I was penalized for them not being there with our final move out walk through . These people used our entire deposit to fix things that had nothing to do with us just to up the rent to almost 800 dollars!!! They used our money to fix the house so they could profit!! Despicable we earned that money and accepted a busted house and left it top notch compared to how we found and and they still found a way to take our whole deposit down to the last penny for things that werent our responsibility! Not to mention their online portal multiple times wouldnt let us log in so we were charged late fee on top of late fee once again not our fault your website was incompetent! And also the dangers of electrical outlets in that home was horrendous and I would 100% NEVER reccomend them again they have ruined the trust in a home company for everyone I rent from after this . What a crime to rob tenants of their hard earned money to fix things in their house that we didnt damage for their own benefit absolutely pitiful. We slaved for 5 days scrubbing every wall with sponges untill our hands cracked to avoid loosing our deposits because we knew what kind of people they only to be charged for a professional cleaner to come in and get paid and get credit for all the cleaning that we did !! Their hygiene and cleanliness of homes is revolting. There were bugs laying everywhere where were the professional cleaners when we moved in? This is long but I advise you to be careful of renting from Marshall Reddick they are thieves and con artists!!
