These guys are Outstanding! High speed & low drag. Very courteous & professional. They were extremely careful not to damage anything & go out of their way to please their customer. I was impressed with their performance.

Never called. Never showed up! We moved from out of state only to get here and have no one to help us unload our truck. We had to stay at a motel because we have NOTHING in our new house!! Called them over and over again only to get voicemail, left one message and it was full. Left an email as well and of course no one got back to us.Save yourself some trouble and find a more reliable moving company.

No show and did not even have the common courtesy to call and let us know. They would not answer numerous calls or texts and eventually turned their phone off. They also no showed on the Uhaul reservation they made and the Uhaul business told us this moving company had two previous no shows on other customers in the past in our area of Muhlenberg County, KY. We have used this moving company two times previously over the past few years and booked them this weekend to move our business to our new location. They really caused us a hardship but thankfully we were able to get a great local mover, Josh Wright from R and R Moving to save the day!

Loved working with this company. We were moving back to Ft. Campbell and needed household goods moved from storage to the house. We had a few changes along the way and they were very understanding. They sent 3 guys and a 26 truck and arrived on time and worked diligently until it was done. They didnt waste time and were very courteous and professional yet down to earth and personable. I would gladly use this company again and highly recommend them.

I used this company for a move out of state. They did a great job. Really nice and polite guys, very helpful. They were willing to a do a move (that required a long drive) in one day. Everything arrived safely and in good condition. I would use this company again!

This was the first time my husband and I moved without government assistance (military) & I must say this was the best experience by far! The crew that moved us were on time, very careful with all of our furniture, and made sure they asked us where we specifically wanted items to be placed in our new home. Over all very professional with reasonable prices. In the future I know who to call and recommend to friends.

The movers were very professional and quick. They ensured all my belongs were wrapped in protective padding and were very careful with them. I will definitely use them again next time I move and I highly recommend them to anyone who is moving. Couldnt have done the move without them and the price was great.

I put out an SOS call to help my husband unload a 20 uhaul. The owner showed up within an hour with another body and had the remaining 3/4 of the truck done in 1.5 hours. Nearly all of the truck had to go upstairs. He was upfront about the hourly rate and what his minimum charge was. It was well worth it.

I had stuff moved from our storage unit to our new house and lighthouse moving was very accommodating! I needed it done on a saturday, and I also asked last minute to change the time a little, it was no problem they said! Super friendly and very affordable! I highly recommend this company!

These guys are amazing. I had to relocate for work (Paducah to Chicago) and my original movers cancelled on me. I contacted Lighthouse within 48 hours of my move date and they made it happen. Very professional, extremely careful, fast, and an unreal rate. Look no further and support your local business on this one.

With the great reviews I thought this was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, once they knew I was reliant on them, they were hours late, took time I was paying them for to go to the gas station for drinks (I had already told them I had the same thing in the fridge for them). Then when my dresser was damaged one gave me a slip with a quick note when they would be back to attempt a repair and determine the next step before promptly ghosting me. Never showed and the owner refuses to answer or return a call from my number. Its been four months now.

This company went above and beyond to help us during our move! We were moving to a city where there were no moving services and they were able to follow us all the way there and help us unload our U-Haul. We are so greatful for their help and would recommend them to anyone in the Nashville/ Clarksville/Bowling Green area.

These guys were VERY professional. Showed up EARLY. Worked VERY hard for 4 hours, only stopping for like, 1 smoke break. Friendly, no vulgarity. Just plain awesome service!

Overall, the experience was decent. However- there are a few complaints. The movers showed up 30 minutes late. They did not stack the truck good at all. While moving items in the truck, they accidentally broke our dresser. I completely understand that accidents happen-however- it is difficult to accept when it is a brand new bedroom suite (dresser was easily $800). Also, due to the truck not being stacked well, one of our lamps broke during the move as well.

These movers are not only priced for the market, but are a first class moving company. I booked last minute, had elevator problems, and they had to drive an hour from Clarksville into Nashville to move me. They handled each situation with understanding and moved a three bedroom apartment on the 5th floor in an hour and half. Great company.

Quick, efficient, reasonably priced, sent a full crew without me asking, did not damage my furniture, paused billing when they stopped to get gas and change out a crew member. Highly recommended.

I dont know why this company is rated so highly on Google. Recently, we moved to Tennessee, and we used Uhaul as our moving service. In case youre not familiar, UHAUL uses a third party affiliate through their site (movinghelp.com) to connect you with movers. These movers have ratings and price quotes associated with their profiles on the site. Lighthouse is decently rated on there, which is bizarre based on my experience.Clarksville, Tennessee does not have many moving companies listed, which is surprising considering its a huge military town. My recommendation is to go through Nashvilles moving companies instead.This is how my experience with Lighthouse Moving went:Made contact with the company a couple days prior to moving (I initiated the call). First and foremost, the owner does not have a voicemail that is capable of receiving messages. His is full. Good luck trying to get in touch with him. All seemed well after I spoke with him, however, and we decided on a time to start the move - 10 a.m. - We only needed our large items to be unloaded and taken up a flight of stairs.Now the day has arrived, and its 10:10. No movers. I try to call the owner and nobody picks up. I figured I should try to text. Ask if hes on his way, and he said that he was trying to get a replacement guy to help him help us because he had a no show earlier.Keep in mind that he didnt think it was important to tell us prior to 10 that he was having issues. I prompted all communication.I asked him for a time estimate, and he responded 30-45 minutes. Im not sure what time he actually got here, but I think it was around 11:20 (an hour and some change after our appointment).He arrives with just himself and a dolly. He keeps trying to contact this friend who is supposed to be helping him. His friend never shows.The owner attempts to unload our truck with just himself and a dolly. Im sorry, but Im not going to pay you nearly $100/hr to have our help to unload.Basically we do more waiting around and then just decide to dismiss this guy. He had both wasted our time and efforts, and then as a result, we had to book someone last minute to unload our truck (took another hour for us to make calls and find someone).I dont know if he was just having a bad day or what, but based on some of the reviews I have read, its really hit and miss. He could have at least communicated with us to tell us in advance he was having issues or that he couldnt make it.Pay a bit more and go with a more reputable company.PRO-TIME MOVERS showed up last minute, quickly moved our belongings, were polite, professional, and affordable. Choose them instead.

I wish I could give these guys a half star and not even a full star. First off Ive been trying to reach them for the past two weeks regarding my move that was done on the 28th of October they refuse to return any of my calls or messages Ive sent on their site. This move was schedule 3 weeks in advance, I requested 3 men and a 26 foot truck. The company never called to confirmed the day before the move like he told me he would. I tried calling several times the day before and the morning of the move which was suppose to be 8:00. When they company did come 1 hour late they showed up in a tiny u-haul truck with 2 guys...I was left in a horrible bind trying to find another moving company for a same day move, I had no choice but to use them... My 4 hour move ended up taking 6 hours and then half my furniture was placed in the garage at my new place because the guys said my LOVESEAT would not fit up the stairs. Very disappointed in the professionalism of this company BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
