Great place to rent a bounce house! We rented the 18 foot double slide for $250 they showed up at 8 am and had it all set up in no time and came back at 7 pm to collect it. We had 11 hours of amazing family fun. When I called to set up to rent on short notice the lady I spoke with was kind and understanding. Definitely will be renting from them again!

We had such a great experience with this company. Everything was super easy. They came over an hour before our party started and set up the bouncy house. We will definitely be using them again.

I rented a Spider-Man bounce house for my daughters birthday and was so impressed with the complete experience (from reserving the bounce house to pick-up) that we decided to use them again for another even later in the month. Everyone was extremely kind and courteous and super easy to work with. I had lots of questions and Melissa was very patient with me and took the time to answer everything I asked. The prices are phenomenal and both times we rented, the units were very clean and well maintained. The delivery and clean up crews were very nice and super quick. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!!

We rented the trackless train for both of our childrens Christmas parties at work. I rented them for an hour each day. On the 1st day we still had folks coming in past the hour mark so the train operator agreed to stay another 1/2 hour. They did not have another engagement so they were glad to help us out. They were early to set up and ready and waiting early for our kids to all show up. Paying for the train was easy. I would definitely use their services again.

I called and reserved a bounce house 2 weeks in advance. The time happened to change before the party so I called the Friday before to let them know that the party time changed to 2pm instead of 12pm. They said it was no problem they start loading up from the warehouse early in the morning and would call me when they were on their way. I didnt receive a call when they came out. They dropped the bounce house off around 9:30 am. At 3:00 pm 1 hour after the party had started 2 men came and started taking down the bounce house. I did not receive a call that they were coming to pick it up. They also DID NOT EVEN LOOK TO SEE IF CHILDREN WERE INSIDE BEFORE TRYING TO TAKE THE BOUNCE HOUSE DOWN!!! I told them that the party started at 2 and I was very confused why I paid $250.00 for a bounce house for only 1 hour. One of the men started to argue with me that the paper said the party started at 1 and we said it didnt matter when they came and got it. There is no way on Gods green earth I would pay $250.00 for having a bounce house for 1 hour. I asked them to come back later. We called the company and a lady checked my paperwork said she didnt tell them the party started at 1pm and they would be back after 4. They came back at 3:48 and walked to the back of my house at exactly 4pm and took the house. I will never use them again. From the lack of safety by trying to take down the house with children in it, to the disrespect and unprofessionalism, not to mention the outrageous cost for only 2 hours is more than enough for me to take my business else where.

This company was so easy to work with during the Holiday season. We were able to stick to budget for our Fundraiser. Staff was super friendly and bounce houses were very clean and safe in condition. I couldnt imagine using another company. Thank you so much for making our event a success.

The worst place to rent a bouncy house from. A company who ripe their customers off... Melissa who answers the phone have a smart mouth with no customer service... Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be an amazing time with family.
