Wish I could have left a good review. As a local business owner I like supporting other local businesses but unfortunately we had a bad experience. I hope that they are able to figure out how to give accurate time frames and not keep changing the day of completion. I had to reach out to get information on my order multiple times due to the lack of communication. They did on the bright side give me a full refund.

** AWESOME • AMAZING • INCREDIBLE • MARVELOUS • STUNNING **Ms. Bowles was just wonderful to work with, and did a stellar job on a not so easy project. The not so easy part exclusively being caused by myself. I submitted my own art file for her to work with, which unfortunately was in an unrecognizable format to any kind of embroidery hardware/software equipment on the market. It was really important to me to have the finished product be the artwork I had created. Ms. Bowles took the time to research how she could convert my file format to that required by the embroidery equipment. She did all of this so that I could get the finished product I wanted without having the more costly approach to achieve it.... and for that I AM TRULY GRATEFUL!!!As an additional note to her expertise; I tried to stay away from making any of my type too small... but it was pretty darn tiny, yet the stitching looks amazing across the board!I will definitely be using Sew What for my future projects and recommend you do the same.

I went there to purchase my kiddos some things for school. After explaining three times what I was looking for, they all looked at one another, as if they had no clue what I was speaking upon. Finally, someone answers to let me know I was in the correct place. I go in and theres a line. Ok no worries. Im standing in line annnnd another lady cuts line in front of me. I clearly stated hey, you just cut line and the workers there, well to be correct, one worker seen what happened and didnt bother to correct the situation. So needless to say, I felt offended and left. I can definitely take my money else where. Where a company will actually have standards and do whats right, when they see one of their potential customers being mistreated. By the way, it was my first time in the establishment. What a GREAT first impression!

I dropped some stockings off to be embroidered, they took forever and continued to tell me they will be ready this day. Then when I called said they will be ready this day. Finally when I get them, they are not even sized evenly. I had a embroider who came highly recommended who I could have gone to, instead I chose this company thinking it might be a better fit. I was wrong. You don’t always get better quality with a higher price.

She does awesome work and has nice clothes.

They are extremely friendly and if you want something that is not in the store they will work to show you examples and try to get you what you would like personally made for yourself or your little one. I recommend going to see them.

We had some hats and a jacket done. Very helpful in picking out the right colors and our hats look awesome.
