I checked in today from Houston, Texas. Although my stay is not over, let me share why I am giving 4 Stars at this time. I am in town for a week and had a few issues in my room. Was dealing with it all evening and around 11:00pm decided to mention it using the app. IMMEDIATELY Mr. Ronny responded to my message and moved my room to accommodate me. When I saw him I remembered him when I checked in. He had a warm greeting for me as soon as I walked in. Customer service can make or break a business. To see him at 3:00pm with amazing energy and to see him again at 11:00pm with that same energy was awesome! Thank you Mr. Ronny for my warm welcome and for accommodating me. My Husband and I are always in Nashville and Clarksville for Ministry as he’s a Pastor and I minister as well. We have yet to find a Hotel we can call home while we visit. Well, we have found it. This establishment will always get our business while in town. Thank you.

Ive stayed here a few times over the years. The staff is always nice, friendly and helpful. I have a pup and there is plenty of green space to walk him around. Everything is clean and convenient. Close to a lot of stores, restaurants, and a couple of cool distilleries. Good solid location to stay. Ill go back.

Everyone was very nice and professional. During the day, Katherine was extremely helpful and the housekeepers were all very accommodating for whatever we needed. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfy! I highly recommend staying here. Thanks to everyone even if I didnt mention you by name, you were superb!

Room 415 was very large, outdated suite with furniture that was really worn and torn. Odd window treatments extending full length of wall. Floor was tacky. Room smelled musty. Bedding had a lot of short and long hairs. Appeared to have been slept in. Wrinkly half made beds. Water in ice bucket. Wallpaper peeling off. Entry light(s) didnt work. TV was unplugged. My wife and I remade both beds with clean (poorly folded/wrinkled, worn out) sheets. Towels were scratchy and worn/fraying. This place needs an overhaul. Marriott should be ashamed to have this particular Courtyard in their collection. One positive... the beds were comfortable. Two luggage carts available when we arrived at 8p. None were available at 530a when we were leaving. Lobby/elevator reeked of cigarette smoke (assuming by two guests).

I forgot my rings on the counter of my room and they were so kind as to mail them back to me when I called them asking if they had found them since they had tremendous sentimental value. I appreciate the staff so much for doing this!

Sean Craft is excellent manager he treated US perfect. Had 2 staff members that made it enjoyable . Ruddie and Valencia both of their dispositions are excellent. Both were very friendly and asked us about how we were and how things were going. I would recommend both of them for raises or promotions. I really wish everyone was like these 3. Had a great stay.

Ive stayed here many times and the staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. My current stay my sheets had stains on them and I did complain but nothing happened. Next morning I had no hot water to shower and decided to wash hair in sink as I was on a tight schedule. Pictures attached show that when I turned on the water was brown. Also when I tried to take a shower, I noticed hair in the shower as well. I was completely grossed out. Again, staff does not care and not helpful at all, so thought posting about the issues would raise some awareness to corporate.

Worst Marriott property stay ever. Slow check in, plumbing issues, worn fixtures, burned out light bulbs, one cup of coffee to share, no glasses, brown stain on side chair, missing sheets, tiny worn out bath towels, only two bath towels, empty bath tissue box, etc.

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern, friendly staff. Close to many restaurants.

We were charged room rate that includes breakfast but provided none, There was no apology and customer service in general is awful. They also had billing errors that are yet to be rectified

My girlfriend and I had a really rough New Year’s Eve and we checked in around 4:30 AM. While I was looking for my phone in the morning, I met Ronnie at the front desk when he asked if I had lost my phone. This guy is exactly who you want to greet the guests as they came in. He was so kind and extremely helpful and just all around a great guy. Definitely saved our day and it shows the kind of customer service they provide here.

We had a great time at this hotel, the staff is very friendly we were there last week and wow, we were blown away by their professionalism, customer service and quality of hotel. Hallways are very clean, hotel smells good and the room was very clean, We could tell that it was sanitized and spot checked, if youre in the area....We highly recommend this hotel as its also right in the middle of restaurants, so you can even walk to the mall, restaurants and shopping centers. Thank you specially front desk guy :)

The Courtyard By Marriott hotel in Clarksville, Tennessee is one of nicer hotels in the area. Easy access from most directions, which is good in this area. The traffic congestion can be a nightmare.

We checked in to find our room was very cool and looked comfortable, so we left to let the kids swim in the pool; one of the reasons we choose this hotel while traveling with our grandkids. The pool has a sign on it that states one family at a time due to COVID. We waited and waited, but the kids were anxious, so we went in and stayed on the opposite side of the pool area in the hot tub. The children that were in the pool eventually left when an adult male, who obviously worked at the hotel, came and got them. The pool was filthy green water, and the open door to the chemical/storage room is a health hazard. Upon our return we found the air conditioner in our room was malfunctioning and all of the carpet on that side of the room was wet. No wonder they had tied a knot in the curtains to keep it off the carpet! This is the second Marriott property we stayed at this week, and it will be the last. Marriott Rewards Member.

The stay was comfortable and when my friend and I checked in the man at the desk was very professional and polite, we rented a time to go swim in the pool . Later that night we went to go swim but there was a large family in there so I went to the front desk and the women told us that she already gave the family our hour and that we had to come back later . So we came back later and the pool water was almost white full of hair products and there were small black hairs floating all in the pool . They didn’t check the water or even clean before we came in . Very unsatisfactory experience with the pool . Disgusting

The person who checked me in was awesome. Went above and beyond for service when the room I booked down the street didnt have a room for me. I have had several good experiences with Marriott recently. This visit was above and beyond

Room was very nice and clean, as well as the pool area. Breakfast was a little awkward different than other hotels although covid may be a factor in that. Fire alarm kept going off periodically throughout the night im sure thats not the norm though. Nice enough place but definitely not worth the extra $50 or $60 as compared with other hotels at this level.

Front desk is nice, hotel is poor considering its a 3 star hotel, would rather stay in any 2 star around here any day. Bathroom smells moldy, k-cup packets in room were old and hard, and we were not aware that the pool was closed as it was not listed online. Also overpriced breakfast might as well stay somewhere with free breakfast. If your traveling with kids go elsewhere!

Stayed at Fairfield Inn previously for $71.00 night.Stayed at Courtyard Marriot and paid $111.00 (both senior discounts). The Marriott experience was soooo disappointing. Filthy bathroom, tv did not have but few channels, comforter on bed when turned down stained. Tried to be moved, but (no rooms available)...DONT stay there. Horrible and such a wonderful experience at Fairfield Inn and suites for $71/night.

This place is awful. They overbooked and gave us a room with no electricity. The manager was supposed to call us to discuss the issue and never did. Do no stay at this hotel. Go to Town Place Suites across the street.

Doing great. Especially since covid has changed how everyone is doing business. They at least are trying to make it a normal hotel stay. Cleaned well and maintained. Staff was helpful and professional.

BEWARE::: They do not serve complimentary coffee in the morning unless you buy their breakfast, which does not open until 5:30. Most expensive cup of coffee I’ve ever purchased. I’m sure the manager will say there is a single serve Keureg in the room, who knows if it is clean on the inside and there were plastic cups for HOT coffee in the room.

I was very pleased with my stay! The staff were all wearing masks due to Covid restrictions. My room was very clean and smelled amazing. The made to order breakfast was delicious. I will stay here again in the future.

I want to send out a very big thank you to Sean craft.he was so kind. We accidentally left my daughters wedding dress in the closet. Stayed here for a few days while in Clarksville. We were not disappointed at all. The rooms, bathrooms, lobby, and grounds were very clean. My family had several rooms throughout the hotel, and no one was disappointed. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was simplybecause our air did not work properly, and the iron was leaking. I am confident they would have moved us, but we did not want to move our luggage again. Ms.Jody had great customer service and was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

If I was to rate it on how room was when we arrived it would be 1 star. Staff was responsive and they got the room cleaned right away. Of note the pull out in the king room which we expected to be a double was a single.

No laundry bag, bee in room, stink bug in room

I gave five stars because I really feel I got the value for what I paid for this room. It is not exactly squeaky clean, but the room was very comfortable. I really dug the setup and atmosphere. The shower left a lot to be desired, but the bed was super comfy. The hotel also has a bar and outdoor seating area which were an unexpected bonus. This hotel is an excellent choice for the cost. I would definitely stay here again.

For the price of the rooms why cant you have microwaves? No the one in the lobby dont count, Was in town for 5 days and moved After 2 nights, due to this inconvenience. Clean hotel though. Expected more for the price we paid .

After a Brief Hold of over 10 minutes, I was hung up on. Called back, same thing. Other choices......

Sheets and blanket had stains on them, there was hair on one of the towels and an old sock in the couch. Front desk could have been more friendly but housekeeping definitely needs to be retrained

Negative: I paid for the pool and the hot tub and they were both closed. There were male toenail clippings. There was no microwave. Satellite quit an elevator went out. Did not have complimentary breakfast

Wonderful beds!! Great staff. We will stay again. The only thing...wish they would offer free breakfast as many other hotels do. The cost of hotel was higher than most in Clarksville and most others offered free breakfast. But I would not give up bed comfort for free food!!!

Terry was AMAZING as soon as we were checking in. Her smile and upbeat personality is extremely contagious and I would stay here again just to see her! The suite was big and very clean. Beds were very comfy. The hot tub wasn’t working so we were a bit sad for that but everything else made up for it.

The hotel has been so nice and kind! The room is nice but no mircowave but it has a small refrigerator.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are modern but cozy. The lighting choices are nice and more than one gets in most hotel rooms. The fitness center was nice and had two treadmills and an eliptical with large windows. The laundry room was good too. We used it once.

I’m so impressed! They were extremely accommodating to our large group of about 30 people. Breakfast was delicious and made with love.

Loved the king suite. Huge room, super comfortable bed. Clean, nice furniture/decor. Loved everything about it ! Stayed for our anniversary and cant wait to come back

The property and staff were very nice. We purchased breakfast in the morning and it was very good. The only downside is that the room description for a king bed and sofa sleeper said it could sleep 4 adults. However, the sofa sleeper could only sleep one person when we arrived, so one person had to sleep on the floor. Just be aware of this. Otherwise, great property!

A very pleasing experience is waiting for you. Dont overlook Courtyard by Marriott in Clarksville, Tennessee. Centrally located, comfortable, modern and updated decor will make your stay great. Staff will make you feel welcome. They even taught us how to use UBER services. The scenery in the courtyard is relaxing and PLEASING. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

I had a couple of issues on this particular trip but nothing that would prevent me from returning. There was an issue with the access to the pool and hot tub area, they dont have the updated door locks yet, and I had to pay for breakfast. A few other minor issues but overall my stay was pleasant and the location was great.

Loved the hotel for my overnight stay besides a small leek in the a.c. which got fixed in about 8 hours.

Stayed at the Clarksville Courtyard and it was AMAZING!Staff was wonderful, and the set up was nice. Had a drink by the fire-pit, and just relaxed. I visit at least twice a year, my new spot to stay!

Ive been coming to this hotel for several years. Overall, its a good property that is relatively well-maintained but there are very apparent weaknesses that need to be dealt with as far as property maintenance. Specifically, the paint on the outside of the building is looking past its prime in several areas and the bathtubs as opposed to a walk in shower in the rooms is a bit out of the past.However, past all that stuff which is easily corrected with a little capital outlay, the staff is excellent and the hotel overall is in good condition with very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Not crowded...perfect place during covid times

Great hotel all around. Amazing staff, and good feed when you need it. The place is clean and the internet, gym and pool areas are good enough to satisfy a travelers needs.If I had one complaint its with maintenance, some electrical outlets are so heavily used they can no longer hold a plug in. Aside from that though not much to complain about.

Almost always stay at Marriott properties and this Courtyard is pretty much just like the others. The disappointing thing with this stay was the lack of hot water in the shower. First night the shower was very cold. Messaged the hotel and they responded saying it was addressed. The remaining nights the water had a hint of warmth to it but not what you would expect.

We recently stayed at the Clarksville Marriott as we were there for our daughters wedding. The hotel was newly renovated and quite nice. We always stay at Marriotts. The hotel rate was decent. The staff was very friendly. The hotel room itself was great. Very comfortable and extremely clean. The little breakfast bar downstairs offered a nice variety.. it was however a little pricey. We had a very nice stay and will definitely stay there again.

The Courtyard in Clarksville has always been a great location to stay at, whether overnight, or for a longer stay. Ive stayed here on occasion through the past 5 years and as of recently, it has become an even greater place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and in great working order. The breakfast in the Bistro is a nice start to the morning, hot and fresh, with a nice variety. The staff is friendly and take care of anything they can to make your stay comfortable and refreshing. The workout facilities are in good condition and offer a nice touch to the overall stay while in Clarksville. In the lobby area, the business center offers a nice space to jump online to check emails, get local information, and print up anything that you may need during your stay. The market also has a variety of snacks and beverages to enjoy when you dont feel like heading out in the middle of the night! The location is convenient to the highway, great food, and the nearby shopping mall in Clarksville. Even when the hotel is busier, parking doesnt seem to be a problem either. Overall the Courtyard in Clarksville is a great value when traveling through Tennessee.

-Needed a microwave (my room lacked one...sad day);-Refrigerator would have been perfect for someone like Kermit the Frog. Too small for regular sized human;-TV in weird location, but it was a nice size;-Loved all the lamps. Lots of nice lighting options in the room;-Loved the layout of the room for the most part (except there the TV was);-Would have preferred ceramic coffee mugs and not tree-killing paper cups;-Bed and pillows were so comfy;-Loved the little couch and ottoman in the room;-Great view;-Every night at about 12:50am, the WORST and most annoying loud buzzer sound would go off somewhere outside my room just below the window. It sounded like a compressor being charged up. It scared the holy bejeezus out of me every single night and made me consider asking to switch rooms. Whatever this was, caused me to not be able to sleep well for three whole nights. It would go off around 1am-ish and then again around 5:30-5:45am. It may have been the RTU on the 2nd floor but I do not believe so. I am a PM for RTU equipment and I never heard the unit running so I do not think that is what it was;-Bathroom was nice and clean;-I think the closet is strange place to store the hair dryer;-Definitely needed vacuuming underneath the couch that was in the room;-The little Starbucks Café Bistro in the lobby has GREAT options for food, but it takes forever to get the order in the morning. However, the staff (Jose) who works the location is an A+ employee. He does a great job and works incredibly hard to keep everyone happy and get them what they need. The Marriott needs to give him some help though so he isnt trying to do the work of two people.

Multiple rooms we occupied and were offered had inoperable heating systems and when we finally settled on the room there was no hot water. Miserable stay with no rest for myself and handicapped wife. 2nd worst hotel stay in 30 years. The stay in Orlando I had where a Palmetto bug held the door for me was better than this stay.

We had our family reunion here and everything was great! The staff was wonderful they made the stay pleasant and helped with our every need. We will definitely be back to stay when we come in town to visit family.

We travel to and from Florida every spring and winter. We tried to pick Marriott hotels because we are reward members. This is one of the most attractive hotels I’ve stayed in, but the main thing that I recommend is dealing with the staff. Every person we interacted with was a 10+.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.Pool area was nice although the pool water was freezing. The hot tub in need of some repair as well(jets werent working and the marcite in need of repair.Nice breakfast,although limited menu.The afternoon bar and lounge was closed due to staffing issues. Need to have a backup plan as this was the weekend.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when in the area and we are always impressed with how great the staff is as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. The entire staff is very professional, warm, and put the visitor first. We always have drinks, dinner, and breakfast here since the Bistro crew does such a great job. Marriott should use this staff to train other Courtyard locations!

Room was very nice, but the handicapped shower left a little something to be desired. The pull down shower head hose was too short to reach for washing ones back and had very limited water pressure to the point where I couldnt even effectively wet my hair. The shelves to set shower accoutrements were slightly too far away from where the shower seat placed one and the grab bar was also not reachable from the shower seat. Aside from that the room was very spacious and clean.

The staff were very friendly, but that may have been the only thing this hotel has going for it.We had ants in the bed, the furniture had blood stains on it and the water didnt drain properly from the sink and tub. As much as this room costs, youd think the hotel would be up to date with others that offer free breakfast and such but you have to pay on average $12 for breakfast if you choose to eat at the hotel.

Experience was less than stellar. Hotel is okay but not the excellent service and exceptional facilities I am used to from Courtyard. No wow! Not worth the additional cost compared to other hotels on same area.

Standard Courtyard .... Front desk was great and very welcoming. The room was ok clean and very much a Courtyard experience. Wrinkled sheets were a little odd but over all a good stay.

The Courtyard at Clarksville was an amazing stay. The staff was polite and worked with me to get my needs met this is one of the top Mariott Properties I have stayed, their customer service is what every hotel should strive for Cierra is the best!!

This is a model Mariott property. I wish other staff would train here. Very friendly and accommodating. This is not always he case in my experience with large family groups with kids.

This hotel was very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. My room did not have a fridge, but I was able to store medicine in an ice bucket. Overall, a fine hotel.

Rooms were a little dirty and front staff was very rude to my daughter when she requested an extra blanket for the pull out sofa in our room. Otherwise it was very aesthetically pleasing.

Absolutely outstanding place to spend the weekend, excellent staff with unique personalities and characteristics that treat their guest with respect and fills them with joy and laughter, everything was perfectly clean with a nice aroma
