Probably one of the easiest lawn services to do business with, especially as a single military member. Whenever I was out of town for work, I could call and let him know and he would let me know when he came by to do the service. Always knew my lawn was in good hands!

Moved to the area in February. Lawn care was included in the rental agreement and this is the guy they used. I asked for a heads up before going into the back yard because I have small kids and a dog that regularly come and go out the back door. He knocked on my door once and seemed aggravated by it, then left my gate open for my child to run out of. When I called the property manager and told them his services were no longer required he showed up at my house the next day with his crew standing on the side walk trying to intimidate me. His attitude sucked and he never once offered an apology for leaving my gate open. I’ll cut the grass myself before I let someone with such a piss poor attitude back on the property

Mark is one of the finest person you will meet. He took care of my elderly father and stepmothers lawn and landscaping. My stepmother has passed away and my father has moved to an assisted living facility, but before he did, Mark was always willing to perform a welfare check for us. He even made sure my father had edible food when there was an extended power outage in Clarksville. We live about three hours from Clarksville, and this was an enormous help to us. On top of all this, Mark always provided excellent care of their lawn and landscaping. We highly recommend Marks services!

Just watched employees disrespect a crew of ambulance drivers at the speedway on tiny town road. They were getting fuel and some food when the man approached the crew in the store and screamed at her for taking up the pump that he wanted to use. These are probable the same people that don’t yield to emergency vehicles. No respect for our first responders. Highly un professional!!

Mark is dependable, knowledgeable, and honest. His company took care of my lawn and landscaping while my house was on the market and I was out of town. Mark understood what needed to be done to keep the property looking neat and appealing to buyers, including trimming the hedges and clearing leaves off the deck in the fall. He also went the extra mile, checking the house to make sure it was secure during yard maintenance and calling to let me know everything was in order. Mark was very reliable and trustworthy. We hired Marks Lawn Service to care for our lawn while my husband was deployed and I was out of town. Mark and his team do a great job when it comes to keeping your lawn looking nice but communication is seriously lacking, and this has been an ongoing issue for months. Recently, he was supposed to show up today and didn’t. No phone call or anything. This isn’t the first time this has happened, either. He seems to expect us to know when he gets backed up because of rain or is otherwise busy, and would show up randomly - completely unannounced. Lately, he has been failing to show up, call, etc. As a professional business owner, the least you can do is be dependable, call if you’re not going to make it and need to reschedule, or offer people reasons as to why you’re no longer willing to come by.

Mark was great! I contacted Mark about doing lawn care at my daughters house while her husband was deployed this spring and summer and she was home with a newborn and then working full-time. Mark has done our lawn a couple times and I can tell you that I would never ask another company to come by. He never cuts corners, on the contrary, he goes above and beyond to ensure that you are more than satisfied with his work. Not only is he a hard worker, but he is also accommodating. He came to lay mulch on a day that he does not usually do those things just because I told him I was renting my house out and needed it done before Friday. He was there the next day to do an estimate and before the day was done he had cut my grass, blown my leaves, laid the mulch, fixed my brick wall (without being asked or for an additional fee) and all at a very reasonable price. If his work was not enough, his personality makes you feel like you have known him forever and that he would never do you wrong. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who will listen!

Great Service, responsive, customer focused and most importantly they do what they say they are going to do.I have used them while I was deployed to Afghanistan and again while I was not stationed at Fort Campbell as I was trying to sell my home. Their rates are as low, or lower, than other people I got a quote from and no contracts. If I was to move back to Clarksville, I would use their services again without reservation.

I called them Friday to get a quote but only got the answering machine. I left a detailed message with my phone number and Im still waiting to get a call back. So much for the claim on his page to call back TODAY.

Call this guy on a Tuesday afternoon. He stated had to take his son to practice and would call me. Never called and never showed up. Four days has pasted and he has yet to call or show up for a quote.

He is fair priced and has been great when it comes to scheduling during the wet and dry seasons as I have had to increase and decrease frequency. He even made his own assessments while I was away at JRTC, and did not cut or charge me since we had a dry spell and the lawn did not need it.
