Nice place to wash and dry your clothes. Easy access and large washers and dryers

Nice, friendly atmosphere. Only thing I didnt like was that the price on the washers went up depending on temp you wanted. Not something that I usually see at Laundromats.

Even though I hate doing laundry, I love coming here. Big washers & dryers to get my loads finished quicker. Always very clean & well maintained. The sweetest lady works here. Greets me every time, always cleaning in between washes. I would highly recommend this place especially if your an early bird.

Its clean but $$$. To use warm water its 50 cents more, for hot water its $ 1 more.. way to milk it! I am so angry right now. 4 out of 4 washers did not spin my clothes correctly. They are soaking wet. I am thankful my HHG will be here soon. The 2 stars are for how clean it is and how nice the laundry lady is. The owners get NO STARS. Adding a star for the dryers.

I would gladly take the review down if the problem gets fixed unfortunately it wasnt just a pre-authorization charge that was charged extra on my card after the amount process it did not go away like I was told it would. I am not sure why but that is what happened. Its never charged me that much at your other location so I dont understand why twice as much all of the sudden and why is it such a big problem to even mention it

Place was very clean. I liked the fact that I had options on the size of loads and prices I wanted to pay. I assume the owners came in because they asked was everything ok and how could to help. It also has free Wi-Fi while youre waiting. And a area where babies can be entertained while you wait. Great laundromat.

This place is hard to find. The sign is very small and it took me three tries to find it. The establishment is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are 3-4 different sized washers and dryers to suit your needs. Be aware that as you change the water temp, the cost goes up $0.50.

I went around 9 at night and to be honest, I was worried about going alone. But when I got there it was a nice place. Only a couple of people in there and the washers and dryers worked great! They worked so great that I used at least 5 dollars less than I normally do. I will definitely go back the next time I wash my laundry.

Washers are reasonably priced but dryers are a ripoff

Havent been to a laundromat in years. Surprised at the prices - $10 to wash and $10 to dry a comforter. Pluses - very clean, well lit, can pay with card at all machines, and the attendant was nice.

The attendance is always courteous to my husband and I. They are always clean. Then clothes come out really clean even with or without hot water. Hi-tech washers are well worth it. We have been coming here 2 or more times a week for months now. Thank you for your laundry service.

Clean machines have never failed me not the cheapest and a little sketchy at night but during the day not bad at all convenient location by the base.

This place is very clean and nice. I was a bit concerned about going to the laundromat by myself, but it felt like a safe and friendly environment. The staff are kind and friendly. I also love the various sizes of the machines and the fact that they accept credit cards. In addition, if you have children, they have a play area. I thought this was a very considerate feature.I don’t like going to the laundromat in any circumstance, but if I had to go I would definitely return to this one. I would highly recommend it.

Very clean place to wash clothes not crowd

Very very clean. There is an ATM & you can use your Visa or get a loyalty card (which is very convenient especially if you don’t have change for a $20) on the washer and dryers. Washers & dryers are available in different sizes which is AWESOME! prices are definitely reasonable & worth it. Appliances are also up to date and clean. LOVE IT! very comfortable and also has a play area for children. Very very nice!

Clean facility and equipment. The bathroom is always clean and spacious. If I had to change anything it would be more baskets and stations to fold clothes and not paying more for changing the water temperature or cycle.

Only had a credit card to wash and enough quarters to dry. I used a washer that said $4.50 but they took $10 out of my account. Supposedly Ill get it back in 24 to 48 hours. Im thankfully I found the money to dry or they would of done that to the dryer as well. Im poor, cant afford to wait for my money.

Normally Id rate better however, dogs on the laundry tables doesnt seem clean. Clearly not service dogs. Tired of people just hanging out or sitting outside begging for money. Just want to do laundry and leave without being harassed.

The dryers didnt dry my stuff after the first $3.75 which is what it says on the machine I had to insert an additional $3.75! Almost $8.00 a piece to dry 12 loads of laundry!!! i left that place with $.30 cents to my name!!!

I really like going to a clean laundromat. I dont really like going to a laundromat myself but, I would definitely recommend this one. Its hard to find one thats clean, has washers that work and gets your clothes clean, I only use cold water with todays clothes and detergents all you need is cold water. I live on opposite side of Clarksville so would really like seeing one over here Hilldale or Sango area, please.

This place is amazing! So clean, TVs, great staff on site, and the machines accept debit/credit cards. So no hassle of collecting quarters. They also have a rewards card so you can get a discount on your laundry! Freaking awesome! Well be back every week!

Depending on how many loads you have and the size of them; you could do each load for LESS THAN $7 to less than $16 per load (thats washing and drying combined)Vending machines are well stocked and functional plus there is an area for children to play if need be.An ATM is on site in case you need some cash as well as a change machine. They also accept Discover, American Express,Master and Visa on the Machines!!!They do offer a membership to regular customers that do provide nice benefits.If I lived here this is where Id go for a laundry service center.(I live in Nebraska just passing through here)

Came in during a snow storm and it was nice and quite ☃😂 Its super clean a so nice here! I had to wash my comforter in a big washer and it was 8 dollars for the big washing machine. There is an even bigger one for a dollar more, but my queen size comforter did great in the second to largest washer.The best thing is I could use my card!!! Love that! There are seats to watch the T.V. and outlets to charge your phone. I happened to be there when the owner was, he was super nice and extremely helpful. I will happily come back for my next comforter washing!!

Extremely clean, to include the bathroom. Plenty of washers and dryers. All equipment brand new! ATM, vending machines and cable television. They have the ability to use quarters as well as debit/credit cards via a loyalty card, of which you can earn $3.00 for every $30 spent. I dont always use laundromats, but when I do, its The Great American Laundromat!**This is not paid post... Its really just that good!

We have a king size comforter I bought a few months ago and it was TIME for it to be cleaned. It was definitely too large for our washer, so I had been putting off cleaning it (the thought of communal washers terrify me). This weekend, I finally broke and started researching all the laundromats in Clarksville, selecting ‘The Great American Laundromat’ based off of google reviews. I’m here to tell you, I’m pleasantly surprised! This place is clean, quick, easy to use (the machines accept credit cards) and I walked out with a clean, fluffy comforter 1.25 hours later! I will be back quarterly to clean my comforter.

Personnel was very friendly, very clean facilities. Large variety size machines to choose from, both washers and dryers. Extra large dryer dried our very thick comforter in about 7 minutes. Totally unexpected! Great facility!

Not enough baskets, not enough tables to fold clothes. Very very expensive. Ridiculous that you have to pay extra for hot water. Not enough room to move around in there. Kids always in your way.The only good thing was the attendant. Neverrr ever again.

Clean, upgraded. No vending machines for snacks, but you can use your debit card to pay to wash clothes which was really nice. Super clean bathroom! Only downfall is that people come off the street, or will park their cars and come use the bathroom which was gross to me. So I certainly didnt use the bathroom. Other than that I would definitely come back if needed.

Saw this new laundromat on Ft. Campbell Blvd, considering not too many in the Clarksville/Ft. Campbell area and took a chance at coming here. Its never busy in the morning time, very clean, & has a clean toddler area. The attendant on duty was actually washing the play area floor mats in the washer. They take care of their business & sanitize ;) The staff are friendly and professional. I LOVE how the owner has the option of using the loyalty card with his machines. Carrying cash and loose change is a hassle when all I need to carry is my loyalty card, toddler & laundry. One day he(owner) was in and took time to show me how to use the loyalty card machine versus carrying cash & how theres an fascard app. Overall Im impressed. Great job owner & employees.

The facility was so clean and the attendant was very kind and had my drop off some in a timely manner. I will be going back for future laundry services.

Very nice. Clean new machines. Friendly owners and good prices. My only little complaint is that it needs more comfortable seating. The hard seats they have in there are unpleasant.

Super clean and very nice machines...a little higher but way better machines and clean and dry amazingly...vending machines are great and handy and a TV to entertain while waiting...lots of space to sit and five folding tables..clean bathroom is great and not seen much.. appreciate the owners taking such pride in their establishment..

Favorite place to wash my clothes

Good prices but my visit today was not well. I dropped my laundry off to wash and came back 40 mins ish later with it sitting in the metal rolling basket wet near the front counter. The person working there said someone else needed to use the washing machine. I dont care if the seven dwarfs all showed up to wash their clothes in a single load, Id prefer if someone doesnt take my clothes out of the washer I paid to use if youre not asked to. If the biggest washers are that in demand then there should be more than two of them. I was washing my military gear. Im lucky nothing was missing. Hopefully these post are actually looked at so something can be done about it.

Like the place. Clean machines and clean area! Hate the drug addicts that use the bathroom every time I go. Close the bathroom and maybe I would feel safer with my family while doing laundry

I like this place its clean and its comfortable to sit and wait for your laundry and theres a play area for the kids and a tv to watch . Washers are big enough to wash a huge papasan sofa cushion I have that smelled like cigarettes and something sweet . But they have a washer and dryer big enough .

I like this laundromat. The washers and dryers are modern and reasonably priced. A nice variety of washers for your laundry needs. I like that you can pay with your debit or credit card. It has a childrens play area and 2 HD tvs. Plenty of parking. Its convenient for me since I live right around the corner. My first time there, I had trouble operating one of the washing machines. I texted the owner about my problem. He responded almost immediately and helped me solve my issue. I would recommend this laundromat to everyone.

Edited Review: Ive been using this place since they opened and tonight was the last straw. My review goes from 5 stars to 1. Theres a HUGE homeless problem. Every time I have gone here for the last 6 months Ive gotten hit up for change by one of the same 3 people. Also now theyre collecting your e-mail and putting you on a mailing list if you want to use the Wi-Fi. After my Loyalty card runs out Im just going to take my business anywhere else. Goodbye Big Brother.
