The owner is very professional and as a retired military really knows his stuff. After I told him what I was looking for he took the time and gave me several options to choose from. All the work I have seen from him is excellent!

The staff and service is simply outstanding. I requested an uniquely customized laser-engraving design on powder-coated stainless steel coffee thermoses for some co-workers, and included some (probably frustrating) details and caveats I wanted included. They were more than helpful in editing my designs, even recreating most of them to better suit my intent, notified me of changes and suggestions, provided samples to ensure I was satisfied with how the finished product would look, and even finished the project a day earlier than scheduled. The staff is so passionate about their attention to detail and love for their craft, that I will even miss some of the long-winded (on my part) collaboration we shared on my project and the topic of graphic design. It would be inaccurate to say that I highly recommend Mi Engraving; I strongly recommend using no place else.

What an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!I approached Mike, the Owner, with a special, original engraving project for my son. Not only did he respond personally and promptly on my phone, but the day of the project, he had me with him in his shop as he brought my vision to reality, just to make sure I was satisfied!Everyone at MiEngraving provided exceptional customer service! Very friendly staff. Really spent the time to make sure they knew EXACTLY what i was asking for. The result was perfect! Having bought a fairly expensive item online, I was very picky with who I went to for the engraving. I couldnt be happier! The pricing was also l WAY cheaper than I was expecting. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Unprofessional staff.. not much selection...and items are overpriced. Walked in the store to ask some questions about options for engraving. There was no one at the desk when I walked in the store so I waited ten minutes because the staff was the back while the owner was yelling about something and threw something at the wall. Finally when an employee noticed me through the window she came to the desk. It was awkward but other than that ......they dont have much to choose from and the stuff they do have in their catalog is way over priced along with the engraving.

Awful! Dont waste your time with them. I purchased a nice wooden award plaque that I got online. I took it to MI Engraving to have it engraved. I wrote out on a piece of paper what I wanted spelled on the plaque and after they completed it, there were multiple errors. I still had to end up paying for their mistakes. The woman at the desk argued with me, telling me i was wrong. I paid, walked out and dont ever plan on going back. Lesson learned. Now Im out of a plaque and time.

I dropped off my item and was told that my order would be completed for pick the next day. I drove over there 2 days later to pay for it and apparently it wasnt done. So after waiting a week later no one ever called to let me know my order was completed to be picked up.
