Attempted to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted, waiting in line, sit down in chair to be placed next in chair then she decided to tell another guy behind me to come on in and have a seat. I informed her that I was next and her response was yea I know and continue to allow him to sit in chair. This have accrued 2 times already, the first time I didn’t say anything so I will not be returning back to this place of business…

Threading sure Hurts! Ouch! But tech was very nice, as gentle as she could be. Loved my brows afterwards.

$16 for my eyebrows to not even look right. Should’ve went to seva in walmart like i usually do for $10.

Would not recommend. Out of years getting eyebrows threaded, this was the worst. The lady was nice and I didn’t complain, but it was the most pain I’ve experienced getting this service. I have 3 cuts on my eyebrow. And two on my lip from lip threading. I gave an extra star for the politeness and my eyebrow shape was fine.

My eyebrows are perfect. I am very satisfied with my brow shape. They actually look like twins instead of sisters.

I highly recommend this place! I drive 45 minutes specifically to this location just to get my brows done due to their consistency and professionalism! I’ve been a customer for 3 years now and I’ve always walked out content. 10/10 will recommend.

I’ve had threading many times. I have had redness but nothing like this experience. My eyebrows have small cuts and are swollen. The women threading my brows showed me a mirror post service and says “what is this”. Well that would be cuts you gave me threading my eyebrows. I didn’t have any cuts prior to the service. It has been 24 hours and my eyes are completely swollen. The shape is good.

Ive been coming here for about a year and a half. I never leave disappointed! The people are always very nice. They also are pretty quick, but still do a wonderful job threading my eyebrows! Would recommend.

I have been coming here for months. I prefer the older lady. The younger lady took too much of in between my eyebrows. I am trying to grow them closer together. They are always kind, but I do feel like they rush if there is a line of customers waiting.

I go to this place on a regular bases. The staff is always changing. Last night the staff attitudes were horrible. Dont issue stamp cards if you are going to get angry at customers for using them. And post or professionally communicate information if it has changed. Do this please for the next customer. It will not be me, because I will not return.

The trim was good but I have light hair and they tinted my eyebrows *very* dark brown. I can’t change it for 3 weeks.

She was very nice and did a great job! Looked at every little detail and told me about how one was a little bit thicker than the other which was nice instead of everyone going ahead and taking it off! VERY HAPPY

Staff is inconsistent. It’s never the same people there to perform the service. Due to the inconsistency, no one is very good. You can tell by the reviews that people prefer the owner.I told the young girl there today that I wanted my brows as thick as possible. I had let my eyebrows grow long for an upcoming wedding. She was pulling the thread slowly which made the pain worse and also broke skin. Thread also broke more than 5 times. By the end, I had very thin eyebrows.I will never patronize this business again. Please train your employees that if they don’t know what they’re doing - less is more. Then check with the customer for further refinement. Once the hair is gone, it’s gone.

Ive been coming here for years to get my eyebrows done and they have always done a great job. They have a very kind staff as well. I have very thick eyebrows that waxers tend to have a difficult time with, but threading has always been the best for me.

I went this evening because a friend of mine has taken before when I first moved here and they did a good job but tonight was a different story. It was young lady and older lady in there. I can tell the young lady was slightly new to threading for one she kept breaking the thread to even start. So I asked for a mirror to coach her along on how I wanted them, I was thinking that the older lady would have come over to coach but that didn’t happen. So the first brow was good now the second one, this is where the issue came in. When the young lady finished there was blood spots (broken skin) on my brow and on my eye lid she did try and stop it and did apologize (I can tell she was a little shook up by it) but now this is when the older lady comes over and says “oh it’s your pore where the hair came out of is bleeding” I was like ma’am I don’t have hair on my eye lid “ oh that’s because you didn’t hold the skin tight enough” now I wondering which one is it and I have somewhere to go right after I can’t go with broken skin and blood spots on my brow and lid and tomorrow there is going to be a scab and she walked off not wanting to say anything else to me. I felt like she was just telling me things to just shut me up. Now as the customer everything is my fault, that destroyed my happy mood and I asked the young lady to let me pay and go. That’s when I heard the older lady discussing my issue with the lady she was now threading. I just don’t understand customer service anymore. That didn’t make me feel valued as a customer.

The young lady was great with my friend. I had the older lady, both ladies were very nice but the older one that did my eye brows made one of my brows thinner than the other... It wasnt terribly thin but not even. She told me she could thin the other I said ok.... Then she paused and said I could just fill/draw the thin one to match the Fuller brow. I just passively said ok. I should of pushed to match them. I just felt like if I had her tint my brows she should know that I dont want to fill in anything. I feel like she pushed me off because there were ladies waiting to get their brows done... I dont wear makeup often... like I said I should of been firm about it... I blame myself... I dont think Ill have the lady do mine again... I might go back for the other lady since she did a great job with my friend.

I normally come about every three weeks. It’s always been great but they are starting to get younger girls in there that don’t have a Lotta experience. There was an older man working the cashier that was the rudest person I’ve ever met! My eyebrows look terrible and my tint as well I will never be back!!

Loved my service, Rozin was very nice. She educated me on my eye brows. She was pressuring me to buy anything or add any extra services!!! Which I loved!!!

Will not go again, the last time I went I ended up with a really bad rash in the area the threading was done. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 3 years now with no problem. I thought it was strange and then I found out that the last time one of my friends went here the same thing happened to her. Sorry but both of us get rashes at different times and never have before. Neither of us will be going back.

I recently moved to Clarksville from Nashville and was recommended this place to have my eye brows threaded. It was the worst experience I have ever had getting them done. The lady that did them did not do what I asked (which was a simple cleanup) I asked her specifically to do one certain thing 3 times and she didnt. By then I was aggravated and told her to stop. After sitting in the chair for 30 minutes and unsatisfied I didnt want to pay but I did. They will not have me as a returning customer.

I come every two weeks and my eyebrows look amazing every time.

They did a great job with threading my eyebrows, the atmosphere was quiet and clean and they were very professional, I will definitely be returning

I get my eyebrows done here all the time but I usually get it done by the older lady or a women I’ve seen work there for a while now today I got them done by a new girl and she cut my lid so bad that it caused it to swell and hurts to touch I feel like if they get new girls to show them how to do it in a way where they don’t hurt the costumers the swelling on my eyelid has been there all day and I’m sure tomorrow ima have scabs
