Casey Spears did a awesome job. He stopped by my house and asked about my roof to see if he could get the insurance company to pay for it. After some convincing cause Ive been down this road before with another roofer a year ago that told me that their company would fight for my roof and didnt. Casey Spears said let me give it a try. So he reopened my claim with allstate took a sample from my roof to get sent in. He later came back and did a attempt to repair which the other company didnt do and videod the whole process of attempting to repair. Needless to say without me having to fight the insurance company by myself for a year to get my roof replaced Casey got my claim approved. He was in on all calls every time the insurance company called and made the process so much easier. If youre having issues with the insurance company on your roof call these guys and ask for Casey Spears hell get the job done.

They are unable to read the sign that says, No Solicitors and litter my porch with business cards. Who wants to hire a roofer who is unable to read? Or is a door knocker?

Leeann Sorrell was my hero from start to finish. I contacted 3 other roofing companies and none of them compared to the attentiveness and superior customer service that Leeann provided. She explained the process throughly and because of my circumstances, she even tried to help me get my insurance company to pay for my roof. Although I was not fortunate to have insurance cover the replacement, I really admired that Leeann went the extra mile to help me. I contacted her numerous times with questions and she was always responsive and professional. The roofers that finished my roof did a great job! BCR reviewTLDR: Very highly recommended for all sorts of reasons.I needed three flat roof sections repaired in preparation for selling my 112 year old, Historic District house. Flat roofs are problematic in insurance coverage (out of pocket), durability, and degree of difficulty for all parties involved. Whereas other roofing companies wouldnt even return my initial flat roof inquiries (cowards), this company responded quickly and set up an inspection with Carlton Goodin.Carlton was both knowledgeable and professional whilst answering my anxiety laden, ill informed inquiries. One such inquiry was replacing a dozen or so shingles from that crazy October storm. Carlton’s knowledge of the sector allowed him to identify some features of our property (facings or something) that demanded insurance coverage under Kentucky law but that weren’t applicable to all properties (IIRC). Instead of just the 5 grand out of pocket to repair the flat roofs (20 decking, oof) he worked with us to have all the shingling replaced at minimal additional out of pocket cost.Their service and performance continued this level of excellence throughout the process. The crews were rapid, kept the site as clean as possible, and courteous of the landscaping throughout. I can not speak to their skill level, but they definitely spent significant time on the detailed areas, and the stuff looks durable and awesome. Beyond this, the crew genially tolerated my garbled attempts at communication across a language divide, and after finally sorting out my special vanity request they went out of their way to roof a coal chute cover for me (pic included). I do not think they understand how much I appreciated this.The whole process was aided by the BCR rep (technical advisor?) that came out to check on things (name is Michael, maybe?) throughout the process. Great stuff all around.When no one else even responded because flat roofs suck, BCR as an organization and Carlton as a “sales” guy bailed me out of a hole, and made my home much more likely to sell in the near future. I will call this company first if I ever need something like this again.

I work nights so I sleep during the day. This company has woken me up on several occasions, even though there is a sign right in front of them on my door stating NO SOLICITING. Our sub division has a sign at the front entrance that says the same, but the knocks and rings continue. Sometimes persistence doesnt always pay off, sometimes it ensures someone they will not do business with you.

I have a small leak that has eluded two different handyman and was never really fixed. Eli West not only determined where the water was coming in but even showed me what was happening so I could get it fixed properly! A+ service from Eli West!

I was not home that day but spoke with Maleah Brodie over the intercom of my security app. I told her I was not hope but to please come back. They identified my roof needed to be replaced and helped me guide me though what needed to be done to get my insurance claim re-opened.We set up a schedule for them to come back with my insurance company to inspect my roof. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process to us and a few days later he came back with a quote and we agreed to have them replace our roof. Theresa called a few days later and set up the day that they would start the roof job. The workers showed up on time and cleaned everything up and we were thrilled with the job they did. LeeAnn, Teresa, BCRs project mgmt team, and the subs were all very professional, courteous, timely, and lived up to everything we discussed and put into our contract. Roof looks great and we received a completion certificate and written manufacturers warranty on the materials used, and a written warranty on the labor from BCR. Price was only $90 more than a bid from a guy in a truck quoting only a nail over job. BCR did a tear off, synthetic underlayment, added drip-edge moulding, installed lifetime-shingles, and cleaned up very nicely. Call LeeaAnn at BCR, you wont regret it!

Everything about my experience with Joe and Eli, the woman who called to set up the date, and with the completion of the job was great! Like a lot of people, we had damage to our home from the storm in Oct 2019. What we thought was going to be an easy process ended up being a nightmare... The first roofing company we had gone with was the WRONG choice... The owner of that company fought with the damage inspector from our insurance company, in our front yard and in turn ended up creating more problems... The inspector wasnt going to process the roof properly due to the craziness from the roofer. Well, long story short, we got in contact with Eli at BCR because my husband had spoken to him in the past. That was the best decision we made... Eli took control of the process, made sure our insurance company got the accurate information and really set the process on the correct course... Joe and his company replaced my roof several years ago. I’ve had no more problems with it, but after the storms this past June, I called BCR to check for wind damage. I was happy to find that Joe is now one of the managers. He does honest work and deserves a recommendation.

I’ve had two great experiences with this company one was referring them out to a close friends whose husband was out of town and she had water pouring through her ceiling in the kitchen not knowing what to do. They repaired the leak at the time and eventually replaced the roof. They explained everything thoroughly to her and also contacted her insurance company to start the claim without leaving her hanging.Just two months after that I had my roof replaced. I learned more about the way this company does business, besides the steps of going through contacting the insurance company and starting the claim they went above and beyond. Going through the estimate the insurance adjuster missed a lot of internal damage. Best Choice Roofing pointed all of this out to me and also took care of getting the missed damage quoted to the insurance company to get the claim amount changed and making sure that all of the damage was completely repaired and covered. They show professionalism in every step of the way. Leaving the yard with no damage or debris.

When the last big storm came thru, a huge tree fell and hit our house causing tons of damage, including to the roof. We called around and decided on BCR. Shawn was great!! Answered every question we had, got back to us very quickly, suggested additional resources for the other damages to the house (gutters, windows, siding etc...) and was incredibly polite and amiable! This company did a job for a neighbor. On a day when the wind was blowing hard, the crew was paying little to no attention to the shingle wrappers they were tossing off the roof and blowing all thru the neighborhood. Its disappointing to see such disrespect. Then, months later they call me out of the clear blue sky wanting to put a new roof on my house. After explaining the previous experience I had with their organization, and the mess they left for the neighbors when they did a roof in our community, the lady making the cold calls got rude and hung up, said she couldnt waste any more time on this call Maybe they need to hear some complaints so they at least understand where improvements need to be made - rather than treat potential customers so rudely and with such unprofessionalism.
