Had Lux vinyl plank flooring installed in two bedrooms / hallway and new carpet on stairs. Turned out great! New Age is going to be my first call next time I need something. I contracted this team to do an extensive upgrade to our home. They installed all new vinyl plank flooring, painted the interior, upgraded both bathrooms and then some other minor upgrades for lighting. The work completed is beautiful, all of it with close attention to detail and making sure it met all our needs. The project mgr., was responsive and attentive. All the workers were extremely friendly and really put forth the effort to ensure we were satisfied customers. Other than the job being slighlyt delayed, everything was perfect and I would recommend and re-use for any future needs. Thank you!

New Age personnel are very professional and capable at doing their installation jobs. The management and employees communicated well with both my wife and I to keep us informed about the next steps in the process and how long it would take. Their work was very professional and looks great.

This company initially installed my flooring and I thought they did an excellent job but after a few months we noticed the flooring rising due to not clearing under the laminent. The person who set up the installation informed me that the timber ridge would be unscratchable and pretty resilient which was false. I asked the company to come and fix some of the faults with the flooring once the fault was identified and the lady informed me they would be out next week but the company did not come out until 2 weeks after. Once they arrived and did analysis the lady on the phone stated the damages are our fault and they would not fix without pay. This is a company I used twice and they do not utilize contracts or warranties so it is my fault as a consumer for not ensuring they had a customer friendly package for consumers. The job was half way done and rushed. If you need quick flooring this company is a yes but if you need quality this is not the company to go with. I will not be using this company again and it is not one I would recommend to friends for quality work and solid customer service.

The scope of the project is to paint the entire house, stairway renovation, window repair, floor and carpet replacement and interior and exterior lighting electrical work.My experience with New Age Flooring was nothing but great! Hands down the BEST crews around! All of the crew members were very kind & respectful. From initial contact to final walk through, we are absolutely pleased with all interactions and product.I assumed this to be at least a couple days job... They completed 2 half & 2 full bathrooms in 1 day!! They were extremely efficient, with great attention to detail and do not cut corners. I am blown away at the difference it has made!To top it off... They noticed two pieces in our homes entry/hallway that had missing/broken quarter round. I couldn’t get the pieces to stay, but they offered to take of it if I didn’t mind. Hired New Age Flooring back in September to renovate my home. A month prior to start of the job, I did a walk-thru with Brandon the owner of what I was looking for and how much it will cost to get everything done. He provided the cost and how long it will take to get the job done. Demo portion was fast. They were ontime and kept me posted as to what was taking place daily. However, when it came time to putting the house back together, they were slow and providing updates at this point didnt seem important to them. I was on a time schedule and needed the renovation done within in the time they gave me. My family had just moved to Clarksville and we needed a home.It became very frustrating after a while not getting answers as to what was taking so long. I will call several times before I get a response and Brandon never thought it was important as the owner to update his customer since the job was going beyond the completion date and the house was needed.The qualtity of their work is poor for a company thats been in business for over 20 years. The workers lack experience and are very unprofessional. They are also very messy workers.A few days after finally moving into the house the curcuit in the bathroom trip and caused some sparking. After this happened twice, I reported the incident and ask for someone to look at it. They sent two young guys out who they said were electricians but werent licenced or knowledgeable in what they were doing. After an argument and insisting a licenced electrician look at the problem. It was discovered the wiring was done incorrectly and could have caused a fire.I reported this to Brandon and instead of appologizing for his workers imcompetence, he was rude and noted that they were mad because he lost a ridiculous amount of money from doing my home. Please note he gave me the cost of what it would caused for what I asked for and nothing that they did was worth what he claim said he lost. I felt that I was overcharge for the quality I got.He had to reimburse me for several damages his employees did to my property and for items they took.Overall, Brandon is very unprofessional and not a good communicator. I will never use them for anything else nor will I recommend them to anyone. Quality of work is poor and less than 3 months after work is completed you can see gaps in the wall for poor caulking and paint job was unsatisfactory.Im still waiting on the warranty for the windows they install. The windows came with lifetime warranty for which I cant seem to get from them.Again, they dont know how to followup and not sure why they are holding on to a warranty thats for my property.

January 2021: Here to update my review! Weve recently begun our bathroom remodels and the professionalism of the New Age Flooring team continues. We had to practice patience on shipping delays, due to COVID, on tile we chose. We were made aware of this possibility when we ordered it. New Age Flooring waited to have all of the materials in before starting the job to avoid delays in the project, which we totally appreciated. Were halfway through 2 of our bathrooms being remodeled and every crew that has come through our house has been great.They clean up the best they can and I run a vacuum after they leave if needed. No biggie. I really appreciate all of their patience with our toddler who wants to meet and chat with everyone. I called Brandon today to give this compliment and to start talking about our 3rd bathroom, thats how pleased we are. He answered my phone call on the first ring and knew exactly who I was. Where I know were not their only clients, and there are times they dont answer right away, there are also times we feel like their only clients. Our project manager, John, has been most helpful in providing us referrals for everything from places to get our car serviced to Facebook pages to follow to find activities for our daughter. This is above and beyond scope and sequence of their professional obligation and makes us feel as if New Age Flooring cares about us as more than clients. Becoming connected to them as soon as we moved here has proven to be more valuable than we realized it could. We may have hired this company, but we also feel that its our obligation to be flexible and communicative with them, to help them get their job done. Oh, and I forgot, that Im currently 30 weeks pregnant. Brandon and John, being the family men that they are, have been very understanding, flexible, and accommodating with this project out of respect for my current state, as well, which is a big plus in my book.October 2020: We recently made a cross country move to TN and Brandon was referred to us through a friend. His level of professionalism, responsiveness, and advice have proven to be the beginning of a beautiful relationship. We were replacing flooring in a home that we purchased, sight unseen due to COVID. He was with me when I saw the house for the first time and thoughtfully saw the work we have ahead of us. Brandon is everything you want in a contractor that is VERY hard to come by. Hes honest, reasonable, trustworthy, and to the point. Most importantly, he has never made us feel like he was trying to up-sell us on anything. The carpet and LVP flooring recommendations were our taste and replaced on a VERY tight schedule. His crews worked speedily and around the schedule of our movers. We look forward to working with him and his company, very soon, on 3 major bathroom overhauls.

I can’t express enough how pleased I am with how my house turned out! Brandon and his crew did an amazing job and were very professional. I had my entire house, inside, remodeled. We are very pleased that we chose New Age Flooring. We had carpet removed and LVT installed in our living room. Brandon came out to measure the room and gave a quote on site. Brandon and his team removed carpet and installed LVT in an upstairs room and they did a great job. They arrived early, finished early and straightened up after themselves. Brandons quote was 50% less than another quote we obtained and he did an excellent job of working within our very tight timeline (as we have other work being done in the same space). We will use him again.

I had a my backyard fenced and every one has said it is the best looking fence they have ever seen. Also had 2 concrete slabs formed, poured, and finished. Also a concrete patio extension poured and finished. Great work at a very reasonable price. I will call them for all my projects.

Terrific, beautiful hardwood floors! New Age did a great job of matching old hardwood in our home to add new hardwood in the master bedroom. They had the hardwood the next week ready for installation. It was laid well also. I requested for them to come and make adjustments to a transition which they did a wonderful job of the very next day.

I can’t tell you how much Brandon and his employees saved me! My house is in Oak Grove and my tenant flooded my house. As people may know Oak Grove is hard to find people to do any work for you. I googled and called many people and Brandon was the only one that would go look at my house. He was in for a surprise! My house didn’t have insulation, drywall or ceilings downstairs and the garage. This was a huge rebuild.The kicker to all this is we live in WA. I trusted that he would do a great job as I looked at his previous work. I flew in to meet him on a Sat. morning and he had everything laid out for paint colors, flooring and cabinets. He was to the point and I liked that about him. I met one of his guys and he was professional and very nice.I watched him do some work and I knew I made a great decision hire them.His communication was great. He would keep me updated on the progress. He had to call me one morning because my tenant flooded the master bathroom. We thought we had a leak under the tub. I panicked and told him pull the tub out. But he told me that was going to be expensive and said he would look at the downstairs ceiling first. With that it shows that he is not out there trying to find a way to make you pay out.My house would not be immaculate if he didnt take the job! He was quick and started on the house the week after the house was dry. If anything else happens to my house he would be my first call.Couldn’t be happier and somewhat stress free with being miles away.

Called for a last minute job and they came the very next business day to help prep my floors for the laminate install and returned the next day to install the flooring. They worked quickly and had it all done in about half a day. The floors turned out amazing. Very pleased with the affordability and quality of their service all around.

We had gotten an estimate from Brandon to lay hard wood flooring for our upstairs. We was hoping the uneven areas in the living room floor was due to the carpet. After taking the carpet out we discovered our floor was in bad shape and needed replaced. Brandon and his crew did an awesome job at a reasonable price too! My elderly aunt called me in Wisconsin all upset because she had her floors refinished and the man she had hired did a terrible, terrible job ( pretty much ruined the floors ) My husband and I drove down to help her and we were appalled when we saw how her floors looked. We called New Age Flooring and explained our situation they came that same afternoon to look at the floors and give us an estimate . We hired them and they fit us into their busy schedule and sent a crew the very next day. They worked very hard to get the floors sanded and refinished. They did an excellent job, the floors are beautiful. I would highly recommend this company .

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! They did laminate flooring in my living room, hallway and kitchen and also had to replace parts of my sub floor among other things. They made a house that had almost 40 year old carpet and linoleum beautiful and safe again!! They were so friendly and professional and incredibly fast! Others told me a project of this size would take a least a week, but it took Brandon and his crew only 2 days!!! There are several other projects that need to be done to get this house back to its former glory, and I will be calling New Age Flooring for all of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I live in California and own a house in TN. The house in TN became flooded due to a pipe burst, the house was empty so there was significant damage to the walls and cabinets. I called New Age Flooring for an estimate. Right off the bat I knew I had a good business on the line. During the initial conversation, the representative, said they would not be the cheapest but it would be quality work. After I received the estimate, I hired NAF to complete the repairs. They sent me pictures of the progress and when completed, my realtor checked the house out. He was super impressed with the work done. Thank you New Age Flooring your work and honesty is appreciated.

They did such a great job on our hardwood floor! The pricing was fair and Brandon really impressed us with how he came to look and touch up any spots he didnt like once his guys were finished. He really takes pride in what he does. We will be using them again!

We moved to the Clarksville in June from Virginia and purchased a 16-year old house that had original hardwood flooring in the LR but worn carpet in the MBR and vinyl in the kitchen and dining areas. In addition the house had unsightly textured ceilings throughout. We first had Brandon’s painters remove the ceiling texture (a very nasty job), and refinish the ceilings with a smooth finish. They did an excellent job! Next we had his flooring folks replace the MBR carpet and kitchen vinyl with new red oak to match the LR. The wood quality and installation and finishing workmanship were top-notch and they did an excellent job of seamlessly transitioning the new wood into the existing. EJ, the flooring supervisor went out of his way to find the particular color of stain we had selected. Bottom line, we felt the price was very reasonable and we LOVE our new ceilings and new wood floors - everyone who has seen them does also! The only issue I would mention is that we were left with a large amount of surface dust to clean up…however, in their defense we didn’t ask them to clean up; for future clients I would recommend that be clearly understood up front. We have full confidence in Brandon and his crews and in fact we plan to have them install a roof structure over our deck later this month. Thanks, Brandon!
