Giselle and Candace are super easy to work with and very accommodating. The whole United rentals team has been there when I really needed them most. They even dispatched a technician to come out to the middle of nowhere, on a Saturday, to help us get a track loader back in operation. They were there within an hour, and thanks to JR we were up and running within 30 minutes.

I have bought numerous concrete machines from this UR. Actually, once, they didnt have what i needed (48 machine) at this store, and a gentleman with the company drove me one up from memphis and met me at a Loves truckstop beside the interstate where we were working. Giselle has always gone above and beyond to help me. And straight up, they DO NOT have the cheapest price. But you get what you pay for, and they are VERY comparable in price when you factor in convenience! A+
