Came in for rear eye bushing to be changed was told it would be in Tuesday then after I left they changed it to Friday called me in to let me know the rear didn’t need to be done but front end did took there word for it was told book time would be 8 hours but mechanic said he could do it in 6 awesome right. Then I offered to get the parts for international they said they don’t install customer parts I was considering leaving but he said they didn’t mark up parts and would get them for the same price I could. Well 2 weeks later with zero communication had to call them to find out if the truck was ready I can finally get the truck just to be told 6-8hrs turn into 13hrs and parts went up over $150 more than what I get them at do to their mark up which they said they didn’t do super disappointed could have had my truck done in less than a week at the international dealer but thought I would give these guys a chance this was my first and last time I will ever use them. Owner operators beware zero communication and long wait times

I called yesterday and made an appointment for a DOT annual Inspection.I arrived just a few minutes late.They were extremely busy, but they got right on my truck.The service writer and mechanic were both very professional and efficient!GREAT JOB!

Thought this place was a good place to get truck worked on, made a 7am appointment for a Friday for a 60 day inspection on tractor. I get there at 7 on the dot and they tell me it will be just a little bit before they get started, I sit there a hour, then a mechanic comes out and says we can’t get to you today due to it being a in depth inspection. Terrible that they would set up a appointment and then not tell me for an hour that they can’t do anything. The proper way would have been:( it’s gonna take a little longer then expected but we will get to you as soon as we can today because we made a appointment for you.) Then I go inside to get paperwork I brought in for the inspection, they just hand it to me without even setting up another appointment. I just spent 5500 dollars a month ago at that place just to be treated like that. I take the truck to another shop and they got me right in, and even pointed out the mess ups that A and G did on some of the repairs. I don’t recommend this place!! I will not be back. You don’t make appointments just to turn your customers away. I lost time and money sitting there. Thanks Krista for setting this up and canceling an hour after sitting. Just a piece of advice always allow at least 2-3 hours for any kind of inspection. Maybe this won’t happen to another person in the future.

Got Linex installed on my 2011 Silverado. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also ordered a bed cover for me and installed it in under 20 minutes.

Called for road assist at 2 am, asked to have it towed to their shop, girl name Krista said she will have to wake up driver and get him to us, I specified that we need to tow our truck to them, she said ok, and that driver will be there in 1-1 1/2h....driver arrive in mobile truck and said they don’t own any wreckers, that if we don’t like that they will call local wrecking company Johns Brother Towing and will tell them not to tow us, if we are not happy, “great” and “friendly” community around Clarksville TN, be careful who you pick for your service

They have a great team over there. My semi was leaking fluids causing my semi to shutdown and they instantly pinpointed the source of the problem. They ordered the factory parts and it arrived within a few hours, while other places told me they can order parts and get it within a few days. In my line of business time is money. Now Im on the road making money again thanks to A & G Diesel.

2003 Dodge 2500 diesel. I have never had an issue with it before and suddenly it just quits. They took the time to look at it and give me a idea of where the problem was this was done after normal hours. The next day they started on it first thing and kept me informed all through the process. Instead of replacing the lift pump which I had approved they found a corroded wire which was causing it to loose ground. Instead of replacing the pump they fixed the wire saving me about 700$.Honest quick turnaround and knowledgeable staff that’s about all you can ask for and it can be found here.

Amazing service. I was concerned I contaminated my fuel on Easter Sunday. I called A&G and Krista answered right away. It’s important to note that Krista is the same employee who answered the phone a few weeks earlier during normal business hours when I was purchasing a bed cover. I immediately felt confident speaking with Krista and not an answering service. Krista gave me very sound advice and I had my truck towed to A&G. Within 2 hours of the shop opening, my fuel tank was flushed and my truck was ready for me. Great company and great people; I will definitely use A&G again and again.

Called for a service, wasted about an hour of our time just to tell us they could not do a job they were called out to do in the first place. At the end of everything we got yelled at, cussed out and left on the side of the road. Clearly being left on the side of I-24 is okay by them when semi trucks are passing us at 60-70 mph.

Well honesty is always the best policy I called in cuz Im in the middle of a rebuild of an old international 9370 it has a big cam 400 in it and was looking for somebody to kind of go through it and adjust the valves and everything and I asked the gentleman that answer the phone if they had anybody experience with the older engines and inform me they do not so Id rather have somebody tell me they couldnt attempt something then have them send me through a goose chase and charged me a bunch of money so I gave it five stars just for honesty cuz its hard to find that

On my way from Wisconsin to Florida with my Motor-home, I developed loss of Power and was able to get to the Campground in Clarksville. I call A & G and within 20 minutes John was there and looking for the cause. As he started the Re Gen we noticed the Engine starting to smoke and he shut it down. Removed the floor on the inside of the Motor-home and immediately found the cause. Broken Flex pipe from the Turbo. He went back ordered the part from Tiffin. The part arrived, John went to work taking out the old and installing the new. He was very aware of keeping the inside of the motor-home clean, removing his shoes each time he came in. He found a couple other issues and also repaired them. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and made sure I was getting the best service they could provide. John worked late into the evening to make sure my RV was ready and I did not have to spend another night. He finished, we took off and 1366 miles later we arrived home without any issues!! This company will always be on my referral list for anyone the needs service and I have their number and address programmed into my cell phone. I recommend this company 100% to anyone needing any type of RV or Diesel work or repairs done. Thanks very much Team, you all are the BEST!!!

Been here for work to my Freightliner twice. They always have been great at getting me back on the road with great service and reasonable prices.

I was out of town, I had to have my truck towed there to be repaired. They called me as soon as it arrived, had it fixed the next day. They were courteous and professional. If I ever need work done again, no doubt that Ill use these guys again!

One of my favorite businesses in Clarksville. I own a trailer that needed many repairs such as new LED lights, and new wiring for the trailer brakes. These guys put a heavy duty cord end on and some great LED tail lights. I also own a CM truck bed which came from here too, and any issues I’ve had with it were fixed right then and there. These are the kind of things that make me want to come back for anything else I may need in the future. Also they sale Orca coolers and replacemt parts for them as well.

Took this business at least 6 attempts to get my rear glass on my topper to close properly. Leer as a company is worthless. I will never take my hard earned money here again. Save yourself the headache, time, gas money and buy an ARE.

When leaving from visiting relatives in Clarksville, my Service Engine Soon light came on and my truck started running rough. I was looking at a 800 mile trip, so I decided to turn around and seek a shop in Clarksville to diagnose and repair.I did a web search and found A&G. The reason I picked them was because of their 4+ star review rating.Of course this all happened on a Sunday, so I had to wait until Monday to take the truck in. They immediately checked out the truck, and the technician explained to me his thoughts on what the issue may be. It could be one of about three things, and he would have to do some testing to see which it was.The bottom like is they fixed the truck in one day. This shop was professional and the staff was friendly, I would highly recommend them.I wish they were in my hometown so I could use them for any future service and repairs.

I called Friday ask him how much for a trailer hitch install I need everything what ever it needs to haul a 5x8 Uhaul trailer. Well this people at this shop only installed a trailer rail and hitch ball NO ELECTRICAL WIRING! Come on now! I lost days of a trip my wife lost 3 days off her only 6 days off for the month because she works 3 weeks on the road and only gets 6 days home. When someone tells you I need a tow hitch installation what ever it needs to haul a trailer I think lights would be something you would need? Like come on now thats common sense. Just to then try to charge me a 2nd labor fee and not even have the wire kit available or even be able to find it. Im so freaking dissapointed in their service. Made this me feel like a typical victim of repair shop male undermindness. This is the only way I can let this hate out my body enough not to rip a $300 trunk ornament and beat TF out of someone.

Dropped my truck off on a Friday. Told them I needed it back by the following Friday. Was assured it wasnt a problem. Told them exactly what the problem was, that it was intermittent and only occured when it was up to operating temapature.Called the following Friday. Gentleman who answered the phone told me there was nothing in the computer and would check with the shop. They called me back almost an hour later. Told me they couldnt replicate the problem.When I told them nevermind I would just come get it they hung up on me. When I got there they charged me for 1/2 hour diagnostic after I all ready told them I knew exactly what the problem was.When I got in my truck the engine was warm. They left my truck sit for a week, didnt drive it till I called them and then charged me for it.I wouldnt recommend them if they where the last place left in town.
