Rented a chainsaw that would cut 2 inches then the chain would have to be tightened back up. Went back and got another chainsaw that did the same and wouldnt even cut my stump up. So after 5 hrs of trying to cut my stump, which should have taken 2 hours max, they still charged me full price for the worthless chainsaw rental. Customer service is horrible along with the tools!

They worked on my posthole augear machine this be 3rd time taking it back to fix
