We took my fiancé’s wedding dress there to be altered and she ruined the dress. Complete ruined it. We had to take it else where in order to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE! HER WEDDING DRESS WAS RUINED! It looked like she let a 5 year old have scissors and cut the bottom. It had chunks missing. Just awful.

I brought pants and a blazer here to be hemmed with a one day turn around time. She could have had them completed same day! Everything fit correctly afterwards and I am pleased with the price I paid. I will definitely continue to use this location for alterations.

Quick and inexpensive!

**Go here with caution and a warning** I had gotten a new suit and needed the pants hemmed and a little taken out in the jacket. She kept saying no. It fit you yea it fits me when youre tugging on it and holding it down. But I dont have anyone to walk behind me tugging the jacket down all day or night. On the trousers hem she only marked the back by the heels and not the front. By doing this its hemmed in a straight line creating too much of a break in the front thus creating too much of a break in the back. Looks really sloppy and not tailored. I needed a new suit and quick as I had just ripped a hole at the elbow in the sleeve and needed it in less than a week. I should have had it tailored from the store where I bought it but it would have taken over a month to get it back. Now I have to have it redone and cost more money to fix their fix. I have several things I need alerted but WILL NOT be taking our going back here. I asked for them to fix it but she said No. No need to fix. It look good on you. as she tried to pull my pants up the crack of my butt. Price was as expected at $10.75 but Ill end up having probably $30+ in just hem alterations.

My son just had something that needed to be altered fairly quickly, went in, and was out in no time. They werent pricey, and did a fabulous job! We will definitely be using them again.

Our daughters prom dress was very expensive and needed to be let out. Not only was it a perfect fit when it was done, but there was absolutely no indication that her elaborate gown had been altered...and this all done within a week before prom. I truly and highly recommend them for their quality and skilled work!

This place is a nightmare, they charged me $50 dollars to get my dress altered but it was never touched, my husband was the one picked it up because I had to work that day and had no idea that it was not altered until I showed him the pinholes where they had it pinned and the length is still the same. I called them the next day and complained but they said they did altered my dress and hang up the phone. I was fuming mad but I cant do anything we had to be on the road that night to attend a wedding the next day. I ended up not wearing the dress because it was too long and had to wear black dress in the middle of summer in Florida.

They have altered everything from a boat bimi to polo pea coats they always done a awesome job !!!!

I called about a price before I got alterations and I was told 10.00 then after I went to pick up my item it was suddenly 25.00 and when I asked why that was she denied ever saying it was 10.00...the job was good but I started using Barbara alterations on Wilma and she was amazing and only charged 15.00 for the same alteration AND the lady at chongs never told me to wash my new clothes prior to alterations (now that seems like common sense since Barbara told me) but still she had to realize the item was never washed hell it had the price tag still on it!

Similar to another complaint, I was overcharged. I went in to get a flash put on my beret and was charged $7.00 - this price is three times what most shops in Clarksville charge.
