They were honest and said they couldnt clean my floors to remove pet odors because they were laminate. They did however, clean the concrete patio and front walkway. There is no more odor. They did a great job. Would highly recommend. Love honest companies.

They were hands down the best company and people Ive had come clean the carpets. They were so friendly, explained the process, were super thorough and I could keep going on. The carpets look and feel brand new. Ill be having them come back to do hardwoods and so much more!

Amazing!!! As a Realtor I used to recommend steam cleaners regularly, but I wont be after using Schwalms Chem-Dry. After using a steam cleaner company to try and clean a home with many pet stains and smells with no luck, I called this company and could not have been happier with their performance and professionalism. The technology they use far exceeds anything that is available from most steam cleaning companies. Not only did they remove all the stains the steam cleaners couldnt, but the smell also!

We had Schwalm’s Chem Dry out to clean 3 bedrooms. Unbeknownst to us, one of our dogs was using a bedroom to pee - a lot. I was mortified - it never smelled! Swear to god. They “highlighted” the areas with specialized equipment & got busy. A two hour job turned into 4. They were professional, hard working, well-priced AND carpets are warrantied for a year afterward against stains/smells. Best carpet cleaning company ever. Will definitely be having them back.

He did an awesome job on my apartment carpet. He was able to remove some tough stains out of the carpet without damage. He also used a protective chemical which will make it easier for stains to be cleaned up in the future. Schealms Chem Dry did a amazing job. My carpets are older and when Chem Dry were finished the carpets look great. This is the first time I had my carpets cleaned and really could tell a diffrents. Schwalms ChemDry was by far the best carpet cleaning company EVER. Owned by a military vet, they put other carpet cleaners to shame. They used a black light to expose blood and urine deep into the carpet that other companies wouldn’t dare attempt to navigate. The owner used to clean crime scenes and he wasted no time to use his expertise to get pet odors and stains removed from the carpet that cannot be seen with the naked eye. I don’t know what infinity stones this company collected, but they were somehow able to snap potent and stubborn urine, bacteria and allergens back to wherever they came from. Thanks to the technology and sophisticated equipment that superseded all other carpet cleaners in the area, I think it’s safe to say that if you are not using Schwalms ChemDry your carpet isn’t REALLY clean. If your worried about price, or have “Pandemic Pockets” fear not! With the military discount and the promotion they were running, they took care of 3 carpeted rooms for just under 100.00. (Barring any additional add ons) We are extremely pleased with this company.

From the very start I had a great experience with Schwalms Chem-Dry. They were very friendly and helpful when I contacted them to schedule my carpets to be cleaned. On the day we were scheduled they arrived on time and worked quickly to get my carpets looking better than when I moved into the house (its a rental).

I purchased a sofa from Ashley furniture and got the warranty along with it, because I have messy kids! This will be my second time using them to clean my sofa and they do an amazing job!My 2 year old was home this time and instead of getting frustrated by him being a two year old he let him help in little ways, which was amazingly helpful. Definitely will be using them again if needed!

I was, generally, happy with the service completed at approximately 1:30. However, I had to ask that my furniture be placed on plastic so the finish wouldn’t seep and/or absorb water. My headboard was damaged from what appears to be sliding the furniture. Also, they didn’t attach my footboard in one side. The problems were noticed around 7:45 when I got home and was getting ready to go to bed. I was told by someone claiming to be the area manager that it was inappropriate to ask someone to come reattach my headboard due to the late hour. I explained that I left when they did to let my carpets dry. I came home to wet carpet still - as well. I also explained I couldn’t fix it myself due to medical issues and she hung up on me.To be fair, I know the damage was not caused by the owner. It was his helper(s). Even though this all happened and I was treated poorly by the guy’s wife, my carpets look great. It was still wet at 2:30 this morning, though. Anyway, I would still use chem-dry and recommend the service. But if he brought the same helpers, I wouldn’t let them touch my furniture. Additionally, I recently noticed a stain on my carpet when I moved a nightstand. It’s clearly from before they put the plastic down.

They say they use Way less water than any other carpet cleaning company..... So like anyone I was concerned about the promise it would get clean. BOY oh BOY. These carpets are like Brand Spanking New ... If you read the comments its true, you may think they just replaced your carpet! They also finished someone else’s house early so they were able to move my appointment earlier which worked perfectly. I needed my stairs cleaned for our move out and they did great! Have used ChemDry since the 90’s. They offer a great product, extremely thorough with removing any and every stain. Nothing else completely removes pet stains. The carpet we had cleaned was from a rental home that we had rented. The house smelled terribly of old pet urine...when we pulled the carpet back there was crystallized urine!Schwalm’s ChemDry were able to clean the carpets and remove all traces of the urine smell.
