Love this place, they do it all, vacuum, clean interior, they are always friendly. There have been times ( depends on whos working) that when I got home I would have to touch up the interior. Because they missed a few areas. But I love this place

Just moved to Indiana and needed a new car wash facility. I was super impressed by the cleanliness of my vehicle when it was done. Also a few bucks cheaper than the company I used in Louisville, I will be returning and Ill have my rewards card with me!

Am highly disappointed. Purchased the top package at $24. Floor and console left unvacuumed, rear and side-rear window left unwashed, dash left unwiped...with 5 men working on 1 vehicle you would expect a little better ☹

Stole a valuable coin from me and then the manager covered for the person who stole it. Quite a joke to get lied to your face. Didn’t vacuum the trunk either. Never coming here again. Second time they’ve stolen money from me.

This car wash has was terrible. Bugs still on my windshield, dirt under my floor mats, door frames still dirty, and front of car still need additional cleaning. Guy said they were doing their best because they havent had a day off in 5 weeks. This place used to be the only place I recommended. It will now be the only place I will NOT recommend. I DESERVE A REFUND for all of the cleaning I am now going to do because the guys at Wash-O-Rama are tired and over worked and didnt start or finish the job right.

Best car wash in town. They really go the extra mile. The Works is worth it. All the employees were nice and enthusiastic to help. The car was spotless inside and out when they finished. I love that they wipe it down.

Got my car vacuumed and washed, overall looked well but the emergency brake had been hit and no one realized or they failed to turn it off. Pulled onto eastern blvd, almost got into a wreck, and pulled over into PNC to realize it had been left on. Clean service was well but if you go here, don’t assume your car is just in park.

Friendly service, but did the top service and still had dirt and food crumbs (from grandkids) on seats.

10 guys inside one car you’d think it be nice and clean. Nope! nearly the same as it was before. However, they still managed to find everything under the seats.

Paid 24 dollars for full service car wash. Came home with a dirty car. Outside looked great, inside was just as dirty as it was beforehand. They do a lot of mindless swiping around when they are inside your car. They don’t pay attention to what their doing. Just going thru the motions. Won’t be going back!!

Always my go-to when the car needs a good scrubbing. Ive always been happy with the price and the results. Everyone is nice and not afraid to do a little extra like making sure running boards and door jambs are clean. I dont live in Clarksville, but drive there.

There is dirt on all plastic surfaces inside and out, the inside of all door hinge and surrounding areas, there is still lint on carpets and seats. Sad. Loved this place.

This isnt your standard drive thru car wash. These people vacuum & detail your car. They clean your windows inside and out. For $24 plus tip you get a $100 detail in 15 min.

At 1st I was thinking this is nice and then.... I got in my car and there wasnt any air freshener so the guy gave me 3 air freshener wafers and told me to put them under my seat. No biggie right ☺ Well I then noticed there was some dirt on the door panel that they did Not clean and my rubber floor mats were taken out NOT cleaned as they were supposed to be and NOT replaced properly, meaning to put back in the locking notches! So for paying $25 I wont go back! I will go to Blue Iguanas on Lewis and Clark and clean my Car my self!! I was disappointed, I guess I expected more 😔

I bought their best package for $21.00. There were at least 5 people in my car wiping down I dont know how, but they did NOT do a good job. They sprayed and wiped down stuff buy moved so fast nothing was getting cleanedI left theretwith a dirty car after I just paid to have my car cleaned ! :(

Management on inside was very nice. My.car looked brand new when finished. However, person in charge outside was very rude and lacking in customer relations. Hadnt been there in a few years and it will be a few more before I return to the same location!

Pretty good wash but they didn’t throw any of the trash in my car away they just put it in the side door pockets. An no clean up or vacuum on my trunk what’s up with that. I paid for “the works”. The exterior of my car looks great.

Hands down the best car wash joint around. Owner (not 100% sure he is actually the owner, but at least he appears to be) is usually there, working alongside the crew. I have been going there for years. They always do a top notch job.

I only go to this car wash, or do it myself. So anyone that cant admit that sometimes were too damn lazy to wash and vacuum and armour all and clean the windows and detail the rims and shine the tires, oh and spray whatever scent youd like, just do it yourself. Only car wash around to do all that. Appreciate the convenience they proved. 5 stars.

Locally owned and I just found this business when I got my MINI Cooper. I have only been twice but am impressed with the attitude of the workers and the attention to detail. I took it on a frigid day and was thankful they were open. They were still cheerful and did not rush through anything. I will be going there again. I haven’t given it a 5 because I have not used any other service yet.

On 3 Dec 2016 at 9am I was the first in line. The crew was not on their A game since they did not track my vehicle. I have a few custom parts that caused the top wash roller to make the entire truck jump up in an aggressive manner. After the second time I shouted to the man behind the cash register. They stopped the system until a member of the staff got next to my vehicle. He told me the crew forgot to track the vehicle based on the custom parts. Tracking means they are suppose to walk it through and lift the top roller so it does not catch on the windshield visor. They ran my truck through again and reluctantly gave me a 50% discount. I got $10 back but it cost me the price of an antenna at $33 plus an additional $150 to have the dent on the lower fender panel removed by a paint less dent process. The dent was caused when the truck jumped the lower guide roller twice. This car wash has a great local reputation but if you have problem and you are from out of town inspect your vehicle upon completion. Especially if you see something happen to your vehicle that is not within normal procedures.

I just drove through this nightmare of a car wash and spent $30 for him to put the wrong mats in my carwhen I tried to tell him he was putting somebody elses match back in my car I got screamed at by some guy in a green shirt. Then he got in my car and drove it out in the street without my permission. The car wash was barely adequate I could have gone spent $10 at Joes and done it myself was a much better experience and a much better wash.

The guys do a great job. Will continue to bring my car here. The price of a wash is very reasonable for the job they do. Worth every cent.

Didn’t vacuum well at all and tire shine already wore off after leaving. Wish I could post pics I would. This was my first time ever trying them out and won’t be back.

I went here to get my car cleaned up it’s a brand new car I had a empty Kroger bag a plastic water bottle and a few pieces of paper in the passenger floorboard all in one area for them to clean up I got the best package plus extra for my weather tech floor mats to be cleaned and I was told by the employee that he was not gonna clean up and remove the trash from the floorboard on one Area in my car I work for the city I’m a professional why else would you go to a car wash and pay to have it washed and cleaned if they’re not going to do so I know lots of business owners and other professionals in my community even city council members I will definitely not be coming back I’m a native to this area I think was kind a racist I have a nice car successful young I will definitely not be going back beware of this place if you are Of ethnic background if I could give this place a zero stars I would I’ll be taking my money to the car wash down the street next to Ocharlys in Clarksville

I got a good car wash here. The workers could be a little nicer and friendly. Not sure Ill be back because of the way they talked to me. The workers kind of barked orders at me and didnt seem to want to answer any questions.

They didnt do a thorough job on the outside. Only one side got got tires shined....didnt do passenger side. They only cleaned front and back windows on inside. Didnt clean the side windows. Vacuuming was minimal...left trash. Front windshield was streaked after they cleaned it

Usually I go to the location in Jeffersonville and they always do a wonderful job. I live in New Albany now and decided to try the Clarksville location. $21 plus a $5 tip and it didnt even look like they touched the inside. Dashboard and around the gear shift and cup holders were still dirty. My friend went the exact same time as me and she had the exact experience. Wont go back to this location. Jeffersonville location does a much better job!!
