I didnt like it when I worked for the company back when they had the contract with at&t my daughter didnt work long for them either and my husband only worked for them for a little over 3 months under the Sprint contract and liked it but didnt like it...

Current employeek, just like any new job it takes time to learn the position and bonus aspects, I have always heard the stories but never really listened. Once you hear the stories and realize that people that are complaining cant make it a week or two for training. Then I say try for yourself, way better pay and benefits now and lots of bonuses.

Currently I have been employed here for just under six years. Presently the department that I am assigned to will be terminated on April 18 2017 and the remaining department will be terminated around the end of May 2017 effectively shutting down the entire facility. Personally I have to say that Im going to miss working here and most definitely will miss workin with the wonderful coworkers that I call friends

I love how people get so mad at them for doing their job, I love my job more and more everyday, its a job come to work and get your check. Some of the crap on her they explained to you when you start if you dont listen its on you if you dont wanna work then dont

Ive worked here for almost a year but I dont really like it. I love the benefits but I dont like the job. Its like any other customer service job you have good customers and terrible customers. Like some of them are really mean, racists, and completely unbearable. And you use to work for walmart for a long time I thought they had some bad customers.

I hate this place more than words can express... Youre not a person here, youre a number, they want you to care about your job and customer. However they dont care about you at all. And theres rarely, if ever. A manager around when you need one... But yet, they can fire you for getting out of your seat to look for a manager... I cant wait to find a new job..

They offer work incentives/perks/pay bonuses, and then lie about when/if/how you will receive them. They pretend as though the client makes choices regarding THEIR payroll incentives (such as shift differentials) and then pretend as if they had no idea they were giving you the wrong information. Additionally, they expect us to make sales despite the fact we do not receive commission. We literally set up upgrades/sales for customers and then transfer to telesales to finalize the purchase. We do the work for them, then THEY get the money. They say we are compensated through this by value points Which can give great bonuses if you achieve enough every month... But the expected metrics are absolutely ridiculous and are not even ALMOST lenient enough to be within a realistic margin of error. They expect a next call prevention of 7 days for 95% of calls in order to qualify for a bonus AT ALL. This clearly makes no sense, because any small number of customers could and will call back about an issue completely unrelated to the original one called about, and yet you will be denied your bonus for it. Making a bonus only achievable by strong performance is perfectly reasonable and can increase productivity... But making bonuses practically impossible to achieve in this way is obviously just a way for this company to pretend they offer some time of compensation for sales, despite the glaringly obvious fact you will never receive anything.Add to all of this, the management team is never on the same page, and the entire training team gives completely wrong information about the job and policies. Even when management is asked for clarification, they refuse to do their job and answer questions, and just direct you back to the policies, which DO NOT COVER EVERYTHING. They do this because they do not want to be held responsible for giving wrong information out (Because they do not know what they are supposed to know and spin this as trying to make the agents self sufficient; a cute way of saying they want them to do their job for them) and it is beyond me why they are paid anything more than we are when in all truth, they are just attendance clerks with the title Team leader.Despite the horrid management, the floor support are very helpful. You can ask them questions and receive help, and they are usually happy to help. Confusingly, they are told by the team leaders they should help us as little as possible, despite the fact their entire job revolves around helping us. Even more interesting is the fact that nobody promoted to floor support ever received their raises for a long time (were talking months) and as of the time i left my position here, they still had not been receiving their promised compensation.All in all, I would never recommend this job. The job itself is easy when they do not turn the cue up and make every agent take calls less than a second apart for 8 hours straight and hold you accountable for breaking the rules that constantly change without warning, but the lies, failure to run an honest or professional work place, and the sad playing they do with peoples money, forces me to say that nobody should ever come here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The work environment here is absolutely horrible! Everyone is miserable and they try to pass it off as a good place to work when all you have to do is look at there employees. Not to mention they mess up your pay! They use adp which in my case I have had adp for years and never had a single issue with them. I watch all my money like a hawk so I was able to catch it early. The hr woman when I went in in the am got an aline card which I never have had to do in order to get paid she has to activate it and is saying I would not get paid when adp is saying I would get paid on time if she would do her job !

This is the worst company in clarksville, I keep trying to give them props for being an employer of decent paying starter jobs, but they continually disappoint by their extremely poor management by Andy Tsisosky, who doesnt care for his support staff at all and provides no direction or support. Do not work at convergys unless it is your ONLY option.

I worked here for a year and a half. You do not get help unless you have a sale. You have a question? It better be about a sale if not any team leader or tss will immediately tell you to get one after they help you. This place is just like high school and if you kiss enough butt to the higher ups you WILL be promoted regardless of your stats or sales I have seen it happen over 10 times. My training class was a joke the trainer was about to quit so we just watched YouTube videos all day. They only care about sales now even though you get paid nothing in return. People that had worked at that site for over ten years are even quitting because how bad its gotten. And now they are demoting people and firing people due to budget cuts I honestly hope the site fails.

Good starter job, turnover rate ridiculously high. Whether youre an okay/great agent, they will find a way to fire you. No one lasts here too long, so dont get comfortable. Good starter job to get you on your feet until you find something better. Guarunteed 40 hours every week with paycheck every two weeks, but like I said.....everyones easily fired smh
