Every cut made was a cut made with purpose and precession, nothing extra need be done. These barbers know how to cut hair better than any shop Ive been to in the local area. You can always tell an experienced barber by how slow and careful they cut your hair and still manage to get done faster than those that do multiple passes, up and downs and side to sides. Classic clean shape and will never go to another barber while Im here.

Ive been going here since 1988. Many different Barbers over the years always the best quality cut. This is a true old school Barbershop like dad and grandpa used. Hair cuts, trims full shave. One of the most comfortable and enjoyable haircuts I’ve ever had. The shop is adorned with a bunch of old antiques which give it a classic feel. The staff were very friendly and professional. The shop was very clean and the cost of the service was VERY affordable. I highly recommend this place.

Went in today. Sat down. Waited 15 minutes. No one spoke a word to me. Eventually the current customers were finished up. Still no one spoke to me. Finally left. If this is how they treat customers, I’m surprised they have any.

I got a haircut there in late December 2020 from new woman, who was at 3rd chair from left as you walk in. Worst haircut of my life!! I looked like the monk from Robin Hood movies! Unbelievable! Finding another place.

They didn’t shape up the back of my head and I have a crooked line. Put the part that I asked for so far on the inside that thrown the entire cut off balance. Didn’t cut the hair on the inside of the part so it looks messy. Never going here again. Would suggest going somewhere else.

I absolutely love this barber shop. All the barbers are excellent, but I would recommend the barber Tim who I believe is also the owner. The best way to explain what kind of haircut you would like is with a picture. I read some other reviews that say they did not get the haircut they would like, though from my experience, whoever writing these reviews clearly did not explain how they wanted their haircut done because Tim is a fantastic barber. The business is also remodeling and I am sure it will look wonderful when it is complete. I highly recommend this barber shop if you are looking for a classic vibe from a well to do barbershop. Furthermore, the person talking about the previous Barber Earl who used to work for this shop must be trying to bring down this business reputation down, must be from a rival barber shop. Though like I said previously, I highly recommend.

Been going to there since 2001, Nothing fancy, just old guys ( sometimes a woman ) giving a good haircut. I was worried when Grand Pa’s went away that they would have to go. Glad they stayed.

I’ve gotten my haircut here many times. Same exact thing every time. I pay the same amount, I sit in the same chair, they put the same cape over me, they always ask me about the same thing, nothing. It’s perfect.

If I could give no stars, I would. The barber who cut his hair, gave him the completely wrong haircut. My sons hair was over 4 inches long on top. He wanted a taper fade on the sides. He tried to show him a picture and was told no I know what it is, it’s an easy haircut. My husband had to run home to grab his bank card real quick, while he was gone, the “barber” completely shaved his head to about 1/4 of inch in length. My son is 14 and it was his first trip to an actual barber. He wanted his haircut a specific way and stupid me thought an actual barber would be able to cut his hair correctly. I called up there to complain, the man laid all blame on my son and then ended the phone call with I guess you should have cut it yourself and hung up on me!! I am furious!!!!

My 15 year old son likes the cut he got, the atmosphere is old school, and fun.

If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for a low fade and trim the top, take some weight off. The guy used buzzers the whole time and didnt use a comb to gauge his fade he just eyeballed it. Thought maybe he is that good. The I saw his hands shaking from age. Ok respect. Then soaped and put a razor to me before I could say no. Looking like Spock right now.

If you’re looking for Earl he’s at the Eastgate barber shop across from Publix on Madison dr. I asked the barbers at Curtis’ where he went and they said they didn’t know. Well I found him yesterday and he told me that he told them where he was going. The barbers at Curtis’ straight up lied to my face. I will never go back there again.

I asked not to have ANYTHING taken off the top, but because my bangs dance off to the side he cut them with his scissors after finishing the sides(the only parts I asked to be cut). At the end of the day, I received a good fade but sacrificed my bangs for it.

Seriously the worst barber shop Ive been in. If you cant cut kids hair, just dont try. One of my sons looks like Spock and the other ended up with a buzz from trying to fix their mistakes so many times. Even changed chairs with no luck.
