I drove 4.5 hours (one way) to pickup a new car from Jeff, Ryan, and Levi at Jeff Wyler Toyota. It was totally worth it. Great service and communication on a brand new vehicle which is hard to find these days. The purchase process was smooth and I got great financing. They made everything easy and transparent. My wife and I couldnt be happier. I would drive 4.5 hours again to be a repeat customer. A+

I cannot say enough great things about this establishment and all the assistance that I received during the sales process. Jeff Samuels was my salesperson and was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, but also transparent with information which helped keep me at ease during what could have been a very stressful transaction. When it came time to sign my loan documents, I also had a very pleasant experience with Dylan, one of the finance officers. He was great at providing me with key information and making sure I understood every step of the process. I am very pleased with my overall experience and will recommend this dealership to others in the future.

Dylan Post was fantastic when leasing my third Toyota! I wanted to sell my current vehicle and had shopped at other Toyota dealerships in the area with limited success. Dylan took the time to see what I was looking for and even though there is VERY limited new vehicle inventory he was able to find exactly what I was looking for! The service at Jeff Wyler is always top notch! Unfortunately, this was our first time there during the pandemic and we are a high-risk family. We were pretty disappointed to see that we were the only people wearing masks. None of the staff were despite being front-line workers who interact with the public pm a daily basis.In the foreseeable future (at least for the rest of the pandemic) we will call in advance to check on the mask policy. We may move our business across the bridge where the Governor is enforcing a stricter mask mandate for businesses to protect more vulnerable families like ours. Other than that we love the customer service and the work performed by the technicians at Jeff Wyler and will be sad to have to switch to a Louisville location.

Salesman Justin was great. My wife loves her new Highlander. We were pretty happy with the price also. but the finance lady seems to have severe emotional issues with someone telling her no and was extremely rude. Used a finance company we expressly asked not to use because she said they had the lowest interest rate that we had already said didn’t matter and not to use Wells Fargo. She treated us very poorly in my honest opinion. If my wife hadn’t been in love with the vehicle and we had several hours invested, I would have stopped the deal at that time. I will make sure I won’t purchase another vehicle from this dealer if that person is still there.

Give that man a raise! 5 stars for him!**UPDATE**Almost a month later my trade-in account hasnt been paid and closed. Now I making payments for a vehicle I dont even have, plus my new one. Additionally, the dealership still hasnt paid me a large amount of money owed to me. Weve been loyal Toyota customers for over 24 years and have purchased over 16 new vehicles from dealerships across this country. Never have we seen this, unacceptable and very disappointing.Not the sales representatives fault

My husband and I purchased a beautiful 2021 Toyota Highlander last weekend. Our salesman, Justin B., was hands down the best salesperson we have every encountered. He was very personable, super funny, and not at all pushy. The entire process went very smoothly- there were no hiccups at all. I attribute this to Justin’s amazing expertise in selling vehicles. He had us in and out of there so fast, which was awesome and very appreciated, but he was still very thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles and this experience was by far the best. I would highly recommend asking for Justin when you buy a vehicle. You won’t be disappointed!

In late July of 2021, I purchased a used vehicle from Jeff Wyler of Clarksville. I am from Cincinnati and made the one hour and forty minute drive to Clarksville. Juan was my salesman. Not only was Juan very transparent about the vehicle, but he remained in close contact with me throughout the vehicles preparation stages to ensure I was aware of any issues the vehicle may have had as they had just received the vehicle on a trade-in and I was traveling a good distance to purchase it.As well, Jon Bowman, General Sales Manager was in communication with me to ensure I had no further questions or needs prior to making the transaction. Upon my arrival, the vehicle was prepped and serviced. Jon and Juan had stuck to our agreed price without any funny business. It was simply a matter of signing the docs.Truly a professional experience. This was the best big car dealershipexperiences I have had in my 32 years of driving. Honest people that provided me with a solid customer experience. The vehicle is solid and I purchased exactly what they informed me I was purchasing. No hidden issues. As well, they are handling the transfer of my tags, registration. Subsequently I sent an email inquiring progress and they were prompt with a response.Perhaps I will drive there again in seven years for my next purchase.Well done.

I just want to put this out there... I was looking at a used 2018 or 2019 corolla... and they ran my credit 4 times! I signed a paper to run my credit but I didnt know that they were going to hit it four different times from four different companies. First, they bring me a high rate from an outside creditor and say they are working on getting me approved from Toyota with a better rate. Ten minutes they came back and said I was approved from Toyota with a lower rate (but it was still high). It is just kind of frustrating that they would run with different agencies when I ultimately had already been approved with Toyota. I think it was a tactic they used. I definitely didnt want four hard inquiries on my report because I have worked really hard on getting my credit score up.Micah was super cool though. He is a good salesman. I think it was more of the higher ups and their tactics. Just typical salesman stuff.

Appointment reminder was a nice touch never seen that before. Walked in and was greeted immediately by Justin. Appointment time was 9 and of course we were running behind and in a rush to leave,my wife had. Awork call at 1030. He had all paperwork ready, 10 minutes later we were in finance and 10 minutes after that I was on the road home. Truly a simple process!

Posted my Lexus online and got a message from Michael saying “ This is Michael with Jeff Wyler Buying Center. I HAVE GREAT NEWS, I looked closer at your SC and we are able to offer you $9,500. What time today can you bring that in?”I made an appointment and drove a hour for them to offer me 6k. My car is in amazing condition but since it “needs new wheels and tires” they can only offer me 6k-7k. I’m not mad at the price but mad at the fact that they sent me an offer after looking at detailed pictures of my car, just to lowball me in person. Waste of my time. Maybe don’t offer prices they can’t own up to.

Went into this dealership looking for a car. I don’t have the most knowledge when it comes to cars so I was intimidated at first. However upon arriving, I was greeted and helped the whole way through by Juan Rodriguez. He made the whole experience wonderful! He really took the time to help me understand every aspect of the vehicles I was looking at and really seemed to care about making sure I fully understood the deal I was looking at. Overall Juan just really made my time there enjoyable and relieved me of all tension I had when I first arrived. I had a horrible experience, I was supposed to be picked up at my work at 4:30. I was told they forgot to pick me up and the shuttle driver had left for the day. I sat on the sidewalk waiting for an employee to pick me up to get my car. Finally at 5:55 I was picked up. Never once did I get a call from Jeff Wyler Toyota to apologize or offer me any compensation!!!!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. If I hadnt been in love with the car I would have walked away. I should have walked away. List price was $8,000, they added enough taxes and fees to make it over $11,000. Took 2 weeks to get a windshield replaced and ready for me to pick up. They ended up offering me a loaner car, it was on empty, same with the 2nd loaner. Now Im trying to figure out the financing, they told me 1 number and when I was finally able to look at the account threw the lender it was several thousand dollars more than we discussed. I have been trying all day to reach someone to explain it to me but no one will answer a call or a text. Thinking about contacting a lawyer and trying to get my money back. It has been a mess since day 1. First time buying a car from a lot, they saw me coming from a mile away, left a bad taste. Recommending to my friends and family to stay away. My dad was going to buy from them until he saw what I was going threw.

Honestly shocked at the level they tried to rip me off. I am not sure if I have had a worse car experience ever. Walked in and waited for someone to acknowledge me which took about 10 minutes. After I was able to test drive the car I was interested in the sales rep was no where to be found for another 15 minutes. They seemed extremely distracted and like they did not want to be there let alone help me buy a car. After telling me I couldnt be financed, they came back and said they could for a ridiculous monthly payment. When I asked who it would be financed through the sales rep said I dont know. and would not tell me what the APR percentage on the loan was. Obviously I am not going to buy a car and not know who it is financed through or what the interest rate is. Total joke. On top of that I do not recommended trying to trade your car in to them. I took my car to a dealership in Louisville and was immediately offered $2,000 more than they offered me. Long story short, great place to go if you enjoy being ripped off and love the stereotypical used car salesman that only cares about themselves.

I would not recommend this location.Biggest problem with this dealership is that you CANNOT get ahold of ANYONE if you ever need a service problem.I was told 3-4 times over the course of 4 weeks I might have to return my vehicle I had already taken home, due to credit being denied even though I put a massive down payment down on the car already and was told I was approved.You can get ahold of the Sales Department no problem. But if you need paperwork or have an issue, you will be stuck in the phones for hours. Infinite transfers that lead to full voicemails or just dont get answered. called between 9:00am - 11:00am and somehow there still arent people in the office in certain departments.Their goals are clearly to get you in a car smoothly, and not to help all around the board afterwards.

Recently Gene Post helped me get into a vehicle and I have to say how impressed I am with the man, some call…the Asian Sensation. Although he reminded me of a Japanese/Korean version of Shrek, I was able to put that aside and put my trust in what he was advising. I always love to support our veterans and once Gene cut the rat tail off his head and showed up with a new do, I knew he was the Vet for me. I’m not sure what his love affair is with The Rock, but that’s not what’s important right now. His service, friendliness and knowledge are second to none. This dealer is the worst one I have seen or dealt with; I purchased a highlander from them on 19 of July 2021. Part of the deal is to add crossbar and Tinting 2 windows. It took them till 6 of August to fix little things. In early September 2021, we did not get the title. I called them, and they offer me the tracking number (why now after I asked when not before), checked the day of the (supposed) delivered title, and check the videos for the form of the house no delivery with track number at that day.I went back to them to help me to get the title, and they do not replay the left message phone; a sale person called (Gary Hulsey) put us on hold for 25 Min.What a customer service If there is a rating less than zero, I will give them -10

I give them one star just because inside the dealership, I’m talking about the sales side, they did a really good job. On the other hand, in the back, at the shop horrible experience and I’ll tell you why I say horrible. For a windshield wiper arm to get replaced, took me three hours and some pushing to get the wiper arm replaced which took three people to replace. I was okay with waiting but since they told me, just come anytime and as long as the replacement part is in, we will get it replaced. Left work at 1200 for lunch, arrived at the dealership past 1240 and did not leave the dealership until almost 1700. If I did not ask about how much longer it’ll take they would’ve made me wait probably longer than that. I had a work meeting at 1700 and that is the only reason why I pushed. I am patient on everything but for a five minute wiper arm replacement? And on top of that, one of the mechanics working on my wiper said “why don’t you come out here and do the work”. First off it’s not my job. Second, if I knew it would take that long, I would’ve just suggested them giving me the part and me installing it myself. Third, you can’t tell me to show up whenever and just basically treat me like you’ll work on my car when you get to it. I get that the shop can get busy but for a job that literally took three of them five minutes to fix and the worst part is the comment made about me going out there to do it myself?Once again, sales side, they did a great job, in the garage/shop? Horrible….

Went to buy a used Toyota van. They had it listed online for about $8800. We showed up, took it for a test drive and like it. Told them we would buy it. They asked how we was going to purchase this vehicle. We told them cash, will write a check. The salesman told us one moment and came back to show us the final cost. We figured we would be paying taxes, title and some dealer processing fee. But no, they added on some charges for a flashing brake light and some cleaning/disinfectant treatment and some fabric tear warranty. That brought the $8800 price up to about $14,000.00!!! The inside of the vehicle wasnt even cleaned very well! We told them we didnt want any of that. But the salesman said they already did it. Then some other guy walks up and said what if we meet in the middle? They would only charge half for the extras. We told them the most we thought we would pay was about$10,000 after taxes and fees. They came down to $10,750. They let us walk out over $750 price difference then had the nerve to call us back saying they would take $10000 if we came back in. Wasting my time, thinking I have nothing better to do! After they lied online about the price of the van! I will never go to their dealership ever again! Nor will I recommend them to anyone! I will warn people they are not honest!

I went to this store to look at a particular car. I setup a time to arrive and when I got there the person I had spoke to (Justin) met me and had to car parked out front. He gave me the key and said to take it for a test drive.He said I could drive it wherever I wanted.My experience at other dealerships was that the sales rep had to go with you and told you what route to take. Justin got in back and let my daughter ride upfront. He answered any questions I had and pointed out some of the features that were on the car. When we returned to the office, I told him that I would like to buy the car. We went over the numbers and I made an offer and his supervisor countered with a price that I thought was fair and within the range that I was willing to pay. From the time I entered the dealership until the time I left was less than 11/2 hours.Everyone I dealt with was friendly,courteous and I felt honest. My past experiences were nothing like this.When I, or anyone I know needs a new vehicle I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff Wyler’s.

The process took too long. I had to wait over 30 minutes, just sitting, because my salesman said there was a meeting going on. And he had to wait to submit my first paperwork.Additionally, I told the salesman that I didnt want my new vehicle cleaned up. He had it done anyway. The only dirt/debris on/in the vehicle was in the truck bed, under the cover. They didnt even sweep out that dirt/mud. They basically took the window stickers off, wiped the tires with solution to make them shine and maybe sprayed the truck with some water. They didnt even take the carpet clear cover, that said to be removed by the dealer off from under the driver floor mat. I waited over 45 more minutes for that service.I was not pleased.The sales manager, Ryne, and document provided/signer were very nice, efficient and quick with their services.

I bought the car because I love the car, not because of this dealership. The listed asking price was NOT the price of the car, when I went to pay cash for the car. They added 3 grand for basically a fluid cleaner and a wash job. If you add things to a vehicle to raise the value of it, totally understandable, but dont say the car is one price, and its really 3 grand more. When i sat down to sign the paperwork, excited about it, then to be let down by questionable sales tactics, BIG SAD. And when we asked to speak to a manager, we were told no. Seems highly unethical to me, in any way you look at it. Buying a car you love should be a happy experience, not an experience that leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth, feeling like you got taken advantage of.

My car buying experience at Jeff Wyler Clarksville has been very enjoyable. I saw a car I was interested in online and requested a test drive. Within minutes I received a reply and set up the appointment with Justin. I took the car for a test drive and decided to purchase it. Justin was very polite and explained all of the options to my wife and I. I feel the purchase price was very fair. From arrival to final paperwork, we were finished in about two hours which is unusual compared to my previous car purchases.

BEWARE: You can see in other reviews that adding a series of “accessories” when it comes time to discuss the final numbers is a standard practice here. They aren’t discussed up front (not until after the price was verbally agreed to and the credit app was completed), and for some reason they can’t be opted out of even on vehicles that have yet to arrive at the dealership. I was told that the price shown online was a mistake, and that the car shouldn’t have been discounted at all. They were kind enough to discount these mandatory accessories (flashing brake light, paint protection, all weather floor-mat package, etc) to their “cost” but it was still a couple extra thousand dollars for nonsense. It wasn’t even already on the car, they just insist on adding it bc it’s a high margin item that helps them make more $. I’m all for a business being profitable, but why play games? Sad.

I told them I did not want the accessories and they said that they already put the spray protection on the truck so it was required to pay for the accessories because it was already applied if a full price offer isn’t good enough. Just change the price of the vehicle and be honest with your customers. Obviously I don’t buy.

I found myself needing a new automobile on the morning of June 7, 2021, when my 2011 Ford Feista’s engine light can on upon starting the vehicle. The car would not go into reverse. I called a Ford dealer & they told me that they couldn’t even look at my car for three weeks and that if the engine light was on & the car would not go in reverse then it was more than likely it was a transmission issue and that I was looks at thousands to fix it. That car wasn’t even worth more that 2,500 in good condition. I then asked the Ford dealer what small cars they had available. I was told me that the only car in the auto lineup was the Mustang. Although, that is my dream car, it was not practical for my lifestyle. So I called the Jeff Wyler Toyota Dealer and they had the perfect small car 2021 Toyota Corrola that I needed & in the perfect color of navy blue. And they even came & picked me up at my home since I didn’t have a way to get to the dealership. And even though my car wasn’t really worth much they did give me a small trade in value for it even though they may not get anything out of it. I’m really happy with the deal I made with them. The car drives like a dream & has a lot of nice little features that are actually standard, but I find them to be an upgrade. The staff were very nice & friendly & made a horrible Monday better by getting me into a new car. The service is wonderful. The people are professional and polite and courteous and wonderful.The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five stars is because how loud the music was in the showroom.I was waiting for my car to finish and I could hear rock music from the 70s played extremely loud (extreme guitar solos, the loud screaming vocals that belong at rock concerts) coming from the showroom.That competed with the TV in the waiting area. Add that to the background noise of conversations talking over the music.... after an hour. I waited out in the cold parking lot.I get it, its nice to be able to work in an environment thats enjoyable. But its also nice to wait in environment that isnt blaring sound from every direction. I hope this changes the next time I come or I will need to reevaluate where I go for service. That would be very sad cuz you have a great service department.

My Scion xB broke down across the street from Wyler Toyota today. The whole front end started shaking violently, but I figured I might be able to make it across the street. Of course I didnt have an appointment, so I figured it might be days....I got my car back 6 hours later!These guys fixed the shoddy/neglectful work done by a nearby discount brake place I decided to use two weeks ago: I must have been having some kind of brain cramp, to have done that...Today, Ive been super pleased by the excellent customer service at Wyler, not to mention speed and fair price - no charge beyond the fee to evaluate the problem.As they say, you get what you pay for. If you buy cheap brakes, you get....cheap brakes.
