Hands down the best body shop weve ever used! They are so kind, patient, and do amazing work. Ross has been a great communicator and so helpful with everything (everyone at the shop is great). They took care of the insurance end and made life easy. My car looks perfect, just like new. Its hard when youre military and move so frequently...you never know who to trust. Its nice to now have a place near Fort Campbell that we know we can count on to be honest and do quality work on our vehicles.

This is where I was told I could go when my songot into a accident.. little upset that they couldnt go a very little above and beyond to glue the strip of trim back on my door but that is the modern world nowadays. What they did do was a great no complaints it was done in the time frame that they said and they did not have a problem with me sending somebody over to pick it up all in all they were a great body shop I would go there again.

Jacksons Body Shop was the shop I decided to use after getting quotes from 5 shops on my rear end damage. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and the work completed was flawless. The employees were extremely friendly and contacted me before doing any additional work on the vehicle. They always kept me up to date on the status of repairs! 10/10 work from these guys, I will be using them for any future repairs.

I had some paint damage from rocks from a construction area and Lexus doesnt do bodywork so I took it to Jacksons. Very professional, took care of everything including returning my rental car. My car went in on a Monday for some minor damage, they estimated it would be done the following Monday. My car was done on Friday of the same week, clean and looking good! Staff was courteous and professional and all seem to have connections to CMCSS. You know the work must be good when you find city vehicles being repaired in the lot. Wish we had found them sooner for work.

This is a great body shop! I highly recommend them! They were very courteous, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process. We hit a deer and it damaged the front end bad and after our insurance set us up with Jacksons Body Shop it was a very smooth process. They even called the car rental company to come get me and handled it when I went to pick up my car. This will definitely be where I go if I have any other issues in the future.

I was headed to work one morning and a deer ran into the side of my 2019 Nissan Murano. The deer rolled down the side of my car damaging the whole drivers side of the car. I immediately called my insurance and my car was able to be dropped off at Jackson’s that afternoon. When we got there, we went straight in and was able to have someone immediately help us. They went outside with us and assessed the vehicle, making marks of needed repairs. It was either the next day or 2 days after that my insurance went and made the quote; the same day, Jackson’s was able to start working on my car. My car was finished 2 weeks after the initial accident. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, the quality, the detail, etc. of the repairs on my vehicle. Everything was completed to the upmost quality and I am beyond pleased with their service and respect for me as a customer and my car. Great job Jackson’s. I will be referring everyone your way!!!!

Poor communication from shop - I did not get the initial repair quote until after asking for it - twice, and finally received it when the repair work was almost complete. My wife dropped the car off and filled out the initial paperwork and provided her cell phone number so she could get text updates. The body shop decided to text a land line number, a number they obtained from the insurance company. Biggest issue for me; they used an aftermarket fender! I would never have approved of that, but it was never communicated so I never got the option to decline. I wanted to try a new shop for a change but will probably not use this shop again.

Not only did they get my Jeep in the same day my insurance called, they called the rental company for me. The quoted me 8 days and they didnt take any longer. Updated me daily. Not only was the work so good, but they cleaned my car for me! Such a great experience, thank you Jacksons Body Shop

Highly disappointed with those guy, we used them once with one of our other cars and it was fixed great and In good timing so I thought to go back to them recently to have my other car repaired and I was absolutely disappointed. I have to call/ go up to the shop just to get updates on what was going on. I had to do most the calling Back and fourth with my insurance to find out just from the shop. I was So rushed to pay them my deductible about due to them closed on weekends and I had no way of getting my car due to work of course only to send my friend to pick up my car so I wouldn’t have to pay another car rental fee only to get to my car that night to find out it wasn’t fixed current, I was stuck outside in the cold on the side of the ride trying to contact The Jackson’s body shop/ my insurance company due to the car was over heating and still couldn’t be driven only to find out I had to also end up paying a full weekends car rental fee because the shop is closed on the weekends and no one for my insurance company to contact to get an approval to keep the rental, I’m a guy that never complains or comments much but this experience was the worst Especially when your working and driving back and fourth and always being told “I will call you back once I find something out” time after time, I wish these guys well in the future but no doubt I will not be back after my car is repaired AGAIN when they finally open Monday morning.-Rodney Kennedy

I brought my 2017 tacoma to this shop monday before last for some rear damage someone backed into me anyways they told me it would take 2 days top to repair seemed kinda fast but I was like ok 2 days go by I hear nothing another 2 nothing i called on friday and they said oh they ordered the wrong part it wouldnt be in until monday so the truck will be done monday I said what about paint that takes a day to dry its a body shop and they didnt know this so today is tuesday the big day to go pick it up after being there over 4 times the amount of time quoted I get there inspect my truck the taillight that was replaced was totally misaligned and the left rear quarter panel had a tear in the metal are you kidding me how do you miss this so now I have to bring it back on the 25th for them to keep probably another week to fix what they didnt do right the first time and also what they missed I will not take any more of my vehicles here and I highly suggest anyone looking to have their vehicle repaired look somewhere else these guys are a jokeIn this reply back you give an excuse for outages and nothing was ever even mentioned about those once i did finally start recieving updates after complaining about not hearing about my vehicle in the first place sad that you a business owner would believe it was alright to make excuses anyways and that still doesnt excuse the missed damages or are you going to say well since the power was out we couldnt see the damages in the first place i mean come on like i said will not be using this shop again and i hope your excuses just show the public what kind of work and service they can expect to receive when coming to your establishment

Great customer service! Fast repairs... Done in less than 10 days. I have had two accidents in 6 months both times Jacksons body shop took care of it...kept me in the loop every couple days sometimes daily on what was going on with my truck, let me leave it there as long as Im needed before and after repairs, super nice guys in the front office reception area, my truck was cleaned and vacuumed inside, cleaned on outside, the ticket/receipt was very thorough and I could understand it, not to mention the actual repairs done to front end... Its looks better than ever and paint color is perfect. I have a tricky greenish blue metallic color and was worried about matching it. Jacksons Body shop got it perfect. Ive highlycalled Ithem many times and they are always willing to help me...I highly recommend these guys.

Thank you to a professional team. Took my 2012 BMW here for a side impact that wrecked my passenger door. They worked within USAAs estimate. Paint is a perfect match and all body work is flawless. They addressed all concerns in a timely manner. Hands down no competition with some of the local insurance shops around. Only suggestion would be to update their automated text system, the work was done when promised so I believe 5 stars is warranted.
