I don’t understand why people are in customer service if they are going to be nothing but rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was downright unnecessary and distasteful...you can still explain your policy and situations without being ugly towards the customers. She seems very unpleasant and miserable. I feel so sorry for anyone that has to experience any type of business with her for whatever reason.

I unfortunately had to go and get back a car bought for my daughter in college and I was treated professionally and with respect. This is a repo company not a sales lot and they have strict rules they have to follow from corporate and for their own safety. Marci was helpful, understanding and professional and she followed her guidelines and rules without hesitation. I treated her with respect and she treated me the same way that is how you conduct business in the adult world. I was able to get my vehicle with no issues and don’t understand why so many have problems. This is an adult world act that way.

Very disrespectful middle age woman there who was off the charts rude. She yelled at me. Very unprofessional. She acted as if I was a criminal. Everyone has their own problems and she does not need to judge people for not having finances to pay for something. They picked my car up drug or about 50 feet made drag marks on the road in front of my house. They do not respect the property of the lienholders who hire them. I am checking into calling corporate. I am not angry about the repossession I am angry about how I was treated. My car loan people have filed a claim because not only did they drag my car backward in park they scraped up against my other car in the driveway. That was the meanest woman I have ever encountered surely she wont be in heaven on judgement day!!!!!!

If you make your appointment on time, have your ID, and dont act like an a** the whole process of recovering your vehicle is as smooth as can be.

Very rude lot manager, who refused to let me get my belongings out of my car. When they removed the car they gouged the Hell out of my driveway by not disengaging the parking brake and dragging my car out of my driveway. Which by the way is against TN law. They are not supposed to drama private property in the process. So they will be herring from my lawyer.
