I never received a call back about receiving a taxi
My experience never made it past phone conversation..ended up cancelling because of the wait and how unprofessional their customer service is..when I called to see what the delay was & politely, the treatment wow!! I definitely wasnt getting in the car with a company that treats me like a burden or scoffs and has an attitude of an 14 yr old adolescent teen..the woman had attitude from the initial call but I tried to just go with it....horrible!! I called Family taxi and was treated with sympathy for the stress I was under as well as urgency and professionalism!...sad sad sad!
UCabbi is now under new local management. Fantastic customer service. I find the drivers courteous and professional. Their Limo Service to the Airport and Casino is incredible! I highly recommend.
This place is great Amanda h pick me up on time came to my door open door for us. And even came back to pick us up late that morning .. plus she was very polite and kept kids calm bye putting in movie.. thanks a lot will use again for sure....
The drivers are nice but they are mostly late to get you to the medical appointment I have several times waited 4 hours either picking up or get you home
They picked us up in a timely manner but took the long way to our destination

Prearranged transportation with them for several days. Big mistake so far.They failed to pick me up once. Almost two hours late the second time.Not sure if they do not want to puck me up due to MEDICAID, or being 26 miles out.Either way (or both), they are not dependable.Sometimes one may be forced to use them. But, find an alternative if at all possible.Terrible business practices.Today, Aug. 16th, will be the third day of no reserved pick up. Pick up was for 7:45. It is now 8:15. I gotta leave with a neighbor or Ill miss my appointment.Third time. I have three more scheduled days. Ill update.
We deal w major anxiety issues when others drive for us. UCabbis driver that we have had each time is amazing. We have to drive a lot of back roads with major blind hills and turns that a lot of people from the city do not drive properly on. Our driver has been phenominal.
Everytime i get in these cab i have to hear them complain about needing a cash ride, well today they was a no show for me so i had to miss my appointment. Guess cause I have medicaid.
Why is it that i got a text saying my cab was 11 minutes away but doesnt get there for 50 minutes? By taking the longest possible route and stopping at circle k for 30 minutes

This company is Horrible, But have no choice but too use them due tooinsurance. IF they show up (BIG IF). their cabs are filthy I feel like I need a Tetanus shot after a ride. Pickuo times are longer than a hour and just a miserable experience each time. Avoid at all cost if you can
I wish there was a 0 Stars option. This is my 2nd experience with Ucabbi and both were horrible!The 1st time I called for a cab and I was told it would only take 5 minutes to arrive. Over 1 hour later and multiple calls to Ucabbi dispatch, the cab was still not there. The cab finally showed up 1 1/2 hours after the original call.The 2nd time, I was told it would be about 10 minutes, but it took 30 minutes for the cab to arrive...the first time. They were in the wrong place down the street. When I called back to dispatch, the driver was still there. When dispatch hung up the phone with me, the driver drove away and it took almost 15 more minutes for him to come back. Then he was upset because he didnt have proper direction from dispatch. Then he didnt know how to work it that I had already prepaid everything so he clicked the button to start the time while he called dispatch about it. I told him that Im not paying him to figure out how to do his job. He was argumentative and rude.This company is a joke! Uber or Lyft are the options.....

I was called the “N” word by one of your female drivers. I will be contacting my lawyer. Very rude. Will not ever use this service again. Very unprofessional and always late picking me up.
Ive tried and tried make this work with medical transportation... To the fact that I would schedule my ride for 45 mins even before I was supposed to be at the Drs. So a lot of times I was getting up at 4 am...just to sit and wait for them never to show up. Call medical transportation and they say the same thing every time. They are trying to find a driver.... No estimate. Nothing.. so then when I dont get picked up and Im now not there for my appointment they CHARGE ME...not the insurance company who is suppose to handle the rides a fee. Ive been charged 6 times this year already and its only the 17 of January. And there is no recourse. And this isnt just happening to me... Ive heard of so many complaints in just my Drs office.... Get it together or let someone else try!
I called for a cab at 8:20, dispatch was vague and said a cab would be there soon. I finally got a call from the cab at 9:55 asking if I needed a ride. I specifically told dispatch i had a 10am flight. The cab company is less than a mile from my hotel so it makes no sense that it took an hour and a half for them to follow up. If I could give a negative rating I would. I called Daves and they had a taxi at my hotel within 15 minutes.
Dont expect to be picked up on time if you pre-order a cab, if you do pre order one you also have to call and verify which makes the online pre-order pretty much useless

Would give 0 stars but not able. Would not tecommend to anyone Called UCABBI twice in the past week. First experienced ucabbi last Thursday 4-25-2019 they were to pick us up at Cluckers, saw them slowly drive thru the plaza on Charlestown rd but never stopped, we were waiting at the bench out front and still couldnt catch the driver. So they sent a second driver took about 15 minutes again but was accurate 2nd time around. 2.) But today was far worst, we called at 7:13 am to reserve a ride @7:45 to take our daughter to her state testing, stressed the importance of being on time in a gentle manner, received text saying blue Chrysler was on the way. Ok great, not really. But after 5 phone calls and each time being told we were on the board which means the driver has a 15 minute window to pick up, we were either lied to or forgotten. We begged them to be honest and give us an accurate time expectancy and were told they didnt have to guarantee pick up, after an hour and 15 minutes. Unfortunately its my job to review businesses for google, google maps and yelp from second parties and will likely have to endure a future experience with UCABBI but I cannot in good faith recommend this company yo anyone.
I started using Ucabbi 2 months ago. I have had 2 strokes and can not drive. Just this week I had 4 doctors appointments, they were late picking me up for the appointments. Of course 3 of the doctors I have had to reschedule. 1 of the doctors l had to wait over 2 months to be seen now I have to wait another month because of logistical mistakes. On todays appointment they were kind enough to see me. Cab 30 minutes late.I was in logistical management for many years. So you can understand my frustration. I started doing research on U Cabbi business practices. The only thing I can say is unbelievable. The drivers are very nice and polite. The management is a different story. I was hung up on, rude etc.I called the manager Jeff Pierce his demeanor was unacceptable. I have had enough of this Medical Transport company. I reached out to my insurance company they were very well briefed, now I dont have to deal with this company. I hope this message will help any one of said problems.
Ive been driving a cab since 1993 and have been driving for this company since 2009, this company is by far more professional than the others I have worked for, and far better cabs.
I’ve never used the service. But on Sunday 3 June, 2018 a UCabbi driver ran a red light on Lewis & Clark Parkway at very high speed heading East/North. The cross street was Providence Way. I took evasive maneuvers, barely missing him and the UCabbi just missed another car. The car number was 427. Time was 17:23. Out of control driver.
Terrible service! 3rd time they are late. Missed my appointment today. Last time no one showed up to pick me up from my appointment. No show AGAIN today! I called the receptionist and they didnt even have me scheduled! EVERYTIME I have used ucabbie there has been a problem! Drivers dont want to pick up people with medicaid... Medicaid needs a different company to drive for them! What if this was an appointment for dialysis?!
If I could give no stars I would ucabbi sucks competley I hate riding with ucabbi they are always late which makes me late for my apts, they even ask me to call my doctors office to see if I can get my apt time pushed back later when Im suppose to be there now. Now Im waiting for a return ride and have been waiting for an hour this is completely ridiculous I have a 4 year old boy with me we waited dfro 1:30 for a 2 oclock pick up time ucabbi didnt pick me up til after 3 which my apt was at 3. The place I go doesnt even open up until 2 pm and they were trying to make my pick up time 1:00 when it only takes 10 mins to get there from my house. So when I requested to change my pick up time to 2 oclock so that we could atleast wait the inside the office for my apt time instead of having to wait an hour outside in the cold and in the rain just for them to open up and letlus inside to eaitwyet again another hour forfmy dam apt time. am no whole he for my apt time. I just dont get why this is so hard for them the either nakemne late andaor I miss my apt entirely or Im sittin outside of my doctors office waiting an hour for them to open back up with my lil boy. So I call each day and ask if they can change my pick up time from 1 to 1:30 so that we will only have to wait a half hour in the cold rain instead of an hour. Then when they open I have a full hour to wait before its my apt. How does 30 mins make or break them they say if they change it I could be late for my apt I just dont get that. Hell yesterday I had to call my boyfriend to come and pick me up it was almost 5 he had to leave work early just to pick us up because after an hour an a half of waiting ucabbi still hadnt picked us up for our return ride. Did I mention there is a 25 dollar missed apt fee if I miss my apts for this doc. Im supposed to give a 24 he advance notice. I wont be paying these fees if I miss an apt because of ucabbi. So I have to go to this doc litterally 3 times a week and each day is absolutely miserable I feel like I end up wanting half the day waiting on ucabbi to take me to an apt that isnt even an hour long it is super frustrating. Im starting to wonder if it is all runs that are treated this way or if its because Im a Medicaid run instead of a cash run.. what sucks even more is all I can do is complain even when I call lcp transportation they pretty much tell me my orders will get sent to who ever they want to send them to that I have no say so.

This company is not only a freaking joke, theyre a nightmare. Yesterday made the 4th time they were late picking me up, OH! And the reason they were late, they had my name as a Maria Barry, with MY HOME PHONE attached to that name, I AM NOT Maria Berry or Barry or whoever else ucabby decides I am that day! I had to walk in the rain to my eye Dr appt, thank God wasnt too far from me. Dislike ucabby because they are so damn unorganized, late every time, not what Im looking for in transportation.... So adios ucabby! You SUCK!

Not dependable.Arrived way way too early.Then charged me for wait time.
A driver hit my fiances vehicle almost a MONTH ago and the company refuses to call back to gwtnour vehicle fixed due to the driver telling is he didnt know the insurance information, we have pictures of his license and phone number. We reached out to the company after attempting to call the driver and they have also gone unanswered. We finally got a call from the Clark County division supervisor who stated that the driver told him that someone hit him and ran......NOT THE CASE WE HAVE THE PROOF! so now we will be going to civil court to sue the company/driver for damages........and still no call from the Evansville office....do us a favor and get out of Clark County if you arent going to be responsible for your drivers actions!
