If you live in Clarksburg and want to save a few bucks on trash bags, pick up a free recycling bin. They have them sitting right outside the building so recycling is easy an accessible for anybody. This is AMAZING that they do this. However, its a sad day when the recycling does not take glass or cardboard :(
