Very disappointed with this shop. Had scheduled an inspection for the morning and had an emergency and was forced to reschedule. I called to let them know I was going to be a little late; it showed as less than 5 miles away but turned out being an almost 20-minute drive, so I tried my best to drive quickly. As Im almost there, one of the workers calls back and says, Im sorry, we can no longer take you. I understood and asked them When is the soonest I can reschedule? The woman responded and said Okay, thanks. I repeated myself, When can I reschedule? Her response, again, was Thanks. Bye. Dont recommend.
