Excellent quality work by Noreen and all team members. All the stylists are detailed with any service you need. I havent had a haircut or blowout with anyone else in over a year since I moved to town. You will not be disappointed.

Great staff, great environment, great haircut. I really like that you get a shampoo before your haircut. I haven’t found that in a while. It’s a fun aberré tic environment and the cuts are done in a timely manner. Appointments are always on time as well. Never had to wait for my appointment.

Thank you to EVERYONE at Head to Toe for saving my wedding day! After Ulta cancelled on me and my Maid of Honor, the ladies swooped in and took us under their wings! They took such great care of us and did an amazing job on the two of us! You will never find a group who cares more about their customers than these ladies! My hair was done at 11:30 am and lasted all night. When we left the venue at 11pm, I still had perfect curls in my hair!!

My best friend, a bride, and I, her MoH, had our hair appointments canceled the morning of the wedding. These women all rallied together to make sure we both were happy and looked amazing on the big day despite their busy Saturday schedule. The staff here and owner are all amazing women that truly care about every customer that walks in their door. Our hair both came out beautifully and stayed fresh all through the busy day and night. Couldnt have been happier with our experience there. Forever grateful!

Noreen is the only person I trust doing my hair. She’s always sweet and friendly and easy to talk with. She knows what she is doing and will always help you feel amazing. Kelly is also amazing and no matter what will greet you with a friendly attitude and always makes sure your comfortable if she’s shampooing your hair. Definitely recommend going here!

Noreen is ABSOLUTELY a wonderful hairdresser and individual. She is so caring and takes very good care of her clients. When I enter the salon I know for sure that I am in good hands. Today was my 1st visit to the salon. I am new in town and needed my hair colored desperately. I read about difftent local salons and something made me feel comfortable with Head to Toe. So I called they were very accommodating.Noreen highlighted my hair and did a great job. We had a great conversation as well. I enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be back.

After searching for a new salon, I read the wonderful reviews From Head to Toe received and decided to give them a try. Im so happy I did! The salon has a wonderful welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in the door! Noreen was my stylist, and she spent time with me before my cut to get to know me & my hair! She educated me on many different ways to handle my curly hair and I love my cut! I will definitely be going back!! From Head to Toe was a great, non-itimidating experience from beginning to end!

I’ve been coming to this salon since right after my daughter was born. Dana does an amazing job every single time. I trust her with my hair so much, I don’t even choose my own color when I go! The place is full of great ladies and has a wonderful atmosphere; we always feel totally at home there... My 5 year old even loves coming with me and talking to everyone, whether she’s getting a hair cut or not.... would def recommend to any and everyone who asks....

After having a horrible experience at the the strip mall place I decided to go somewhere professional. I was greeted by the owner Noreen who was very welcoming. It was nice to see my name was not on a video screen waiting for whomever was done first. I booked a 4pm appointment and that is what I got. 4pm Sharp. I took my 10 year old son who said it was awesome. I agree. I asked if he wants to go back again and he said everytime

I have been to a lot of different salons/stylists over the years. I started going to From Head to Toe Salon about 3 yrs ago now. From the minute I walked in the owner, Noreen, made me feel like I was home. The staff is so friendly and pleasant and the salon itself is just beautiful and so clean! My hair was very damaged-a gold color and very, very dry. Right away, as soon as she started working on me, I saw and felt the difference. My hair color actually looks natural and blends so well. My hair has never been healthier. She is a magician; the way she can create a color/s to exactly how you want it, but also making sure it looks good, amazes me. I have very little time to take care of myself-when I walk into that salon I am so pampered and can truly just relax. I sincerely look forward to when I have to get my hair done, because I just love the way I feel when I leave! If you want a change, or just feel good about yourself, you need to go to From Head to Toe Salon and make an appointment with Noreen, or any of the stylists-youll never feel the same again!! This salon is the best from the people to their services. Ive gone to Noreen and Dana whom are both fantastic hair stylists. I walked in not feeling good about myself and walked out and found my confidence which is everything. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by sweet smiles that make you feel right at home. And you leave feeling beautiful and confident in your skin knowing you were in great hands. love my hair and cant wait to go back and see these wonderful women again!

My hair was multiple colors and in desperate need of color correction which was no easy task. Luckily, I found Noreen who is a master colorist, stylist and an all-around lovely person… During an extensive consultation Noreen told me the color my hair would turn out, the fantastic products she uses and even a different haircut to add movement to my then boring style. There was no other option but to have Noreen fix my hair… After many hours of being at the salon with Noreen correcting my challenging hair, the color and cut came out exactly as Noreen said it would and my hair looks and feels terrific… The staff and the shop are awesome too… From Head to Toe is the place to go …

I had a great experience (cut/color/nails) and really appreciated Noreens expertise and tips on how to style my hair. Salon is very inviting and you feel like your visiting a good friend for a few hours. Also great hair products that are well priced.

Ive been coming here for about 6 years and also came here for my wedding with my bridal party. They all did a fabulous job.The owner helped me with fixing veil which was a huge part of my wedding day!I always see Dana .Shes great at what she does and cares about her job, it shows in her talent and ability! I love this place. I always get great color and haircuts and have a refreshing experience. I brought my mother-in-law for color and a haircut and she absolutely loved it. We both have received so many good comments about our hair. If youre looking for complete satisfaction and no disappointments, I would highly recommend it.

Dana is the most talented hairdresser I have ever come across. She really knows her clients and does what she knows they will look best in. A few months ago I brought in pictures of how I wanted my hair (shoulder length Taylor swift style) and she cut it slightly different so it was more flattering and i loved it! She will never have you walking out of the salon not looking your very best.

I first went to From Head to Toe back in December the week before the holidays. I went to a different, very popular salon in downtown Scotch Plains, to get my hair dyed a reddish brown color (which i had done in the past for over a decade, but i let it grow out for a bit and now wanted it back). The other salon totally messed up the color and left my roots a terrible orange color and overall uneven color throughout. When i called to ask that other salon to come in for a correction they told me they had nothing for a month, i would have to pay to have someone else there fix it, and to just keep washing my hair and it would eventually fade (wrong that was making it worse and more orange).I couldnt leave my hair like that, especially for the holidays, and i started looking for somewhere new. Thats when i found Noreen and From Head to Toe and could not have been happier!!! Noreen got me in for a quick consult the next day to assess the color and what she needed to do to fix it. Needing a few hours to correct it properly she wanted me to come back a day when she had time to do it right. I work full time and could only come in on Saturday and they were totally booked. Noreen, being the wonderful person she is, opened the salon an hour early to accommodate me that Saturday. She did an absolutely amazing job with my hair, completely fixed the color and even squeezed in a hair cut. She assured me she would never make me wait a month for a correction if i ever needed one (which i definitely wont bc her hair color skills are amazing!)Everyone is the salon is wonderful and sweet. They really care about their customers and treat you like family. I cannot sing their praises enough and do not trust anyone else with my color now.

I am a long time customer of Dana and she does a fabulous job of getting the color I want just right. There is a family atmosphere in the salon and you always feel welcomed from the time you walk in. I always leave the salon feeling younger after my color and cut visit with Dana. They have a great team of stylist at this salon.

I had such a wonderful experience here. My Boyfriend and I have tried many different salons and we were unhappy with the way my hair was cut everytime. I called From Head to Toe Salon and booked an appointment with Noreen for us. When we walked in we were immediately welcomed by the recieptionist. I waited a couple minutes after checking in. Noreen then came to both of us individually and gave us the best welcoming introduction ive seen a place do even the hair washer came over and introduced herself before taking us back. When Noreen was cutting my hair she was such a pleasure to talk to and she actually wants to listen and get to know her clients. Its not just a job to her its her passion. The turn out of my haircut came out amazing I was so relieved to have been happy with my haircut and the service. I will 100% be going back. Its not just a get in get out money maker place its a homey environment and Delight to be there. I definitely definitely recommend this business.

I used to go to a regular barber shop and get a regular haircut. When Noreen cut my hair it made a big difference. People noticed my new look and commented that i looked younger. I especially like the personal touch that I recieved. Everyone at the salon was very nice. I highly recommend.

VERY disappointed. My haircut was amateurish at best and I the stylist forgot to cut the back of my hair. Also, one side was longer than the other. I had been told that all of their stylists were very experienced. Well, not this one and I wont be going back. I did find a great salon to fix it and Ill be a loyal client there.

The staff was friendly, but it was a really shotty nail job that was extremely over priced. I had them done for a wedding I was attending later that evening and before I ever left the place, they were all chipped. It was gel nails so Im not sure how that even happens. I get gel nails done all the time and that has never happened to me before. They also just looked awful. They were smushed and globbed over and just in general looked awful
