Vickrey employee Travis responded with next day service. Travis disassembled my ac units exterior panels, assessed the problem and made the necessary changes. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions. He received several work related calls and continued working while he handled the calls. Extremely professional and polite. I heard Yes Sir and Yes Maam numerous times. It was extremely hot and he never slowed down.Vickrey is very fortunate to have an employee with this type of work ethic and attitude.Thank you Travis!

Young man was very nice who had to come out twice to fix our air conditioner because his leak detector wasnt working right the first time. He was very professional and friendly. Decent prices for a job well done!!

Heat went out on Saturday morning around 3am. Service tech arrived at 9am and quickly fixed the problem. Im on the yearly maintenance plan and I was charged the cost of a regular hours visit instead of an emergency weekend visit. Big money saver and they keep my unit maintained before summer and winter use. Great company.

We have used this company a few times. The technicians are FANTASTIC. However the customer service and office ladies are AWFUL. So much so that I have NEVER written a bad review on a company, I always keep it to myself. I want to warn others to please STAY AWAY from this company. We have had many issues with their office ladies. We had an appointment scheduled for 6 days for them to come out. They were busy, we get that. They said they would be out during the day (6 days later). When we scheduled we were told it would be before 6:00 PM. We never got a call that day so we assumed that they got behind and we would hear the next day. That night at 9:00 PM as we are getting ready for bed we get a call from a strange number, our cell phones were on silent at the time so we did not hear it. We call the strange number back 3 minutes after they called and then 10 minutes after they call. No one answered our call so we figured it was a robot call. The next morning my husband calls Vickery office staff to confirm they are still coming. They inform us that the 9:00 PM call the night before was them and since we did not answer they took us off of their list and we would need to reschedule and the soonest they can get us in would be another 6-8 days away. No voicemail was left, they never called to tell us it would be late at night that they would come. The office lady was very rude and informed us they did not need our business as they are very busy. I called RESCUE HEAT & AIR and explain the situation and they are OVERLY NICE and say they will do everything they can to get out and help us. PLEASE PLEASE do NOT use Vickery. Unless you are prepared to answer your phone 24/7 (including LATE LATE at night). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Resue heat and Air instead! As long time Vickery customers (our parents and family also used Vickery) we have always had to deal with the rude office staff but the technicians were good so we put up with it. This pushed us over and we are ALL now RESCUE HEAT & AIR customers!!

Would highly recommend. Had another company out to fix my heat per contract before buying my new house. They said they fixed it but hadnt. They refused to come back out and even look at it without charging me. I called Vickrey and they came out and fixed it for me for a very reasonable rate.

AC went out, Called Air Comfort Solutions and they tried to sell us all new units. Didnt fall for there tricks and called Vickery. 89 dollars later we were repaired. Highly recommend this honest hard working company. Taylor was great.

Had an appointment with them today to come out & fix our HVAC (the appointment has been set for days). They never showed. We called them at 4:30 pm & they assured us they’d be here today & “we were next on the list.” Blatantly lying to customers? Incredibly unprofessional. 10/10 would NOT recommend.As a follow up-It’s now 2 full days later. After they no call/no showed on Friday we thought, “surely we’re Forest in the list Saturday, right?” Nope. No calls at all. My b/f tried to call to follow up & they wouldn’t even take his calls. Worst customer service.

I would like to wholeheartedly give my appreciation to Vickery heat and air. I called this morning because our furnace wasn’t kicking on. They sent out the nicest man “the same day” that acted like he was working on his own house rather than a customers. He not only saved me a ton of money but he gave me excellent options to pursue in the future. If you have HVAC problems and need a good honest service company Vickery is The people to call in my book. And if you are lucky enough to have Dennis come out, you will not be disappointed.

Just moved to town and I called the emergency number on Saturday June 27 because the upstairs unit wasn’t working and their name is on the thermostat. No response, might be out of business.

Lost my business before it even started. Called to get a price on replacing a pump, stated they would call me back in 30-45 minutes end of day no call. I called back as a follow up and was told they would check into it and get back to me and again no call back. If a company cannot even return a simple call why would I trust them with my business. Customer service and quality of work is everything.......

We had to have our 25 year old Lennox system replaced. Had several quotes and Vickery was able to get us into a high efficiency system for less money than the others. Josh was quick to get our quote us and Dawn got us scheduled fairly quickly. The installers did a great job and were very courteous. They were in and out in less than 6 hours. Weve had the system now for about a month and its great. Thanks Vickrey Heat and Air.

Service guys were nice, but the office lady has terrible customer service skills. I have a bigger company that will fix it for half the cost and discloses service fees up front instead of a surprise at the end.

Vickrey heat and air have installed 2 faulty units. I have engaged 3 different companies and everyone didn’t charge extra money to fill my own Freon except the labor charge for the whole hour around $100. Vickrey charged me $31 per lb to fill my own Freon and they filled 12 lbs. They charged me $372 to just fill my own Freon within 10 minutes. They charged me $68 just to remove half gallon water in 2 minutes. And $138 for labor as well. So around $600 to just fill my own Freon and they are the same guys installed 2 faulty units to begin with. The perfect way to grow their business by cheating their customers. And they are asking $400 per unit charge to replace faulty units.

Joyce is super helpful. We had a warranty claim issue and she went back 10 years to find my paperwork. She saved us a ton of money.

I only know this. They were a sub-contractor who came in the building listened to the safety briefing followed it to the letter and did rock SOLID work. Great work folks.

I struggled fort years with my ac unit downstairs and the ac unit upstairs. I went through several ac companies one that was tied to home warranty and the other me were other local companies with zero success with companies and a temporary fix with the other. Vickery Heat and Air Inc. came out and had both units fixed in a matter of a couple hours. I highly recommend them as their personal are very knowledgeable and will get the job. Im very impressed and pleased with their service!

I had been having some problems with my Trane Air Conditioner and Furnace. After dealing with some other companies, I found Vickrey to be very reliable and trustworthy. Came in knowing I just wanted Freon added to my AC unit. They charged me $79 fee for the few mins they came to add the 1lb of Freon on top of the cost of the Freon which is already high. So a total of over $170. In the past I have had 2lbs Freon added to my AC for less than $150 from another company. So I am not happy about the unnecessary cost.

Weve used Vickrey to install new a/c units and for some servicing on a few old ones. Always great work and very friendly technicians! Considerate, experienced, and expert advice.
