This was my first time getting my clothes dry cleaned at Kona Cleaners. I dropped it off and the next day after 5 pm it was ready!!! I was amazed. The staff is so nice and the clothes looked great. Will definitely come back.

This place is amazing-fast, well-priced, and efficient. I called the day before prom, asking if I could get my dress altered in one day. The guy on the phone said they could, and I could even bring it in the morning of. I ended up going that evening, and they estimated it would be done at 1pm the next day. I was very happy it would be done so soon, but was nervous about the price. When I heard the price, not only was I shocked at the fairness overall, but especially with the time frame I requested. The next day, I woke up to a text at 9:30am, more than 3 hours earlier than expected. I was so pleasantly surprised and am 100% using this place in the future and would suggest others to do the same!

The Kona Cleaners is a clean environment;employees are polite / patience and the Tailors alterations are always percise and my clothes and other items are neatly repaired,, My previous cleaners( 20 yrs) has almost retired and I was in search for another local cleaners,,fortunate I located Kona cleaners which is close to my home., The pricing for natural/ limited chemicals cleaning my clothes is rather pricey and adjustment for my household budget. However, the cleaning solutions saves our environment so i will continue to use Kona Cleaners

Some time ago we had a baby being changed on our expensive Hawaiian Quilt and baby left a good sized urine stain. I have been to several cleanersand none of them would take on the job of removing the stain. Your manager in Upland, Rosie took on the job and said she thought it could be done. I love this dry cleaner. The staff is wonderful especially Rosie. I love her!!! She always makes me feel welcome and suggests great coupons and deals to take advantage of. Not only do they dry clean, I’ve used their clothing alteration and shoe polishing services. My Clark leather boots look brand new after they worked their magic. They are a bit pricey but their customer service and efficiency makes up for it. I will continue to support this small business.

I found this place little less than a year on yelp, so far my experience in two of their locations, (Fontana and Claremont), have been good. My cloths have always been ready on time, and my working shirts look very white.!!! Staff is very friendly and the place always clean. Prices differ from a woman’s 100% cotton collard shirt to a mans. When I asked why the mans shirt was cheaper she proceeded to say because it’s a mans shirt and larger which makes no sense. Will not be using this cleaners even though it’s closer to my home.

I heard heard nothing but good things from Kona Dry Cleaner from my coworkers and wanted to give them a shot. I have completely switched my Dry Cleaners to Kona. Stopped in this week and the manager Rosie helped set up my account. It is very convenient, as they are open 24 hours a day for drop off and pick up. After hours there is a 24 hour drop off slot and then if you want to pick up there is a Kiosk that you enter your phone number in and or scan the app on your phone and the machine pulls your dry cleaning for you. With there phone app, you can track the progress of your dry cleaning which is ready in about a day. My clothes come out looking perfect. Prices are very reasonable and less than what I was paying before. Roise is very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Kona Dry Cleaners.

First visit and I will never return. They wanted to charge me $30 for a dress, so I didn’t get it cleaned. I had 3 pairs of pants. One pair looks melted on the legs. There’s a strange line pattern and the seams are discolored now. This was a brand new pair of pants. Ruined.

I brought a white dress jacket with several stains on the sleeves and collar. Although I was surprised at the high cost as compared to regular cleaners, I was delighted with how clean, soft, and fresh the jacket became. I took the jacket there because they use natural products, no harsh chemicals. I just wish the price was more affordable.

I only bring my dry cleaning here. It’s always good service, but my work schedule doesn’t allow me to drop off and pick up my cleaning 8-5pm M-F. Kona Cleaners allow me to drop off late and pick up after hours through their convenient automated system. I love it! And the cost is what I’d pay anywhere else. I just can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Kona cleaners hands down has the best dry cleaning service I had in my life. Other dry cleaning places are always in a rush and do not put the same care in our clothes as Kona does.They really do care for our clothes and if they have any questions, they always let us know beforehand. Also, very convenient for busy people as they have an 24 hour pick up so we can pick up anytime. Overall their services has exceeded all my expectations and would forever be working with them.
