Cannot get ahold of them, stole our application fees from three of us all for them to tell us days later that they picked another applicant because the property doesnt allow for a co-signer. Pathetic excuse of a company I wish I could get my $150 back.

Paying on line is always easy. On another note, they respond quickly for maintenance requests. Who could ask for anything more?!!

Ive been in the market for a rental home for a while. Ive been very pleasantly surprised by Titan and in particular, Ryan Miller. I had been accepted to a home that the owners unfortunately backed out on last minute. Although that was unfortunate, I must say that from the moment I applied I was contacted almost immediately. I was always responded to via email even though I sent several (we were very excited about this home) and Ryan was always professional and kind. We cant wait to continue this journey and get into a rental once we find one that fits our needs. I highly suggest you use this company. I am very pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and quick approvals I got with them. I have apps into about 15 different companies; this and 1 other were the only 2 that have actually reached out. So, thanks to you and your team!

Titan Properties is one of the best companies I’ve encountered while living in Roseville. They are easy to reach when you need assistance and last week was no exception for me. I sent a message into them for a repair, via their online system (latchel), on Friday, received a text message from a plumbing company on Saturday and by Sunday had a plumbing company confirming a repair for Monday morning. The plumber was knowledgeable, thorough and completed the repair quickly.

So......... Im here to inform the sacramento region that this management is responsible for multiple counts of identity theft. They will not admit it but an middle eastern man has been harassing my Grandfather for the past 4 months and all of a sudden last Friday his bank account was depleted. My Grandfather has never revealed his bank account information to anyone besides this company. We have been in contact with a total of 6 other people who encountered the same treatment from the same gentlemen. Im currently deployed overseas and I get home at the start of the summer. I look forward to paying a visit to this company and show them the same courtesy Ive shown to anyone thatll causes a threat to the safety of my unit. So Titan this message is for you. Im coming!!!!!!!!

Ive never left a public review before, but it is so difficult to find a good property management company so I had to give Susan and Titan a shout-out! I was a tenant at their 1825 G Street location for a year and a half, and they treated me extremely well. They promptly responded to any work requests through an app solution so I didnt have to wait until the next day to call them. they were also really great throughout the move-out process. If you goggled them because youre thinking about living at one of their rentals, I say do it!

Titan help made the move go smooth. Everyone was helpful and answered all of our questions the response time was amazing.

I know companies are supposed to ask for a lot of information to make sure you qualify for a property but. I think this company does a little too much and they ask for a lot. Plus they don’t give you a refund if you don’t qualify

I have been a part of Titan Property Mgmt for over 10 years. their professionalism good quality value and the way they response is always always to my satisfaction. if I have a problem which Ive had very few problems on the property they respond immediately even if its a weekend they always come to my rescue. once my air conditioner went out it was a hundred and five they send someone out that night to see if they can fix the problem I needed a new system I got a new system within 24 hours I have to admit. Once my toilet was messed up they gave me a brand new one. I have nothing bad to say about Titan property and if I did, I will certainly say so because I try to be a very honest person. I live on a property and Ive been living on the property for over 20 years but Ive been with them for 10 years. If I had a complaint they took care of it. This is something thats very important when your rent property, you need to be able to submit I request get a response get the problem fixed.The person I deal with is Davina, she works in the office, I dont care when I call her or what time I call her she responds to me very pleasant, never argumentative, I try to be nice and shes always nice.

I have experience as both as renter and a property owner with Titan Property Management.From 2006 to 2008, I rented a condo in Roseville managed by Titan (Then Miller Property Management) until I decided to purchase a home in Sacramento. Application process, tour, and paying rent was easy.Fast forward 10 years later, when my wife and I moved to Southern California in April 2019, we picked Titan to manage our home as a rental property. They took care of showing the house, which made it easy for us to focus on packing and moving. Proceeds from rent are direct deposited on time with an emailed statement. Repair requests and inspections of the home are done as well with quick communication over email.

Titan managed my property for several years and I was very happy with their services, especially Susan Slayton who directly managed my properties and provided excellent customer service.

Called at 3:30 with a problem. Titan got back to me within 15 minutes, plumber arrived, diagnosed, drove to get the correct part, and was finished by 4:45, and not a peep from that commode. That’s NASA-like efficiency.

I have rented apartments, homes, condos, studios, just about everything possible. I have dealt with private owner landlords, large commercial property management companies, and everything in between. After living in a property managed by Titan Property Management, I was amazed at how unprofessionally the whole experience was handled. The space my wife and I rented was a small condo/apartment style unit that was right next door to the owner/landlord. We didnt think this was a problem at first. Then after a few weeks, the owner would start being pushy with my wife and letting himself into the apartment without our permission, regardless of whether or not I was home. They went out of their way to leave notes almost daily about little things they needed to fix inside our apartment, etc. We notified Titan Property Management about these issues and nothing was done. After living in the apartment for more than a year, we decided to move out. As soon as we told the property owner, everything went downhill. We did our best to patch any small holes that had been made from our pictures being hung, we deep cleaned the apartment twice, and even deep cleaned the patio out back. After we moved out we were expecting our entire deposit back without a problem within a few weeks. Instead, 5 weeks later, we received a hand written list from the property owner telling us we owed HIM more than $300 on top of our initial deposit! I was very confused and did not understand why we had been sent such a bill. When I contacted Titan, they were rude, disrespectful, and did not want to help solve the problem. After speaking with the owner of the company, we were given an email address to send our dispute to. After writing our 3 page dispute in very fine detail and sending it in, we are still waiting for them to counter their argument or send us our deposit.Overall, unprofessional, small, unorganized property management company. You get what you pay for. The rent may be cheap, but it will add up in the long run. Steer clear of this place.

Had me send 55$ [45$ for app and the additional 10$ for rental verification that I did only to get a call next day after I completed it that they approved someone after having me resend all my information and talking to me back and forth for a few days just to call me and say they approved someone else before me..I didnt apply for a raffle for a house I was more than qualified and overall just left feeling scammed

I applied for a rental home and was promptly asked for additional information to process the application... off to a hopeful start. I followed up multiple times, and was ignored. Surely I was charged the $70 application fee, because you know, non-refundable background and credit checks, right? But I was never notified via email or phone or mail that my application was accepted or denied.Terrible business practice!!!!At least let a person know the final verdict so they can move forward.Ill be checking into my credit report. If there isnt an inquiry, Im assuming youll refund my money?

The tenant that was placed is fabulous, but the communication from titan to myself was non existent. I actually had to call them several times to find out any information and I had to stop by my condo myself to determine what repairs and maintenance needed to be completed before a new tenant could occupy. This was after I had requested an update on the maintenance that would be needed based on the walk through.

My experience with this company is they definitely racial profile !

Excellent Response To Maintenance Request. A tenant for 3 years and have never had any issues. Thank you for making living at one of your managed properties stress free.

I applied to one of their one bed room homes nothing too special with my two co-signers with excellent credit and renters history. After scheduling an appointment and viewing the home and letting the agent showing us the home know we were interested with deposit and rent in hand after our applications were approved they said to come to their office all the way on Auburn just to tell me to come back or call again the next day. Now I wanted this place super bad so that’s what I did then they tell me that someone else is viewing the place and if they don’t want it it’s ours...? Waste of my time unfair and inconsiderate towards me and my partners needs and request. They later have the audacity to when I call back to tell me look for another place because theirs someone else putting the deposit down. Wouldn’t recommend this company they never answer the phone they mixed up our application we put our applications in twice and after scheduling two appointments they only showed up to one.

Was told to pay the application fee and was then informed the next day, less than 12 hours the home was no longer available and I had just lost 90 dollars. An awful policy and as far as I know all agents and phone reps are liars. Hope you all choke

Theyre communication skill is very poor, they overprice work for services, and they start work before approval from us as owners. We feel they have tried to take advantage of us and milk is for the most they can get.
