When you call in Amanda answers the phone, she is funny and knowledgeable about all your peat concerns. She is quick to get you an appointment and very understanding of your needs, I have a toddler and was worried about chemicals and my mind was put at ease with there pet and child friendly chemicals. The actual technicians that come out are EXTREMELY helpful and honest. I though we had regular ants and it turned out we had super ants that are hard to get rid of and they were still able to get rid of those pesky things. This company is hands down the best pest control company I have gone through! If you are looking for an exterminator for those pesky “friends” that just never leave I would recommend not looking any further and giving these amazing people a call!!!

Had our first service done today. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Everything was explained and they educated us about the ways spiders and other bugs get into the house and what we could do to further prevent these guys from getting in. Alex was extremely professional and courteous. Strongly recommend.

Today Paul and a trainee (I apologize, I forgot his name) came to treat and remove a hornet’s nest in an old rail road tie in my backyard. Their treatment found two newer nests and two queens! I am so grateful for the thorough inspection to eliminate all hornets. My family and dog can be in the back yard now and not worry about a surprise attack from a hornet.

We love Parish Pest control! We were living in a rental in Roseville that had roaches and ants. We called Parish they treated and maintained. We no longer had bugs. When we decided to by a house in January, we used Parish to complete the pest inspection. We can not tell you how much we value their professionalism to detail. We ended up buying a house that had Termites. As stressed out as I was, the team who came out for the treatment was calm and explained exactly how and what they were going to do. Parish now completes pest control for our two acres. Alex dose my mosquitoes control, rat/mouse, and bugs. I can tell you I can now sit on my front porch I dont get bit up, I dont have a house full of spiders, and I have not seen any rat/mouse poop. If you want a company that is going to do the job right call Parish, you will not be disappointed! P.S. they are amazing with pets!

Weve had a few different types of pests over this particular summer in our yard and there seemed to be some activity- possibly coming through our pet door. We tried handling it (spray, traps etc) ourselves but ultimately felt we should bring in a qualified pro/company. Thankfully we were right. Within minutes after our technician arrived (Ryan) we were glad wed set up the inspection. Ryan inspected the house (inside areas at our request as well as outside) then discussed the plan with us and followed up by spraying around the outside of the house and placing traps in our attic. My only regret is that I didnt call sooner; peace of mind= priceless. Thank you!

Very responsive office personnel and the technicians who come to our house are very easy to talk to and do great work. We used to use one of the big pest companies, but grew frustrated with the lack of communication and results. This company is fabulous!

Ants never gone they told me I had to leave the house for a couple hours, my neighbor told me that they left less then 10 mins after I did, they said they would come back if the ants were not gone, be I called and called and never heard back from them, I left several messages and the didnt return my calls, they do not pick up their phones, that should have been a red flag in the first place. I had them out to do a full service before I sold my house. Not only did they do a great job spraying and getting rid of some of the recurring pests in and around my place, but went way above and beyond on cleaning up the spider webs in the rafters of the garage. My house was built in the 40s and I think there was 70 years of spider web build up in there (comparable to the barn in the movie arachnophobia). Once Alex was done in there, it looked amazing and my house was ready to go onto market.

So impressed with this company.. they really go above and beyond. I always recommend them to all my friends and customers who are in need of any pest service...

Correct. As an employee of Perish Termite, I took at least a dozen phone calls from people who had hired your company to treat their homes for subterranean termites LESS THAN A YEAR AGO & once again... Had a termite infestation!! That is an extremely high percentage of warranty retreats! Especially considering that your warranty is only for 1 year!

I have been a customer of Parish Pest for close to six years. The professionals at Parish Pest have addressed and successfully treated a number of pest issues in my home including termites. I even called once in a panic about bees in my fireplace that we’re getting into my home. I just had no idea what I should do. The office IMMEDIATELY sent over two qualified and competent technicians who took care of the bees right away. Not onnly is their service effective, but they are fairly priced and very, very professional. Parish Pest has very high standards of business contact and I would recommend them for any Pest job- large or small without hesitation.

This place I am sure can manage your pest problems stay away from pest inspection. I called them telling them I am trying to refi with my VA loan and needed a pest Inspection . They came out called some stuff. I called them back ask if they could fix what they called...they said no. Asked if they can refer me to somone else they said no. Wow make sure you do your homework people had to find another company to come out inspect again cost 125 by the way and then gave me a quote on repairs. They could have at least been up front on what they offered. BUT THEY SURE CAHED MY 300 CHECK. That is what I get for helping my local business

They are extremely unprofessional i called to cancel my every other month outdoor spraying program due to the fact that what they are using doesnt work at all, you can literally buy something that will work better at walmart, the lady was so rude to me started raising her voice and told me i used them just to get a better price and called me a thief and that i didnt give them a chance to make it right, i was blown away i hung up the phone and she started to call my phone back and left voicemails too i wouldnt recommend this place at all 👎👎
