Nobody knows anything, nor knows anyone that would know what Im asking about. No, theyre way too busy to tell me where the power surge protectors would be even if they knew what kind of thingy that was. Ugh why didnt I just say light switch? Those are over by all the lights... Just walk over there... Its hard to miss.First. I said theyre usually near the lights.... Second, this individual needed a cup of coffee, or a job that theyre better suited, like a couch at home at moms.

Holy smokes these people are so incompetent, they didn’t even know what FRP is. After an hour of looking myself I find it but no trim. Again, another three employees have no clue. Get to the line and the cashier just turns her light off and walks away, no communication. They literally have 5 h carts so I waited for one of those for a while before realizing they didn’t care to try and track one down. Found one at the very end of the parking lot. Drug it all the way back. Last time I step foot in a Lowe’s.

Do not go to this Lowe’s unless all you want is frustration and multiple trips. A week ago we went to get paint. It literally took over 30min. we got there at 7:23 and wasn’t helped till 8:00 terrible management. Just tonight I went in to buy an AC unit. We found one that works for our sliding windows. We got home to set it up and it has been used as well as missing parts. This Lowe’s is just terrible I would say it is worth driving to any other one or better yet going to Home Depot.

My local Lowes has carts ready for you. This one you have to scout out the parking lot. I did see over 9 sheet carts used for Lowes stuff loaded here and there. Good luck if you need a lumber cart.

Lowes has the worst customer service. I bought their gazebo and had it delivered the next day. Well when it was dropped off the big cardboard box was inside a big steel cage that looked like. Shark cage. Big and heavy. I asked the driver if he was going to take the steel cage away and just leave the box. He said they leave everything for the customer. I told him I had no use or room to store such a huge item. This cage is about 8ft long and 3 1/2 ft wide or so. I tried to call Lowes store number on the receipt and their automated system just kept looping me back to the main menu over and over again. I called the pro desk at a different number and got a hold of a person who said he would transfer me to a manager. Then it rang and rang and then hung up on me. I called back and they said they would get a manager to call me back. Waited over 2 hours and no callback. Called the number and now its a repeat of looping in the main menu. Why have a store number if no one is answering the phones. Worst customer service experience.

I love this place. Its clean, organized with lots of everything that I love to shop for. And the older man that was outside watering the plants was an absolute joy to talk to. He tried his darndest to sell me a mosquito plant aka citronella type geranium I think (but I already had way too many plants to buy that day). He told me he had one and he loves it. I giggled to myself. He was Very Very sweet. I wished I would have gotten his name because he should get a thumbs up from the boss.

For a Lowes it is good. We went in to get some patio furniture. We found a associate who helped us immediately. They did not have one of the items but found it at the rancho store. They also called the store and asked them to hold it for us. We were also in need of some sprinkler parts which did not go so well. Majority of the parts and sprinklers were sold out and have been for weeks. All in all every time we go to this Lowes it is never a bad experience.

I had the best trip to Lowes today thanks to one of their team members Miguel. I was purchasing lumber to build a deck, and he took the time to make sure I had everything I needed to make it nice. Later he hopped on the register to help us checkout with the other team member so we didnt have to unload. The lady who helped us in the paint department with short hair was so kind and knowledgeable too, and found us to see if we needed assistance. The only concern was the cutter was broken so we had to go to home depot to get our 4x4s. Today Lowes was awesome because their team members cared so much!

Saturday afternoon before Fathers Day. A big ad in play, California finally open, you would expect Lowes to be on its A Game. Unfortunately not, stick to buying on line and parking lot pick up because not only is the store a mess, but the lines in check out are now longer. This past Saturday? One cashier and several broken self checkouts resulting in two lines at least 10 people long.Online buy and pickup may have sustained retailers during the Covid restrictions, but that model kills impulse and accessory buying. Terrible in store service will drive me to remain an online buyer.The upside is that when I found someone to help find stuff, three of the four I talked to tried to help. One from Paint did walk me back to Garden which had sent me to Plumbing. Clearly the Manager on Duty was overwhelmed and had plenty of reasons things were so backed up.But this was Fathers Day and the stuff I wanted to buy was on their ad. I drove past one of those orange stores as well.

I gave a 1 star because there was no lower rating. Horrible customer service, clueless management and cashiers. Waited 35 mins @ the paint dept nobody came to help even though i pressed the service button several times. Cashiers saw me and just said were low staffed when i found the manager all she said was we dont open it till 10AM. Wouldve been nice if one of the cashiers that saw me and the manager who heard the service call from the paint dept wouldve told me something. Will be going to home depot from now on.

Order got messed up. Nobody called. $2500 in purchased materials pushed back another 3 weeks. Tried to call for clarification. No one EVER answers the phone. Emails unanswered. Mind you we waited in the store for over an hour to be helped the first time. Should have known then. Tried to call for an update. Still same problem. NO ONE EVER answers the phone. The answering service is worse than any I have ever experienced. What a nightmare. Consider taking your business elsewhere. You stand a better chance of getting good service at the DMV.

Super disappointed and frustrated with my latest experience at store #1540. When I went to return Christmas lights that were defective- this was the first opportunity that Ive been able to take them in- I was told that you are not able to make returns on Christmas items after the 25th of December. I had my receipt, original packaging and even a picture to show how they were defective. I was within my 90 days, the lights were purchased on December 11th. No where does this state on their return policy posted in the store of this change. I asked to speak with a manager and manager Terry on duty didnt even come after a phone call by the associate to help me with this situation. Literally was told there was nothing they could do. I even offered to take merchandise credit because we love to shop there. I worked at Lowes years ago in the return section and this was never a policy back then. If this is a new policy then they need to update their return policy posted on their wall and notify everyone when buying seasonal items of this policy. This is false advertising and now I have to call Lowes corporate office in the morning. They should have honored my return. So much for customer satisfaction anymore.

Usually I have a very good experience in this store however I was a bit disappointed this last visit they didnt really have anything I was looking for and the cash out lines were terrible, then they had no bags available at the self checkouts. I assume this was because the store was very busy however it was a far reach from the usual very pleasant easy experience Ive had in the past. Giving 3 stars and hoping things improve.

Everyone, stay away from Lowe’s custom installation at all costs. I repeat, even if you think “it’ll be fine.” It’s not fine. Everything is not fine. We thought so, too.Let me explain.We were patient with an order from mid January. The order came incorrect so the vanities and countertops were not installed. The cabinets sit in our garage currently.As luck would have it, the new countertops came in damaged at the store. That’s fine. Stuff happens. Thing is: we didn’t know this until we called. And they’d promise to call us back. They did! Just kidding. No nothing.Today, we decided to cancel the order entirely because we had zero communication for weeks and, when you do get in touch, there’s considerable lack of empathy for the issue. Plus, don’t try to call them most days but especially on the weekend because they are unable to pick up and it’s a “corporate issue.”Anyway, if you need things in the store, they’re great. We have some dope lighting fixtures. But, don’t get adventurous and order custom. Unless you are interested in buying frustration, then do it!

I am a 60 plus year old woman. I came in to Lowes to pick up a replacement toilet. I walked around the store trying to locate the Bathroom Fixture Aisle. I also was trying to find somebody who could help me.I finally found where the toilets were. I found the one that I wanted. Id already been online and knew exactly what I wanted.Then I started looking around for someone to help me. I walked around looking for a cart. The toilet was to heavy for me to lift. I asked several people if they could assist me. They were all too busy. Instead of saying let me call for someone to help you, they just walked away. I kept looking for a cart. Finally after 10 minutes, I went back to the area to see if I could get some help. I finally got someone to stop and asked for help. I needed a cart, it was to big for a shopping cart. The Lady said if I go out into the parking lot, I may find one. Then she walked away. Never asked let me get you some help. I left almost in tears. I have to have a replacement. Ive rented for the past 14 years and one of the toilets needed to be replaced. The bathroom fixtures are in the very back of the store. After my wandering around the store for 15 minutes, no one asked if I needed help. No one cared. I couldnt do it myself. Because I have to have one, I was forced to order it on line. So on top of the cost of the toilet, I have to pay a $79 delivery charge. Lowes is the absolute worst at Customer Service. I am a Supervisor of Customer Service for the past 6 years. If my employees behaved the way Lowes Employees behaved, there would be consequences. Re-training. This isnt the first time I have been to this store and received this type of treatment. I thought since it wasnt the weekend, but the middle of the week, service would be better. I was so wrong. I will not be back. Worst Customer Service in Sacramento.

We usually go to Home Depot for sprinkler parts during a job but Lowes was closer so we decided to try. This parking lot is always a nightmare bc it is too small for the amount of business it does, there is no trailer parking (not even in the Pro area) and the entire Sunrise Blvd side of parking spots they have fenced off for storage. So we were forced to first drive around the lot then around the entire building and park near Hobby Lobby and walk. No cameras over here so if our equipment ended up missing no way to try to figure out who may have done it. So we get to the PVC area looking for a 3/4 to 1/2 threaded adapter....not only are there entire rows of 3/4 parts just missing, you have to look at the bottom of one area and the top of the next for 3/4 parts. There was an empty box on the floor of miscellaneous 3/4 assorted pieces we also looked through (I dont know if it was left behind by another disgruntled customer or go backs that didnt make it back into their appropriate areas.) No luck! Now we can either leave and try Home Depot (30 minutes wasted) or try to think outside the box. My husband had to take a 3/4×3/4×1/2 T and a cap and make it work. Luckily he figured a way to make it work with the limited options available. Then we get to the front and opt for self check-out. Not only is there no employee assistance to be found but no bags at 3 out of 4 of the self checkout cash registers. With no one from Lowes to ask and no hope that one would be found, we just carried our good out. Next time we will drive into Antelope. I still give them 3 stars bc their garden area is well attended and attentive with checking out people efficiently.

Absolute worst Lowe’s store that I have ever dealt with. I had an online order for delivery which was never delivered yet it was marked as delivered and I was charged for it. I have called over 50 times trying to speak with the stores delivery manager. Out of 50 calls I’ve only been successful at speaking to anyone two times. Deapite leaving two messages for the delivery manager he has never contacted me. I will be dealing with my credit card company to have the charges reversed as no one at Lowe’s of Citrus Heights is willing to speak with me or give me anything resembling customer service

I was looking for a crabgrass preventer and Johnny the loader told me it wasnt in season and I was wasting my money and it was only a pre-emergent. It actually has grass fertilizer in it.So if you do run into him dont let him tell you what is good or bad if you have a good idea of what youre looking for. Workers should not tell customers what they should and shouldnt buy.

I went to Lowes this evening to get a GFI unit for our bathroom. I wasnt sure which one I needed so I tried calling to try to get some help. I was very frustrated with the phone system because you simply could not get to a human being. After trying for several minutes and constantly being put in a loop-back at the beginning I gave up and went up to the front to speak to an employee. She indicated that she was just as frustrated with the phone system because she couldnt get through to a person either whenever she tried to call the store. So she called over the loudspeaker to try to get me help in the electrical department, to no avail. Another employee called on multiple occasions to try to get help for me in the electrical department, again no response. After about 40 minutes of trying to get help in that store I left. As much as I dont particularly care for their competition, thats exactly where Im going to get my part. With this kind of customer service, Lowes doesnt deserve my business or anybody elses was as far as Im concerned.

Stopped in because I need a new toolbox for my shop I had checked Home Depot and Harbor freight my friend said try Lowes they had craftsman and good price he said when I went in I found a nice box the price said $129 and I couldn’t believe my eyes so I read the tag further and I thought it’s on the wrong box so I went and got an employee and showed herThat the sticker wasn’t tampered with and wanted a manager to honor it I waited 25 minutes asked four employees For the manager and then the lady I showed the sticker to returned saying the manager said no I said not good enough I want to talk to the manager she had peel the sticker off and put it on a different item now you could see the stickers been tampered with the manager Ashley came and said no he would not honor the price that was on the item saying someone might’ve peeled it off and put it there I said if they had the sticker would be tampered with like it looks now after your employee did it PS I am a mechanic my hands are covered with grease I didn’t wash when I left work I asked the manager to please pull the sticker off the new item and look to see that there was no grease on the back of it she refused and left I will never shop at Lowe’s because their employees put prices on it not me and they won’t honor it I also noticed another item that had three drawers But the sticker called it a five drawer chest they have their head up there you know and don’t honor with your employees screw up

Impossible to speak to anyone. Voicemail is in a continual loop to nowhere. Dont even try to pick-up in store. Staff is friendly enough, but the store is so poorly managed that I feel sorry for them. I ordered an appliance before Thanksgiving. They already missed the 1st delivery date. I was called the day before item was to be delivered to be told it just shipped. It is now nearly 3 weeks beyond that and Im being told they hope to received it by the day I was told it would be delivered (2nd delivery date blown). I have only been able to get through the automated phone system twice in 3 months. I am now going to have to drive out to the store, AGAIN, to try to get some service. My appliance sale has shown as completed since the day it was purchased and has been on my billing statement since day one. We are now approaching 3 months and no delivery. I was only given 30 to decide on extended warranty on an appliance I cant even get delivered. Last purchase I will make on an item not in stock and ready for delivery. YOU HAVE OPTIONS - EXPLORE THEM!

I had a surplus bag of concrete to return. I am handicapped and called to ask whether they wanted it returned to Lumber and Building supplies, or plopped down on the customer service desk. 30 calls later no one answered - and they are open for 3 more hours. Lowes makes enough money to afford to have someone answer the phone. Must be really bad moral there. Usually that is the managers fault when it happens.

Bought a bunch of mulch on line, asked if it would be palletized. Was told, no problem. Seems they used the most busted up pallet they could find, nails sticking up, broken slats etc. Nearly a third of the bags were broken, two were half empty. Not thrilled with these guys today. See pics.

This store location is a hit and miss. Sometimes they have what you need and someone to help and other times they dont have what you need and no one there to help. More often then not, I cannot find a good cart, someone to help or 1-2 cashiers open. Some employees are nice and will help, others are lazy and hide. Overall its an ok store.

I usually like shopping here. But this time was a bit disappointing. First they had no shopping baskets and the two they had their handles were covered in a sticky substance. Guess thats why they were the only two left. I went there for three items and they didnt have any of them. I ended up grabbing cleaning supplies and a few odd items that I didnt come there to get. The check out line were outrageously long and there was unhappy faces on everyone waiting inline. I went to self checkout and guess what no bags... I had about 7 things that I needed a bag to carry them out with. Well I wont be going back for awhile, as I would rather skip the nuisance and order off line and have it delivered.

The Citrus Heights store is the most poorly run store that I trade in on a regular basis. I am avoiding it at all costs in the future.Some of my reasons:-- Typically long checkout lines. Customers typically chat among themselvesabout how poor the service has become.-- You never see the presence of the manager of the store any where around customers!-- I have left messages for him to call me. He does not respond.-- I have called the store through their phone tree trying to reach the manager and at the point of being on hold for him before a connection,click and he or someone hangs up on me.-- If you have a return, good luck, since they only have 1-3 cashiers andI have waited as long as 20 minutes for a return. Again, the customers converse inline about the poor service. My years of shopping there havestopped! Ill drive a little further to the new nursery or HD where they seem to care about their customers.-- I cannot understand why their stock value has been increasing if their other stores (over1,900) have the same service! I am gone!

We waited 30 + minutes for someone in plumbing to just show up. There was another couple that drove two hours to pick up a special bathtub and they waited over an hour for help. With multiple pages no one ever showed up to help. Finally i had to get a manager from the check stand for help. And all she could say was they are short staffed because the young people they hire wont work weekends. SMH...

I ordered some live plants online and they not only arrived over a week late (they kept pushing the date back everytime it was supposed to be the delivery date, whatever.) but when they arrived the boxes were intact, but the plants inside were destroyed, broken, and dying. they were packaged without any protection on the inside so they were just flying around getting broken. i am so upset with this because ive ordered live plants before and they have never turned out like this. i will never be ordering from here again.

I am a contractor and lowes is more geared towards DIY home owners selling complete kits and finished products. As a contractor I feel home Depot is geared towards my needs but for the DIY or for a slightly high end products Lowes will have what you need.

TLDR/in short:-They never pick up their phones.- Make sure youre working with someone who is actually from appliances and not a fill in.-Double and triple check with the appliance department before you purchase to make sure they actually have the make/model you are buying, unless you want to wait months.I ordered a dishwasher for delivery/install. The evening I came in, I was told they had a few in stock. They also advised I would receive a call to schedule the install within 48 hrs. I had to follow up on day 3, only to be told the scheduling department was not there and was promised I would receive a call back the next day. Still after no call, I tried calling the store...no department but curbside pick-up answers. They transferred me back to appliances, but of course it ended up back to the phone tree, where no one answers. I ended up calling corporate who was helpful. After a long wait, they got through to the store who apparently advised my appliance wouldnt be available to order to their distribution center for 1 month, and then would be sent to the store 2 days later for the delivery to be scheduled. They advised I go in and talk to someone in appliances who could rectify the situation. I went in one evening, but was referred to their appliance expert/specialist, and hed be working the next day. I go in the next day and talked to him.Once I got in touch with him, almost everything was resolved. He explained the person who sold me the dishwasher didnt belong in the appliances section, and had no idea why he told me they had any in stock. He confirmed the unavailability of the appliance (Bosch) and explained a major backlog issue they were having with production. Ultimately, he offered to upgrade me to another, better dishwasher at no cost.On the day of the appliance delivery and install, I received an automated call saying my dishwasher was available for pick up. Ten minutes later I received a text from the delivery person saying he spoke with Lowes and they didnt have my appliance. After letting him know about the call, and the need for them to swap out the type of dishwasher, he called the store back. Eventually he texted and let me know it was all worked out but hed have to push back my delivery time a few hours. Once he arrived delivery and installation went fine.

Second time i went to pickup package no body shows for 57 minutes then i asked they said they did receive the package but somebody put it somewhere they cant find it and will give me call when they find it. I call aftet 1 and half week they said give us couple of hour and we will call you and as expected never receive call.i got notified through app my order ready for pickup i went down and waite 30 minutes and went inside and worker said please give me order detail i will locate the order and still cant find it . So done with theses idiots time to find other store

Every time I come in here I’m surprised at how bad the customer service is. Anyone on the floor will actively try to avoid helping you and if you do get someone to help you they’re condescending, dismissive, and on top of that they’re generally useless in regards to having any sort of knowledge of the store except for maybe where the bathrooms are. If you know exactly what you need and where it’s located this place is great. If you need any sort of point towards the right direction, be prepared to be frustrated.

If I could, Id give you a 0.Leanne wasted my time, made us look suspect waiting....on a price check. Once the guy came, he had to go back to check. The incompetence! We had it and was back before store emp made it to the garden area.So...I wont be back. Ill take my dollars where they treat me like they want them.

I went to get some plans for my patio and I was able to ask questions and get some answers. I got greeted when entering which was nice, I did go looking around for awhile and people did have mask on and followed the marks on the floor so that was nice. Overall, when checking out it was great no problems and smooth.

Great adjustment to their operations amid the covid pandemic. I know for a fact that most other large corporate businesses are still struggling to coordinate due to many administrative personnel being mandated to work from home. Its rough for every business, mainly with coordinating with vendors/supply-chain, but Lowes is getting it under control quickly.I dont like all the negetive reviews about customer service and delivery operations. They seem to forget that in this pandemic, a lot of people have a lot more time on their hands, therefore customer service and delivery volume probably increased significantly, and needless to say that everyone in the country is experiencing a lot more anxiety than they would otherwise.I think theyre doing great with what they have, and they are improving day by day. That proves that they are focused on their mission.

Inconvenient and frustrating experience to say the least. Ordered a fridge online and had my delivery appointment scheduled. I recently relocated to the area and I am still in the process of moving. I drove hours to be here for the delivery only to get a call a few hours before the scheduled delivery stating that the item was not in stock, although it was when I placed my order. The employee re-sourced my order to have another store deliver it in two days as I will only be available this weekend. Upon checking my email it looks like it was scheduled for 9 days from now when I’m not going to be in the area. I called customer service and was on hold for quite some time. Once customer service got on the line she absolutely nothing to try to help me or solve my issues. I just had her cancel my order all together. She could have cared less. So frustrated.

Its a Lowes. Huge, cant find an employee, but full of everything you need from a hardware store.One outstanding thing, though, was when we ordered too much tile. Waaaay too much tile lol. But returning it went really well! Customer service processed it and the pickup was free!!

Major concerns in this store. On one of my recent visits there were no carts as they were all in the parking lot. Customers were having to go to the lot to retrieve carts if they wanted one. Many were doing so without regard to sanitizing these possibly contaminated carts. I asked the person working the door to speak with the store manager. He asked in regards to what? I replied that I wanted to express my concerns about the cart situation. He walked over to the customer service desk and spoke to a woman who I later learned was the assistant store manger. She glanced in my direction numerous times during his 2 minute conversation with her. She then went back to what she was doing behind the desk. It looked like she was organizing product on shelves behind the desk, possibly returns. I waited for 10 minutes with her occasionally looking to see if I was still waiting until I gave up and proceeded to go to find what I was looking for. I have been going to this store since they opened, sometimes multiple times in a week or even a day. Most of the workers in this store are good at customer sevice however the few times I have attempted to talk to the pro desk I have had bad experiences. The latest instance I was looking for something to sanitize my flatbed cart with. They have a station at the front entrance I thought the could or should have one at this entrance. There were 2 guys at the pro desk that were just chit-chatting with each other and they could obviously see that I was looking for something but they never made an attempt to offer assistance. There have been other instances over the years where I have approached this desk, keeping in mind to go when it appears they are not assisting other guests, for advice on projects or actually ordering large amounts of material or big ticket items such as air conditioners or installation, delivery services and have been met with bad customer service. I understand that this department is to be used for contractors or projects, I have worked for contractors in the construction industry. That being said, there are some people in this department that seem to look down on or have actual disdain for the average customer.

Today I went in to purchase Pots, plants and potting Soil, upon checkout, I arrived to find only one checker and a line of a dozen or so people ahead of me, no other check stands opened up while I was shopping, upon making it to the check stand, I set down my items, I was not greeted by the checker, an employee named Marc, when one of the scan tags on the pots I was purchasing was wrinkled and the checker couldnt get it to scan, instead of hand keying in the item, he told me to go all the way to the opposite end of the store and acquire another one, all the while the line behind me only grew. Upon returning, Marc was very short with me when asking how hes holding up to the rush, and after scanning and separating my items, proceeded to immediately wave forward the next customer all the while my purchases were still on the check stand counter and was gathering up my belongings. Very rude and lacking of customer service at this location today. Very put off.

Don’t use their kitchen installation services-horrible. Installer broke the microwave and now it has to be replaced. Lowe’s can’t seem to find any record of my purchase and won’t replace the brand new appliance they broke without me providing a receipt. The only trouble with that is their email isn’t working and they certainly don’t answer the phone, This installation (cabinets, countertops and appliances only) has been an ongoing nightmare. My advice? Buy the materials there and have your own contractor install them.

I’ve been here twice where I should’ve been in and out in 5 minutes. I had a list and knew the aisle and bin numbers for each item. Since items weren’t stocked properly I had to wait for assistance. They first time I waited for over half an hour for someone to get something from a high shelf for me... ok whatever. I made the mistake of going in again today. Of course once again an item wasn’t where it stated it was online— I walked aimlessly trying to find assistance for about 15 minutes. Finally went to the self checkout who paged someone to the aisle I needed help on. I went back and waited for help. Nothing 5 minutes 10... nothing. So I just walked out. Just because you know what you want to buy or your a professional doesn’t mean you’ll revive any type of assistance here... Home Depot is just down the street— usually they have more staff it seems.

Gotta say I am not happy with my experience. I ordered 6000 dollars worth of cabinets, and another 2 thousand worth of accessories, a month ago, scheduled delivery date was 1/21/21 two days before I called to confirm that everything was on schedule, spent 20 minutes on hold for a confirmation finally order was confirmed and arrival would be 21. On that confirmation I scheduled contractor, plumbing, counter, electrical, yet the next morning I get an automated email that my order is now 5 days behind.I called corp office and store and both plainly said not their fault its the vendor and nothing can be done. I just hope I can reschedule the teams that were supposed to be installing my orders. The part that stings is there was no recourse to make things right. Probably should have went with a local company lesson learned...

WORST STORE EVER! Wish I could give them 0 stars! Ordered a refrigerator online and this is the location it was going to be delivered from. They were supposed to call and set up delivery but never did. Instead they took the item to the address where we haven’t even moved in yet. Contacted me later saying we will be there in 30 min. We told them we are not available to receive the item so they sent it back to the store. A few days later we get a call from someone saying they don’t have the refrigerator anymore, that they delivered it to someone else and they don’t know when, if ever they will have another one available. We told them to find us the refrigerator we purchased that was supposed to be delivered, the guy said he will call us back but never did. We have trying to call the store for almost a 2 weeks now for a refund but no one answers the phone. We live in the Bay Area right now so we can’t physically go in to the store.. now we have to make a special trip out there to deal with such an unorganized store!
