Update:If you have a problem - ask for Ashley. Although I am still unhappy with how it all transpired, I am happy to report that Ashley worked with my client to find an acceptable solution. So I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.BEWARE!!READ YOUR CONTRACT CLOSELY!!!I am a bookkeeper for one of their clients. We have tried for 9 months to get on autopay for their monthly fees and all we get is wasnt set up right followed by now it is fixed and then it is not.My client expanded their business and asked for a quote for the additional coverage. They received a quote that was VERY high and it wasnt complete. So they got a quote from a competitor.When they canceled their service they discovered the pain of the fine print and I do mean fine - look closely. When the initial contract period is up they auto renew an annual contract. So if you dont catch it in time - you have to pay out the contract when you are dissatisfied with their service.They appear to be completely unphased by customer complaints based on my experience and the reviews.
