Its difficult to accurately rate this place, because they are fixing a defective product, but I can say that while they resurrected my Xbox twice, I fear that the third time is the charm. This last repair did not last long. They have been quick to repair in the past and now I have need of their service again.

This is not an XBOX 360 repair place. I think they only know how to clean them. Charged me a $20 diagnostic fee and all they did was plug it in. When it didnt power up for them, they said there was nothing that could be done. Parts fail, thats why i brought it in to be repaired...to have the defective parts replaced.They charged me $20 for doing zero...they plugged it in, thats it. Avoid this place if you have an actual problem that needs to be repaired, they dont know how to do it.(They also graciously told me that they could take the defective xbox off of my hands at no charge to scrap it which I declined.)I’ve recently had the unit looked at by a reputable repair company who was able to power the unit up and fix the RROD issue. I asked what the power up issue was and they told me that the power plug just needed to be seated correctly, that some of them are more difficult to make a good connection.To have them plug it in, turn it on without even connecting the power cord correctly and then charge me $20 for no real diagnostic performed is unfair and unscrupulous. Im going to the BBB to see about getting my $20 back.
