Thomas was AMAZING. We had an appointment for carpet cleaning and our carpets looked like they needed to be replaced. Thomas came in and made them look 10 years younger!! I was seriously amazed. He then asked about my tile floors. I have a housekeeper who steam cleans them every other week so I figured it was as good as it was gonna get. But Thomas showed me a small sample of how much cleaner they could be. He even was able to take care of them SAME day!! I had to go to work but when I got home I barely recognized my kitchen!! I am going to have them come out and do my tile on a regular basis from now on! Thank you so much!! 😃

We have used Valley Carpet Care in the past and when it came time to do our carpets again we could not remember the company name (stupid us). We ended up going with a diff. company and it was not the same level of service and quality that we recieved with Valley. We ended up searching old invoices and finding Valley Carpet Care again. Mike came out and was super efficient with the whole process. He explained all the steps, tools and products that would be used. There was a lot of wear and tear but our carpets look awesome. We definitely will only be using Mike and the Valley Carpet Care team from now on.

Thomas is our usual tech. I use them regularly and have for about a year now. Their pricing is competitive but affordable and they can almost always get us in right away. Theyre able to get pesky pet odors out of the carpet and stains are no match for the chemicals they use. Always friendly, always on time. There is a reason theyre highly rated!
