So I probably just had the worst experience here, once there I stood around waiting for about 10 min and then I see(Megan I think. just moved from fiesta salon) her walking over from self check out(either on break or shopping on the job) you guys could at least put a sign up.I got my eyebrows done and it wasn’t good at all, now did I tell her this no because I’m way to nice or coward which ever you choose. Now finished I went to pay but before that she told me she had to restart the wi-fi and that it was messing up lately, this was done a total of 4 times, while my card was declining i thought it was their system since they have been having problems which has supposedly been reported to the manager multiple times. So I offered the idea to just go get cash back at self check out and my card got declined there too, now I don’t have my phone so I can’t put any money on my card I’m kind of panicked at this point and I’m like well I’m leaving then I don’t know what to do so I left to go get my phone at home, I retrieve my phone and I have a call from “Megan” who tells me if I don’t show back up she’s going to report me to the police I feel bad for making her think I wasn’t going to pay but in all honestly I shouldn’t of had to. I go back to the store and explain that I didn’t have my phone I’m sorry( I don’t think she believed me) that this happened, but she seems disinterested asks me my phone number and tells me to pay, she’s very cold doesn’t say anything to me as if I tried to rob her for $10, as my card gets accepted I apologize again and look up at her who’s not even engaged about what’s going on she’s on her phone texting and no eye contact. So I probably won’t ever go there again unless it’s someone else.

I went in a weed ago and described what I wanted- mostly blonde with some of my natural brown piping thru, so streaks of brown.And i showed the color blonde I wanted.Well she talked me into doing a darker brown instead of my natural which was fine, and did big blonde chunks in thr front, which was also fine, except that it wasnt blonde enough and therewas still hardly any blonde in the back. So she said if I came back she would redo it. I came back last night and she decided to bleach out my whole head and intended to go thru with the dark brown in places i wanted it. Well my hair started falling out in almost clumps, she left the toner in too long and it turned oarts of my hair purple, and didnt even wash it out all the way bc it was hard and crunchy and we were unableto blow dry it bc of the damage it had done. I was freaking out and left balling my eyes out.Now Im pissed.
