So my lovely husband lost all of our saved cash at home & The trash ran that morning & We walked threw the steps of what could of happened, We was saving for EVER ! & It had to of been thrown away by our children, It was in a empty popcorn box. So my husband cried, He who never cries, Cried. I called rumpke & She put me on hold came back on the line a second later and said hurry down to the transfer station on island road the trucks almost their that has your trash and is waiting, So we speed down their & Their waiting on us, The dump the whole truck have a machine spread it out & Spent over an hour with my husband and I and I think about 6 of their workers dug threw that trash, My husband said give up I said no and cried so they all came the head person ( I think ) He was BEYOND amazing ! They all were ! That group of men went ABOVE & BEYOND yesterday, Sept 20th. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you 😊

We have had Rumpke for many years for both home and rentals. We were charged a different price at each location. I guess the longer you have the service the more you are charged. When we would add a new service it was always cheaper. I finally called and ask about it. They were rude! But did take all 5 bills to the same low price. Then they didnt pick up our trash here at the house. Called...said and I was told they picked your trash up at 3:10 am. My trash has NEVER been picked up at that hour. I replied why wasnt I told that It was being picked up at a different time than always. Was told they can do that. So left the trash out for the week...didnt pick up again! Called again! Very rude this time again. CANCELED!

I have been a long term customer of Rumpke and I am extremely pleased with their level of service and professionalism! They pick up my trash and recycling timely each week, without fail! They also collect my yard waste that I properly size and bundle which is so helpful when I am preparing for Spring or Fall! I truly appreciate the bulk pickup service as well! Thank you, Rumpke, for all that you do each week in all kinds of weather!

Never once had an issue with the pick up of my rubbish. Always prompt they are. And with constant slamming of the dumpsters at 5-6am hell theres no need to set the alarm. But today the tide has shifted. I was overlooking my mining rigs and playing some Call of Duty when out the blue my NET connection went down. I look outside to see Trevor in the Rumpke truck hung up in the fiber optic line like a noob bass fisherman with lure in tree. Hats off to you Trevor the Rumpke truck driver fiber optic line cutter guy!!

Rumpke has been great as a garbage collection service. They have been our collection service for over 10 years. They asked for a review and they have done so great, I to do a review. Those collecting have been professional and friendly. I cannot recall them ever missing a pickup. They have taken some big stuff away too. We had another company prior and Rumpke has done a better job.

When we moved into a house we had a lot to get rid of in the house we bought. Rumpke took everything. The girls in the office are also always so nice to talk to. You never feel like you are bothering them . Great company

Rumpke has been clean, prompt, professional and reliable. They are easy to contact on the phone when I have a question (like will you take old paint, or an old appliance). Highly recommend.

While not perfect, my experience with Rumpke has been generally positive; they have picked up our trash and/or recycling on the dates they stated they would, and have been out in bad weather and horrible street conditions to get our trash. Had to put trash outside the can one time, and it wasnt picked up but had time to throw it in the already emptied container so that it was picked up on the way back through the subdivision. Have called for a couch and ottoman to be picked up with no problems. Yard waste has been taken without questions, even outside the container on a few occasions. There have been times when the recycling containers have been emptied and items such as paper and cans/bottles were left on the street, but this has been very rare. Since our township is under contract, any complaints go to them - I have yet to file a complaint with my township.

These guys are great they do a great job every week collecting trash and they take anything I put out. I really appreciate the work they do.

The workers are always so friendly and professional. My only complaint is that they often leave my recycling bin out in the street rather than putting it back on the driveway apron.

Rumpke has always been prompt. They take care of trash and recycle and any other extras we have put out--we appreciate their promptness and going the extra mile of taking care of extra recycle and trash. THANK YOU!

I would like to say …. all other is fine but they donot pick up cans and other stuff they themselves drop out of the trash can on to the road while emptying the trash can which is very annoying .

I got 3 new trash cans on wheels, and 3 lids. 1 trash can wheel was broken off, 2 are busted, why? Because they throw them down and blame wind...wind did not crack or split my new trash cans. This week didnt pick my trash up at all they got everyone elses and I am not happy...at all. I want my 3 cans replaced..first time I complained here or period since being with them several years, they get these guys who doesnt care about anything that belongs to residential customers.. very upset...

I have been with rumpke for 2 months now. Since the day I signed up I have been asking for a new trash barrel. They came one time and exchanged my trash barrel with one even dirtier and stinkier that the old one! I have called countless times and they always give me the run around. oh they should have already done that Theyll be out today I promise Theyll be out 2 mondays from now Theyll be there this monday I dont know why they arent exchanging your can How in the world can a company so big not know why their employees arent doing their job? Furthermore why are these people still employed if they wont do their job. I come to my job every day and do everything I am supposed to so I dont get fired. Rumpke has serviced my home 7 times since I moved in. How in 7 trips can they not have brought a clean trash can to replace they old filthy one? They are supposed to be there TODAY 9/24/18 to replace it. Ill keep yall posted but dont hold your breathe.

Our trash hardly ever gets picked up. Calling about issues, gets you nowhere. Due to the lack of service to my home, as well as surrounding customers of Rumpke, there is a serious litter issue.
