Do not get them to do any painting for you. Poor job. They did not have any lights or drop cloths. They painted our stair railing which they were not to be touching the railing. The place was being remodel so there was not carpet. Drop paint on the floor and the stairs. They got spackle on our new sink vanity. Dripped paint on our tile floor in bathroom. Spackle was on the new faucet. Our new appliances they got paint on them too. See pictures. Plus they charge us 4300.00 They also did carpet now the carpet was done right. But communication is poor.

They showed up exactly when they said both for the measurements and installation. They did a great job. Open and honest about the work and everything was thoroughly explained. Sorry this review is so late. We had carpets installed last year. After one year they still look great. The installation went perfectly and they even vacuumed them when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Widest selection of flooring, no need to go anywhere elese.

So glad we found Aromaz Flooring for a rip/install of our new backsplash. We had all the materials and ready to go after our new countertops were installed. Our original guy canceled and it did not work out. Lucas from Aromaz Flooring came to the rescue. His brother came to my house to measure 2 hours later. Vinny rip/installed new backsplash the next 2 days... WE LOVE IT. Cant thank them enough for their professional work and courtesy.

Great company. Highly recommend. We had carpet installed on our 2ND floor and Cortec flooring in our MBR done today by Antonio and Jesus. They did an outstanding job. We could not be happier. The store is nice and Lucas @ Lenny were very nice and really great at the store in helping us with all. 10 Stars!!!

Waited 45 minutes for no one to help us, wound up going to Lowes. Was trying to shop from family/ local biz, never again.

Do not do business with Aromaz Flooring in Mercerville, NJ. I made a carpet stretching appointment ahead of time with Rick at Aromaz Flooring for a Tuesday. He scheduled me in a window of time from 3pm-5pm and I took that day off from work. Rick started calling me that day of the appt. at 12pm asking if they can come over right now because they got done early at another job and if not he will send his guys home. I told him I have a 1pm appt that I need to keep and he can come over after that appt. He did not want to accommodate me. I got done with my appt earlier than expected and called him back at 1:15pm asking if he can send his guys over. He then changed his story saying he sent them to a bigger job and could not fit me in and the next appointment for me would be 2 weeks out. Aromaz do not keep their scheduled appointments, they do not care, they will not accommodate. I will let all of my friends and family know and I took my business elsewhere. Ive already let my real estate agent know who works in the area. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Excellent experience with Aromaz, did a wonderful job remodeling my bathroom, quality work at a good price, nice employee and owner, would used again.

I am overly impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and service from Aroma’z. They really go the extra mile to make your floors and carpet look great. After contacting them for a new bedroom carpet I showed Manny my very dated, but quatlity oak floors. He advised me that they could bring them back to life at a very fair price and I would be happy. After debating various stain finishes we settled on a “clear’ coat because the oak sanded down looked beautiful. Wallace the installer, and his team went the extra mile by correcting a previous poor install job by another company, for our threshold into the kitchen. They are prompt and answer your questions. Thank you so much. Great people and a great company.

We bought and gutted an old condo in Cinnaminson. On a recommendation from a friend we checked out AromaZ. After our first visit we knew that we would be using them for all our flooring and tiling needs. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer our questions, offer suggestions, and help us coordinate our flooring choices. Manny and his team treated us like family. When we ran into problems with our timeline and needed someone to tackle projects we thought we would have time to do on our own, the guys at AromaZ were able to send someone in to get it done (vinyl planks in the badebase). They were able to recommend contractors, carpenters, and granite installers. Some we used, some we didnt, but we were grateful for the guidance they gave us. We highly recommend Manny and his team.

Very little help

My wife and I went to the Aromaz store in Cinnaminson,NJ. We were greeted by Kevin and he showed us some vinyl planking. Kevin wasnt pushy and was very considerate of what we were looking for. We narrowed our search down to several different Coretec products. Kevin allowed us to take the board of each product home so that we could match them up with our furniture. I was pleasantly surprised. The next surprise was with the price of the product that we picked, It was a great price for this product. We had to wait a few weeks due to my wife needing surgery. When we called back and spoke to Kevin the first thing that he asked was how was my wife and how did the surgery go. In this world of NO Customer Service this guy was head and shoulders above any other place where we went to look at vinyl planking. We made the purchase of the planking and then we looked for some area carpets. Kevin again was never pushy he stayed with us but never tried to show us anything other than what we wanted for our house. Kevin allowed us to take several boards of carpet samples home to help us make a decision. We again were surprised of the pricing of such quality products. We made another purchase of the area carpets and pads. The entire process went so smoothly thanks to Kevins assistance. Kevin is an absolute asset to Aromaz operation. Not only is he a great salesperson, he is truly a fantastic individual. We would highly recommend Aromaz to all of our family and friends. If anyone is in need of Carpets, Vinyl Planking or any other flooring try Aromaz and ask for Kevin or his boss, Lucas who was also very accommodating through the purchase and delivery process.
