Small off the road store that seems to have everything you could possibly need for your pool. Prices were fair and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They never pressured me or tried to get me to buy something I didnt need. Ill go back for the convenience and professionalism.

Nice little store with anything you need. This I a update from my first short review. I use this store for anything I need for the pool. Twice I went in there and the owner himself fixed parts to my old filter instead of trying to sell me a new one. Not only did he fix these parts he did it for free! You are not going to get this kind of treatment from a chain store. The guy is awesome and has a great store.

Small store with lots of items for everything you need to be cool this hot summer. I needed pool weights to work out in the pool and they had a few in stock. Im sure they would order pool weights for your workouts too. Very nice staff, good knowledge of pool maintenance and caring people. Spread the word. Theyre off the beaten path, but a place worth checking out. Give them a call, theyll have the answers for you too.

Needed a replacement part for a Hayward filter. I never got the older gentlemans name that help me but he got me what I needed and got me squared away in 5 min. Prices werent bad either. Nice guys, friendly service, no haggle or up selling either. Highly recommend these guys and this store. I will be going back again when I need parts or chemicals.

This is the best pool place that I ever have been to. When I first moved into Cinnaminson in 2002 I have an inground pool that was cloudy. I was trying all different places could not get my pool clear I want to D&L Pools and the owner his name is Doc God bless his soul he is no longer with us anymore told me to stop using everybody elses chemicals and just use his my pool was clear in less than a week and the new owner that took over he sure knows his stuff and the main worker there his name is Brian I would never let anybody else work on my pool only Brian he is the best pool technician that I have ever seen nobody else even comes close if I ever want my Pool opened or closed I only get it done by Bryan if not I do not even get it done. He takes pride in his work. John yerkov.

Had the worst experience all together except for ordering and paying for the pool. Had missing parts when the pool was being installed. Had to find a different installer after their installer came out to my house and then wouldnt return a phone call. Had to go to the store to get in touch with him begged him to call back and still didnt. After spending 2000.00 in a store I dont feel u should have to continue asking. Had to go back to the starter kit because I was never given that in the beginning. I was also given the wrong skimmer for the pool I purchased there. They were not accomadating at all. Didnt apologize for anything and wondered why I was mad at the end. Go somewhere u can rely on the people. Totally unreliable and not worth the headache. I also initially had some guy say to me in the parking lot that he would never use them again for an install only for supplies

They never call you back, and when you call them back they dont remember who you are. I order a part for my pump and they said it would take just two days to come in. After over two and a half weeks my pool turned green and they were clueless and kept pushing me off I had to cancel and find it that part the same day at Charlys. They really can care less about ur pool just ur money! It has just changed for the worst since Doc past away. My family and I have been going to Doc since he had opened his first place. We will never go back again. Its not the same business.

I dont use anyone else but DOC (for over 6 years now)!!! His store has everything I need from supplies to services and all at comparable prices. So why go anywhere else! -)

Neighborhood pool supply store. The old owner, Doc, died and prices went up. Not the same but much cheaper than Leslies. Another place is Harrys in Pennsauken.
