The worst!! Put in a address change 2 1/2 months ago! Called 2x spoke with Brian. Still no mail. Went to my new local post office, they also called still no mail! Hopefully Brian is paying all my bills since he doesn’t know how to adhere to a change of address.

I spoke with Karen Swoope and asked why I havent been receiving my mail, specifically christmas cards. She was very rude and confrontational Im glad I had my mother on 3way listening to the phone call. The letters I was looking for mysteriously got returned to sender 3 days after I spoke with karen in person . Also had a complaint that I keep receiving the old tenants mail even though I lived here for 3 years now. they took it upon themselves to put a note in my mailbox with my last name on it, as posted. And they STILL are giving me the wrong mail. I think theyre doing it to be funny and I dont see anything funny about this. Next step is contacting headquarters and a lawyer! I will update daily with photos of incorrect mailUpdate. Just realized the mail I put in the return to sender box yesterday, that wasnt mine, ended back in my mailbox today. Smh

The customer service at this post office is outstanding. Luis, in particular, is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is great at providing forms and other necessary documents. He deserves better than a 5 star rating!

I just want to give a shout out to the employees who helped me when i locked my phone and keys in my car. They couldnt have been more helpful. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You !!

GREAT PLACE to get Passports Done....I had a co-worker recommended it to me and i went with a friend last Wednesday...I had no Appt. but the lady said No Problem...She took our Pictures,Helped us fill out the papers and packaged everything up to mail...We were all done in 10 minutes!!! OUTSTANDING Service....I highly Recommend this place for the Passports...Thank You!

Went on vacation, filled out the yellow stop mail card two weeks before I left. Still received mail and packages. What’s the point if they disregard simple tasks.

Delivery department is doing absolutely terrible job.Last week they placed my package in the wrong mailbox, and I had to waste my time writing emails and searching for my package to receive it.Today, I was AT HOME waiting for another package.Around 10.40 am, the tracking showed:We attempted to deliver your item at 10:37 am on September 4, 2018 in RIVERTON, NJ 08077 and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available. Nobody knocked on the door or rung the doorbell.There was no notice left in the mailbox or on the door.Mishandling someones mail is a federal crime, and I will be seeking legal assistance to resolve this matter.This is the second occurrence withing less than a week of my packages being misplaced or not delivered to me while I was present to accept the mail.I have a proof of my presence. Fedex package was delivered to me around the same time this morning, and I signed for it.The negligence your employees have shown withing such a short period of time is unacceptable. Not only the package was not delivered to me; theres no notice left as the tracking falsely states, and I have no document to receive the package from the post office tomorrow.Cant even find words to express my outrage.

Keeping the lobby with the PO Boxes locked all the time defeats the purpose. I never want to, nor can I be at the post office during business hours. Waste of time.

Missing 3 packages within 2 months.....all items were scanned and shown as delivered in mail box on tracking even though they werent. Responses from the post office were you better file for lost items, please at least investigate your package carrier!

When I asked the Asian lady if she would stamp my package fragile, she literally yelled NO! YOU NEED TO DO THAT YOURSELF! at me.

Post office itself is great but mail delivery is hit or miss! You can’t rely on delivery with certainty so if you are expecting a check, you may have to wait.

Great also has do it yourself postal center...I like to do it myself :)

This is a great post office, they got the employees right at this post office!! I go here instead of my own town of Moorestown that post office has bad people there!

If I could do 0 I will do the guy on the front Luis very rude with every one also you can’t do question because he gets upset ! He really need to find another job!

Roy the Post Master lied to a customer of mine and said that he scans every item in the United States and the Post Office never misses one. Also he was rude yelling and hung up on me. I am filling a formal complaint the Consumer Affairs office.
