I used their services 2x. The first time I dealt with one of the mechanics there, everything was good. But when I went back for a 2nd time the lady (who I assume runs the place) was very indifferent to any questions that I asked and said, basically, she wasnt interested in my business. She actually accused me of being someone else and said that she had a problem with them! We both confirmed that I wasnt that person, however, it seems that the damage was already done...? And other employees stood around while this confusion was happening and no one intervened. I will not be using their services again. Further, I have spoken to a couple other friends who have had similar experiences with the same employee there. We all agreed not to use their services again because of their indifference to our interest in their business. And the only reason that Im even leaving this comment is because I received a coupon from them in the mail.

Not the cheapest place but very honest and quality work. They will go over every inch of your car and tell you exactly what it needs to be like new and what it needs to keep you on the road and safe. They dont hard sell you on anything. They just give it to you straight and let you decide what you want them to do. But I dont think this is the kind of shop that you go to for a temporary fix or one that will just wire that together for now. I think this is a place that when they do work they only will do it the proper way.

They overcharged me more than Firestone in Delran. I went here because I thought I would get a better price for changing my brakes. I assumed wrong. I was desperate and no other shop was open. I kinda regret it and wish I stayed with Firestone instead. I’ll give 2 stars because they got the job done yet still feeling bitter because Firestone charged me less.

NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE! Very friend staff. They made me feel like they really cared about my safety while driving my car. They helped me on the price and tried to get me the best deal they could. While waiting, a tech came out and explained step by step what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Man I been going to this place for close to 2 yrs with both of our cars the work is always done good and on time. The only thing that drives me nuts is the guy that works the front desk he is always so miserable and not happy at all. When Im spending $700 on tires I would like a good morning or a half smile at least!

Did a pre-purchase inspection here for a car that was being sold down the road. The owner here was incredibly helpful. I do not know much about cars, but he made me feel like I really knew everything about the car I wanted to buy. He showed me what has to be fixed, things that I might want fixed, how much those would cost, and how to negotiate back with the dealer. Ultimately, I bought the car much lower than the dealers asking price. Definitely get a pre-purchase inspection and if its nearby, do it here!

I am a loyal customer to Mongos because of their honesty, trustworthiness, reliability, and friendliness. I know that when I go to Mongos I wont be taken advantage of and that they will fix my car. Before becoming a loyal customer, I had issues with my car and took it to several auto shops, including the dealership and no one could figure out what was wrong with my car. I then took my car to Mongos, on recommendation from a friend, and they were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it when no one else could.

Its a family business and I have a family so i get it. But they are not honest cause they overcharge for simple things especially if you are a woman. Their mechanic is inept as well. I was stuck and pulled in cause one spark plug was not working and they wanted $600 to change the plugs . If you are honest and dont take advantage of people who you think dont know better then you will get customers by word of mouth. However trying to take advantage of people will cause the business to die.

Myself, my wife & my son have been going to Mongos for years now, just got my radiator & valve cover gasket replaced. As always they were professional and my car was taken good care of. These people are the car Drs and most importantly great people to do business with.

As a young woman that knows absolutely nothing about cars, I really felt as though the employees and owner treated me like their own daughter! They gave me fair prices, took the time to explain why they recommended I get certain things done on my car, and didnt try to get me to get unnecessary work done.

I had my wifes car there for service today. Nice clean waiting room with helpful service. The tech went over everything and made me feel secure that my wife will be safe on her upcoming trip. Price was reasonable. I will return.

We caught a flat right before leaving to Michigan for a 9 hour drive. We stopped right in Mongo’s they were fast and friendly with service. The tire was plugged in a matter of minutes. Life saver. Thank you guys

Over charge for simple stuff. I was there for tire alignment but the problem not really fix. After a week the ABS light is on and they will charge 59$ for diagnostic that.Would not recommend 👎

I want to thank mongo for an awesome job they did on my car as a single mother and new to the area Im skeptic when I have to get my car fixed, however when I brought my car in there because my tire ligt kept staying on even after I got a new tire they were able to figure out that my rim was the problem they fixed it with little cost and had it figured out in 20 minutes I was on my way. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Thank you very much for a job well done I will be bringing my car there from now on.

I have always had great experiances here with 2 different vehicles and a few different problems. They gained my trust after the first visit and I would not go anywhere else!

Worst experience ever with my timing belt replacement. Mongos replaced the timing belt and other associated items for a whopping $1000 (around) and it did not even last one year. Already the coolant and other fluids are leaking out of the water pump. I called to get an answer to this and they said they cannot do anything about it. So I understood they do not guarantee their workman ship.I later took it to Toyota and got that all taken care of. Of course I had o pay another $1000.

They were nice on the phone. Yeah they did my oil change and got it done. However they were standoffish and rude in person! Really unprofessional from what I overheard during one of their phone calls with a customer!

I cant really speak to Mongos service or work. However, I recently tried to arrange the purchase of a used car through Anthony which, ultimately, ended feeling a lot like a scam. In short, there is absolutely NO WAY I WOULD EVER DEAL WITH HIM.We negotiated a price and discussed my plans to fly up (I live in NC) to take a look at the car. Everything sounded great and I secured a loan through my credit union and booked airfare. When Anthony found out that I would be paying by a check from my FEDERAL CREDIT UNION he flipped out on me.For about 3 or 4 minutes I listened to his tyrade about how he refused to take a check. I tried to explain that I was simply not able to pay with cash and that I was really seeking a win-win situation in the simplest way possible. After reeming me out for a few minutes he literally hung up on me.I sent him message later that day stating that I respected his position and, as he suggested in his rant, would be willing to go to the bank with him to deposit the check, would wait for however many days it would take for the check to clear, then come back for the car.When I called to follow up, he told me he had sold the car the day before to somebody for more money and that he texted me that evening to let me know. He didnt text me. I found out later that he really hadnt sold the car but simply had someone interested in it. Not sure why he felt the need to not be straight with me and tell me the truth...he clearly didnt want my business.In all, this has been the most ridiculously complicated deal I have ever been involved in. And, in retrospect, I cant help but think that this whole thing is just a total scam. I would recommend being very cautious. Otherwise, if he is selling a car, you have cash, and are willing to be berated by Anthony, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.I welcome any response from Mongos as my review is 100% factual.
