I have used Bartlett for over twenty five years. We have five mature oak trees and they have always done a great job of removing dead limbs and shaping our trees. There is a big difference between Bartlett Aborist experts and other outfits that hack away at large trees and pay no attention to doing the job safely. This time it was an all female Bartlett team. They displayed the same attention to detail and expertise as past crews and did an outstanding job. You get what you pay for. They are always a pleasure to work with.

These guys (and gal) were AWESOME! Punctual, professional and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned up a ton of branches etc that dropped over the winter. I’ve never used another tree service so I don’t have much to compare but I am VERY satisfied with the work done would absolutely use again

Guy Fortner came out to give me an estimate on a fallen hackberry tree and also 2 hackberry trees still standing in the back of my yard. Guy was so professional and very kind. He gave me a quote but would not be able to send a team until November or December. One of the standing trees was already showing rot about half way up the tree. So, I found another tree service who could come the next day and take down the trees, so I went with them. I can tell you that they were not as friendly, professional and were very hard to understand.I would recommend Bartlett Tree Experts to anyone and if I have any future issues with trees, I will call Bartlett. They are very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional all in one.

We needed a pear tree trimmed that was between 2 houses and very hard to access. They used a bucket truck and Enrique did a fantastic job of cutting and shaping the tree. He really knew how to maneuver that bucket !Tree looks great, they cleaned up nicely.I would highly recommend Bartlett to anyone.

A crew of five professionals took down a very large maple behind a house and deck using a crane. There was no damage to surrounding structures or plantings. The work was careful, efficient, and most important, the workers were always safe. Cleanup was thorough.

THE BEST TREE Service by far we have used, and we have used multiple including MT Airy and Davey. We had five bids on both projects at my two properties, and they were close to the cheapest but were not the most affordable but very close. Estimate people showed up ahead of schedule A++ the workers showed up on the day they were supposed to and again also early A+++. The work performed was perfect and accurately as quoted in the bid. Cleanup and care A+++.We would recommend to anyone and will be our go-to on all tree work in future wish I had found them before.

Bartlett trimmed two large trees for us. They did an excellent job on both. The workers were very professional and responded to questions and requests promptly and courteously. They cleaned up very well and left the areas cleaner than the original condition. Overall, a great job at a reasonable price. Can recommend easily.

Bartlett Tree Service has helped my Bradford Pear Trees survive by pruning and trimming, having mechanical equipment that can reach the top of the Bradford Trees. They also analyzed the soil to diagnose the problem with my Birch Trees and applied fertilizers to revive them. They have very high degree of professionalism. Guy Fortner of the company is an expert and understands trees, especially in this area of the country. Bartlett Tree Experts are indeed experts.

We hired Bartlett to trim 2 large trees. I found them to be a very professional organization from the beginning thru the completion of work. Nothing was let for me to clean up. Work was completed in a timely and very satisfactory manner. The individuals we dealt with were extremely professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with Guy and the Bartlett Tree crews! Guy was very professional and explained what needed to be done and why with our Ash trees. The trees that needed attention were treated right away and the tree that needed to removed was taken down quickly and the area left clean of debris. I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts!

I had Guy come over and look at the work we needed done. He sent me a quotation and we scheduled the work. The crew showed up on time and, in the rain, took down a large ash and medium maple within a couple of hours. They did some additional pruning on a couple other trees. Our yard was left clean and the wood was stacked neatly. The crew was very nice and courteous. I would definitly use them again.

Bartlett Tree has knowledgeable staff arborists and they understand tree health, diseases and the best way to treat them.

They did work for our neighbors and left a big mess in the street. I have called twice and was told they would have it taken care of, but no one ever came to clean up.

Went to the website and filled out a request for contact and never heard back. Couldnt get them on the phone either.

DO NOT USE. In August 2020 I hired Bartlett Tree Experts to remove some honeysuckle along a property line for an agreed amount of $2,898 plus tax. Once the work was done, I was triple billed. When I complained about this being erroneous, Guy Fortner said that the quote was a time and materials quote (which we had discussed prior) and that $2898 was a per diem rate. However, no where is an actual rate listed, either in our prior discussions, or in our contract. All units listed are purely in USD, and NOT in USD/hour or USD/day as they should be if Guy was expecting to bill based on time and materiels. Under the “Tree and Shrub Work” section in the contract, costs should have been labeled as $USD/day, alongside an estimate of the number of days, if you were to expect us to pay that portion per day. As it reads, the cost that was approved to complete the scope of work totals to $2,898 + tax. This is what I was agreeing to and feel notably misled.I had previously used to company with great success, but apparently they have turned into an amoral operation that lies in order to extort money.

I asked for an estimate on a tree removal on April 7th. They said someone would come look at the tree to provide an estimate on April 12th. I havent heard from them since and its now April 29th. Ive sent a couple of follow up emails and left a voicemail since the 12th, and no one has even responded.
