Hoping the company actually reads this but I want to give a huge thank you to Larry with Rite Hook. He arrived way before schedule and upon arrival he was very kind, quick, and efficient. Followed us to our mechanics shop and had our vehicle delivered and dropped in less than 5 minutes. He is very good at his job and he certainly deserves some recognition. Mind you this was at almost 12am and he could have been upset he was out doing his job but instead he did it with precision, efficiency, and skill. This young man deserves to be recognized for his hard work because he easily could have been so upset that he was in the middle of nowhere at 12 am but he was so very kind. We are very thankful. Thank you Larry.

My mistake. I was stuck on the side of the road again and my insurance company tried to use them again.I thought i would give them a second chance. Dont make the same mistake I did. Almost the exact thing happened again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If your insurance trys to make you use the, tell them to use someone else. I was in need of a tow at approximately 3:30 today. I booked a tow through my insurance company, the wait was approximately 2 hrs. I waited by my truck for that amount of time. I received a call from the tow truck driver saying he was in route only to find out that they sent the wrong kind of truck. I re booked the tow, and waited another 45 minutes before trying to call the tow company. They did not answer, I called my insurance company and they had to call Right Hook towing 4 times before they even answered the phone. I then waited another 20 minutes. I then tried calling the tow truck company another two times with no answer. My insurance company is now trying to get a tow through another company because they wont answer the phone. I was hoping to get my truck towed to a local tire shop to get a new tire put on. The tire shop is now closed. I now have to get the tow to my house which is much further and going to cost me $25, along with try and get a tire put on my truck tomorrow. Do not use this company!!!

Nice driver but he took it to the wrong location did not inform the garage. Put the car took me three hours to sort it out twice had a local manager yell at me on the phone apparently they don’t care about customer service I simply will not use the space again and certainly would recommend to my insurance company drop using them

This is the second time we tired using this towing company. The 1st time wasnt a great experience but we believe in 2nd chances. This time around we were told it would be a 2hr wait. The 2hrs passed and we were told it would be another 45mins. After 3hrs of waiting they told us we cant get to you today. Not only have we wasted 3hrs but still stuck on the side of the road.

It took them a while to arrive (rush hour traffic to be considered, though), but Ty did a fantastic job. My car had a dead battery and I couldnt jump it, so State Farm sent Rite Hook out to tow my car to a mechanic and have a new battery installed. Ty was certain his jumper kit could get it going, and it sure did. He ensured that the alternator was in perfect shape and went on his way. Super professional and helpful.

Excellent service had my car hooked up in 5 minutes! Driver was awesome gave us tips on where to find parts for it very helpful!!! Will use again and this was a roadside claim but they gained a customer!

Excellent service from start to finish. Didn’t have to wait very long, driver was courteous and efficient. 10/10 would use again

Max Care called this company for me and they initially quoted them a 1 hour wait. After the hour went by and no one showed up Max Care called and Rite Hook told them they were en route and they should be to me in 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes later the driver called me and told me it would be another hour. I cancelled and called someone else on my own and they got to me in 15 minutes. If you need timely towing, call literally anyone else.

This company was assigned to our roadside request through our auto insurance company, long story short 2 hours after their ETA they called and were on the way to us. Never mind at this point. We had the insurance company cancel that request and seek another company. Moving forward, as a company, I think you guys should work on professionalism and accuracy.

Larry got here fast and got my car to the shop asap.

Owner of this company responded to my service request with AAA. He was very quick and had my car loaded and ready go in barley any time at all. He drove about hour and a half where I needed to go and was extremely professional and friendly. Really lessened my stress on a stressful day!

Got this towing company assigned, one of the worst service I have ever dealt with. They told me my car cant be towed when my car was shipped just recently from Texas to Ohio. Worthless service, rude customer service and good for nothing staff. Got another company assigned minutes later; got the car towed in less than an hour, the other company kept me in the loop, informed everything and was very polite and accommodating. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Didnt catch the guys name he was so quick, but that man earned 5 stars, African dude who towed my 01 mustang, fast, funny, professional, wasted no time at all.

State Farm road side assistance called this company to jump start my teenage sons car. They started the car and then said State Farm cancelled payment so they needed him to pay $50 cash. He only had a credit card which they refused to take. Instead, the driver followed him home and wanted $50 from me. He couldnt give me a receipt but said they would send it tomorrow. Clearly, this is not a reputable company. Thanks, State Farm!

My brother requested roadside assistance via his insurance company and Rite Hook towing was sent out. The driver arrived about 30 mins after ETA. Once driver arrived he was very unprofessional and ended up cursing at us. We told him to leave at which point he got more irrational acting and ended up threatening us, which prompted a call to the police. This is the worst towing experience Ive ever had. Avoid this tow company at all cost.

Tow was requested via State Farm website. This company was assigned within 5 minutes. I waited over an hour and never got a text or call about an ETA (last time I got one from the assigned company before getting the text from SF). After seeing the previous bad reviews for issues similar to mine (starter/alternator), I called SF back and asked them to assign a different towing company. They did. That company responded again before I heard back from SF and my car was towed in less than an hour. I didnt feel like I could give them 1 star, since I didnt actually use their service, but they should think about responding to some of their online complaints in order to gain new customers. Just my opinion.

Requested a tow through Verizon roadside assistance and unfortunately they dispatched rite hook towing company. The driver ended up damaging the car trying to hastily start it over and over even though we told him the starter had already been diagnosed as the issue and the car would not be able to start. Apparently he knew better and kept trying to start the car. Now the car has a broken ignition. This required it to get towed from our local mechanic to the dealer to repair the damage he has caused. The driver would not admit he was at fault. Do not use this tow service if you value your cars well being.

They never showed up. Did not answer my call or progressives call to see if they were on the way. I wasted a whole 1.17 hours of my life on the side of the highway facing the sun. Progressive had to send someone else.

This is the worst towing service ever. Terrible uneducated staff. Very rude and unprofessional. The idiot that answers the phones is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. I’m not surprised they only have two stars. They had us waiting on a tow truck that never showed up and then when we called to see what was going on they were rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend using this service. You will be highly disappointed.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. So unprofessional. Hung up on me twice. Waited 3 hours until I called back to tell me that they wouldn’t tow my car.

I would not give them a star if you pay me to but this is the only way that I could do a review. They are dumb. We gave them the name of the car that need to be towed three times with all the information but they drove around looking for the wrong car. I call them back and they told me that they will be there to pick up another car. When I Told them what car they should be picking up, They told me thats not the car that they are picking up.

Except for the fact that they kept promising me that they would be there in 20 minutes (I waited for 3 hours in a bad part of town), the driver was a very nice young man and very professional.

David black came to tow my car due to a faulty starter (battery is fine, everything turns on just starter will not turn over. david turned my key probably 50 times in very quick succession, over and over stating that “if you do it enough it will just turn over” i asked if he could just tow it because i tried several times to get it to turn over during the past day and a half that it’s been stuck. he refused and kept going.next morning, the mechanic calls me and says the ignition won’t turn at all and now i need to tow it to the dealer to fix the ignition!!! after just needing a tow for a starter! i have video proof of david turning the key over and over. i also have a mechanic write up from a few days prior saying nothing was wrong with the car except a semi faulty starter.verizon wireless roadside assistance is saying they aren’t liable and so is david black so i am out an extra $1,200 after the extra tow, rental car, and ignition repair

This company may not be legal. My car was towed from the driveway next door, within 5 minutes, could I moved my car out my driveway so a llady could jump her car.Ive 2 timeline showing the time and 911 call. David Black claim to be the owner. Note: they only except CASH.
