Its a crying shame how the system here will rip you off. Im owed money for a over payment they refuse to release my money owed an its holding up my income tax money. Apparently within the system they dont communicate with each other. I wouldnt suggest you dont move here if you ever have a issue concerning the family courts. Smh. Cant wait to get away from here. No stars is given from me but you have to at least have 1 on here. Lies.

Cant contact non compliance dept. State is non compliant but all avenues of contact are shut down. Well Im back again i am now searching for civil rights attorney that id not afraid of child support. As of right now child support has been allowed yo be non compliant for over a year. And when i requested an administrative hearing, I was told they dont have the authority to even hear my case.

Im always given the run around, my paper work is constantly lost in the shuffle, rude telephone operators. I live in va so dealing with these people is never easy and is always an all day sitting by the phone process or im left wit spending my time and money faxing paper work just to be told they dont have it. I would give 0 stars but fortunate for them Google requires one

They’ve always tracked down my child’s father (obligor) and have gotten the payments for my child. As well as tax offsets. He changes jobs often (gets fired or quits) but they manage to find him at each new job. They’ve been extremely helpful because he has never willingly made a payment or reported his income. They find him though and they get what is owed to my child. Every time I’ve spoken with them they’ve always been very polite and helpful. 6 years now and I have absolutely no complaints.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have called numerous times for weeks and left messages yet my case worker has not once answered the phone or called me back. I have physically been there to turn in paperwork and the lady at the front desk told me not to worry about it that they would send me papers to fill out which I never received but weeks later I did receive something from them saying my case was denied for review because I did not turn in the paperwork needed. They have now suspended my drivers license which means I cannot get to work yet I can’t talk to them to be able to get this straightened out.

They have really changed I like their rule a worker will be out to get you in 15 minutes or less they really be on that time frame. It works better that way instead of having people sit there all day getting angry and upset. This was the child support part I dont know about the rest of the building and what applies

Everyone​ I have spoken with or dealt with has been very helpful and knowledgeable. My calls were handled in a reasonable amount of time and when Ive been down Its taken longer to find parking then to get in and out.

This child support agency is a damn joke. They dont make the dead beat parent pay child support. Ive done their job for them by giving addresses and where the other works at everything and they still cant find him. Seriously? They dont do a damn thing but sit on their ass down there. They dont deserve the money they get paid to work there. Ive had a case with them for 10 years and my childs father has made like maybe 10 payments and they do nothing g about it except suspend his license. Well guess what he has 9 driving under suspension charges and that still dont stop him from driving. Great job Hamilton county child support agency your not making a bit of a difference. $15,000 behind and still counting.

Person that answered the phone made me feel like I was bothering him. I needed a web id number to follow my payments on line.

Working 1 full time job could not cover my personal expenses and child support, so now that I have part time job as well, the county/state starts automatically taking money out of my part time job as well. I am not in a rearage and never was. They claim that its setup to automatically do this when my name gets reported thru the state with another and that they cant do anything about it. So they are getting double payments from me and it taking well over 2 months for them to stop it. I even called them before I started my 1st day at part time job to let them know not to garnish my wage from that job and it still happened. Im extremely disappointed and have made over 6 phone calls down there in the past 2 months to fix this issue.

Id give negative stars if it would let me!This is seriously the biggest joke as far as child advocating goes. My case has been open for well over a year and was transferred over from Indiana where it had been established for many years. They know and have been able to contact my childs father but yet nothing has been done. Not a single dime received, let a long instructions on how to keep the case moving. Paperwork was filled out correctly and submitted. They lost documents. I have had 2 different case managers and neither one has done a thing towards my case. I call and leave voicemails requesting an update and will not hear back for weeks, if at all.If you are assigned Ms. Chiappone or Mr. Bradshaw, I highly suggest that you request another case manager. Neither one should be working in this type of field.

When I call them and I cant remember my pin, they say to call another number to change my pin. When I call the new number, they tell me that I have to call the number that Im on the line with!

Support order was supposed to start on May 1st. Their technician did not properly complete paperwork so it is now August 8th & nothing has happened yet. Same technician has had made multiple errors with my paperwork causing the delay in payments. I feel sorry for anyone one dealing with this agency that doesnt have a little cash in the bank. Apparently they either hire poorly or do not train well.

If you plan on getting your child support actually paid, just quit now. The other party gets babied because they just dont like working. And thats a good enough excuse for Hamilton County to not go after them.

We have an interstate support order due to living in different states, and every single time my sons dad quits paying, they completely ignore my local case workers attempts at gaining information. The only way I get anything out of them is to contact them myself, and even then I get a huge attitude problem from them because I should be contacting my case worker in Pennsylvania. Well maybe if you all did your job I wouldnt have to go out of my way to make you guys do your job! 6 months of non payment, and they dont do a darn thing until I start bugging them myself.

This service provider lacks ANY consistency, organization, or problem solving when is comes to dispersing the child support payments to my bank account. I have been overdrawn at my bank MULTIPLE times because of this insane instability. The HCCS Service uses one out of three repetitive excuses. 1. Its the United States Postal Services fault. 2. Its the employers fault. (even though fathers business is direct deposit on the same days each month) 3. The paperwork cant be found. How do we get these problems addressed?

How does my paperwork keep getting lost?? FOR SIX YEARS I have been sending the same paperwork OVER AND OVER AND OVER. It has been sent via UPS, DHL, USPS Return Receipt, FEDEX and ALL of them have tracking numbers and signatures proving delivery but NOPE they say that they still dont have them. I have had VA (interstate case) open this case at least 7 or 8 times over the last 6 years and Hamilton KEEPS closing it saying theyre not getting needed paperwork. I have NEVER seen an office this lazy or disorganized. My sons deadbeat father owes over 68k in arrears and they make NO EFFORT AT ALL to find him or settle this. If you had a kid in Ohio and want child support just give up. Its not going to happen.UPDATE! I have now been told by Hamilton County CSE employees We dont even have to talk to you about this if we dont want to, were doing YOU a favor when I asked if there was any update on my case and why the paperwork was sent back YET AGAIN. Finally heard from VA supervisor and she said that Ohio will not accept my paperwork if my address is listed as private unless I have a protective order. So hell have access to my address while Im being told that Im lucky to be spoken to and I have no right to any info on him. Lovely.

My child support dispersment is not consistant even though it gets pulled out of his check the same days each month, there is no one answering the phone because it is always busy I have called and called for 30 minutes plus and it never rings just stays busy so you can never actually reach a person. I have seperate account for my child support to pay for activities and such, it has not received a deposit in over a month and I cannot get in contact with anyone to find out why, they payment was received so why has my child not got her payment, if you can get your child support set up any place else do it, Hamilton County is a JOKE!!

Avoid this location at all costs!Very disappointed in Ohio-regarding Hamilton countys child support office and operations. Ive been paying child support for 7 years and it has never been harder to make a payment for my child then it is currently. A few years ago Hamilton county child support went paperless ( sounds good but totally isnt. -Long story ).Then they decided to move into 222 central parkway. This is the job and family services building which is an absolute mad house! U have to pay to park, and its almost impossible to get a spot considering this building is directly across the street from 2 courthouses and a casino. Not to mention a jail.Then u basically get strip searched upon entering the building. After putting ur clothes back on in front of an entire floor of people, u must find the elevator on the other side of the building. Go to floor 3. There will be a dry erase board or a piece of paper on the door that states the office is closed for Balancing?Please wait here if u would like to make a payment. Do not move from the door or every deadbeat thats behind on his support that comes out of that elevator will cut in front of u. There is a security guard in the office but he is there only to hit on the blonde cashier who takes the paymentS. If u plan to pay with a credit card, u will be hit with a charge per every $50.Depending on a 3rd party to hand your money to your kids is embarrassing enough. Hamilton county child support, adds insult to injury by having obligors struggle through this horrible scenario.

Hamilton County child support is a JOKE!!! Because I actually work, have 2 of my kids, have a single income household while my ex husband is married, has a two income household, has one of the kids, Hamilton County now orders him to pay $4 a week in child support. Nothing they do makes any sense! !! !!!!!!! I make $2 more an hour than he does people! !!! Seriously corrupt!!!!
