12/15/20 I entered the store at 1PM with 6 customers ahead of me in a small enclosed space. I was dismayed to see a middle-aged man not wearing a mask. Another man entered not wearing a mask. I left. I called the owner to let him know the Governor of Ohio has mandated masks in an enclosed business. He started to argue and there isnt anything to argue about. UPS Store is out of compliance. Health department needs to be notified. Photos are available.I read your response and you do not have required employee, according to OH law,overseeing the situation and reminding customers to wear a mask. Another customer wearing a mask pointed out and wondered why the man in the photo was not wearing a mask. Everyone must follow Ohio law, every day, every hour, during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed a box to ship a larger guitar and case. They were able to skillfully repurpose a box to the exact dimensions I needed.

Always friendly and Ive never had any issues. The lady was so helpful to make sure Amazon gives my money back in a timely manner. As she mentioned they will send the package the same day.

Paid for overnight shipping and it arrived 2 days later. Called to see if I can get a refund of the overnight shipping and then pay for the 2 day shipping since that’s how it arrived. Was told my overnight was not guaranteed to arrive the next day, however I was not told that when I paid the $33 for overnight shipping. I paid for a service I did not receive.

I came here to purchase a label to ship a gift, but little did I know what I’d get. Not only was I able to ship my package quickly, I also made new friends. Bobby and Bhavisha are very friendly and you can tell they really care about their customers and their packages. Highly Recommended.

Always friendly and Ive never had any issues. I understand charges when they occur because their time and equipment costs them money as well.

Beware. If you have an electronic label they will NOT print it for you without charging you an extra buck fifty on top of the shipping youve already paid for. Complete scam. Ironically if you print your own label and bring your package in they print you a receipt on the SAME EXACT label paper and ink...for free. Duh! Print the label and email the customer the receipt!!! I wouldnt use UPS at all if I didnt have to for my business. Find another place to drop off your UPS shipments.

I have had nothing but the absolute BEST SERVICE at this UPS store!!! The staff is always so friendly and VERY helpful!! I do a LOT of shipping through this UPS facility to Locations all over the United States as well as multiple packages and mailings to Beijing, China over this past year. EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED ONTIME AS PREDICTED AND WITH NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER. I am so happy that this store is located so close to my neighborhood.

Every staff member was very friendly. One was especially very nice and professional-Connor was his name. Definitely will return.

Bhavisha and Bobby are always friendly and very helpful. I am here almost every day to drop off packages for my business and they are always a bright spot in my day. I also buy stamps here and can drop my mail off if needed. Very convenient location!

This place is amazing the workers are super nice and the customer service is amazing they had my package shipped within 30 min.

Staff was very helpful in packing and shipping an item for my in-laws. Package arrived to them the very next morning. Less than 24 hours later!

Do not go they dont care about anyone, I talked to the owner and he told me he dont work for UPS, he gave me a 1-800 number good luck getting someone on the phone. The lady that was in front of me the owner told her he had no ideal when her package would be sent.

The most convenient UPS store location for me also happens to be one of the best UPS stores I have ever used! Parking is convenient and staff is very friendly and helpful. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, and they deserve every bit of the five star rating I gave them!

Do not ship from here! They will try to flustered you into paying money that is not needed. Buyer be aware. Be very aware.

I ship a few boxes every month and wouldnt go anywhere else! They are super nice and get me in and out without any hassel. Only ups I will go to.

I can’t recommend this location enough. Top notch service with every visit. The staff is always so kind and polite. I ship out multiple packages weekly, and they make things very easy. Very quick and very efficient. I highly recommend this location.

Couldn’t recommend this store enough! We were able to print out all our wedding materials here (save the dates, invites, programs, thank you cards and more)! It was a great alternative to ordering online. And the friendly staff is a huge plus!

Super helpful. Whatever you need done, they will find a way. They also design invitations for parties and weddings. Great staff and customer service.

After 2 lost packages, and the rudest customer experience I of all the other locations I will not be using this store. From now on, Ill drive to the beechmont UPS. I would caution any who use this location.

One of the worst customer service experiences of recent memory. The staff treated me with absolutely no respect and demonstrated 0 Customer service skills. A simple apology or any slight effort to remedy my situation would have been acceptable. Instead I was blamed for the issue and simply told its not their fault. This is the 3rd time I have had an issue with this store and we will never return. I urge anyone on the east side to visit the Beechmont location or pick a different shipping provider all together if you would like to be treated with courtesy and respect. The sarcasm and arrogance displayed by the staff was simply unacceptable.

Had a drop off shipment. If I didnt use maps to direct me, I probably would not have found the store easily.
