Let me thank Google search for finding Kramers Sew & Vac. Heres my story fellow crafter and quilters.  Since covid 19 my creativity side exploded and I invested in a Singer 4452 sewing machine, and after passionately falling in love with sewing a year later I said Im ready to get a real sewing machine. After much internet research on all the different types of Beastly sewing machines, my heart ❤ and eyes 👀 locked on the Bernina 790 Plus Crystal Edition. I was in love and had to have it Lol. Aside from the amazing sewing machines at Kramers, let me tell you about their amazing team of Faithful Busy Bees. The people who work there are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. But most of all here is why you can go and trust the people working there...they dont hustle or pressure you to buy ; if anything they give you brochures and tell you here look at it and think about.Anitra Gardner is your superwoman 🦸‍♀️ lady expert in sales..Susan True is one of many great teachers who will teach you about your machine along with free lessons when you buy the machine there.Tracey another sweetheart who teaches, and Emily is just full of smiles and energy...all the employees are fantastic and honestly thats why I bought the machine from Kramers.  I could have gone anywhere else but I chose Kramers because of their dedication to customer service satisfaction and appreciation.  They appreciate their customers and really arent after selling to sell, but selling to guarantee satisfaction with what you purchase. Real people, with real hearts to make their customers happy. So if your in the market to buy sewing machine or vacuums or even sewing furniture stop by Kramers. I drove an hour and was happy I did. Plus they offer financing on most of their products. Hope this review helps someone 😊 .

I found Kramers Sew & Vac. through a google search after I angrily picked up my STILL broken Oreck vacuum from a different retailer (who held it captive for over three weeks- blaming the slow moving supply chain on Covid...which, I know has sadly effected many businesses and is why I allowed weeks to pass without doubt. Then when I was told that the cord replacement was not going to come after all....I lost my patience, rescued my vacuum and called Kramers!!!!)When I walked into Kramers Sew & Vac., I was immediately greeted by smiling faces and then introduced to Patrick, the vacuum expert. I told Patrick all about the awful experience I had with the other vacuum retailer...he listened and then asked if he could have 10-15 minutes to look over my vacuum- I said of course and then took a walk around the shopping center. Ten minutes later, Patrick called me to tell me he fixed my vacuum!!!!! I was thrilled! He did not have to order a special cord from Oreck- he was able to use a generic cord as a replacement and it worked beautifully! He charged me pennies and then kindly thanked me for my business. Kramers is solid. Do not hesitate to bring your vacuum in for service or repairs. Top notch customer care and service. Thank you, Patrick!

I have had my Bernina sewing machine serviced at Kramer’s. They do an excellent job every time. My machine is an older model and they have been very good about contacting Bernina to ask about replacing my sewing plate which was lost in a move. Thank you to all the Kramer employees!

Great store.

All of the people here are extremely kind and very awesome to work with. My wife has had normal issues with her embroidery machine and every time weve brought it in they have been awesome and work with every time. I would highly recommend them to anyone for purchasing a new machine or repairs on your current machine.

All the staff at Kramer’s are friendly and helpful. I have bought two machines there and the free class is worth every minute.

I went to Kramers for a vacuum cleaner belt. The vacuum repair man was out today but the lady who helped me was very persistent in finding the right vacuum belt for me. I left the store a happy customer with the vacuum cleaner belt I needed.

The people were very sweet and knowledgeable about the products. There was no pressure to purchase anything, even though we did, but they wanted to make sure we got the correct machine for our needs.

Its great to have people that know what theyre talking about when it comes to sewing and other crafting machines.

They did an awesome job sharpening by kitchen knives and sewing scissors, but trashed my serrated knives!Basically have to buy a new bread knife and tomato knife now. I would have preferred that they had been open with me about not having the right equipment for serrated knives, rather than ruining the blade with a straight knife sharpener. (The edge of the knife is straight now - they sharpened off the bread/tomato knife shape.)Still recommend for affordable knife/scissor sharpening with a quick turnaround time! But don’t risk it if you have anything but a basic paring or chef’s knife.

They are professional and good. They know the machines. They even serviced a 50+ year old Singer!

Staff is knowledgeable and professional. They are truly a hands on with customer needs and the store, classes along with trainings are wonderful!

I received wonderful service from Kramers today. The service tech went above and beyond to get my machine fixed so I could take it with me. Going without a sewing machine is NOT fun! I drive from Kentucky because this store is amazing!

They are warm and friendly and do an excellent job of whatever it is that you need. Very nice to do business with.

To whom it may concern. Im the owner of a Brother sewing machine purchase back in 1970s which it still runs great today. However I needed some Bob and so Kramer Sew and Vac at them in stock. While I was there the clerk gave me a world wind tour of the later-model machines. He not only demonstrated it but also explained the difference in the features between the low-end and high-end therefore as soon as I break this machine I will stop back and make a purchase. The clerk and I had an enjoyable conversation

I have done business with Kramers for 10 years. Not only do they sell and maintenance, they teach too! Their knowledge, customer service is outstanding. They do their best to answer questions both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend them.

Awesome service. Tremendous value. Brought in a Hoover vacuum with the self-propelled mechanism not working. Couldnt even push the thing around the room to say nothing of being self-propelled. The owner looked at it immediately. Within 10 minutes I walked out the door with a perfectly running vacuum for just $20 including a couple new parts and labor! That is service and value!

Kramers has been nothing but wonderful in helping me purchase a new sewing machine and all of the fun software that goes along with it. They know what they are talking about, great at teaching you so you know what your talking about and they have the best prices around. They cant be beat in all they offer from products to customer service. I would recommend them to everyone I know not only for sewing but also for the purchase and repair of vacuum cleaners!!!

Over the years Ive bought sewing/embroidery machines and software. The staff is top notch. Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Also service is great and they will work with you until you feel comfortable with any purchase.

I took my pawn shop purchased Brother LS590 which is like the most basic zigzag showing machine you can buy. I paid $40 for it & thought it was out of time. I went in & explained that the last time I used the machine I was using it on velcro with glue on the back side for a magnetic screen doorThe glue stuck to the needle & other parts which I believe caused it to bird nest on the bottom of the stitchAfter looking at it Dave adjusted the tension & threaded my machine visually checking the timing & it sewed straight line & zigzag flawlessly. Chalk it up to operator error. I apparently fixed my issue myself by just cleaning my machine with Goo Gone! He didnt charge me & I appreciated the little bit of education I received.. Great store & very knowledgeable. At least Dave is, very kind as well.

My husband and I went to Kramers looking for a vacuum. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we needed. They offer repairs in-house, so if we should ever have a problem its nice to know we can take it down the street rather than ordering a part online and trying to fix it ourselves. We loved interacting with the staff - very friendly people!

I cleaned the filters and brush bar on my DC 14 Animal over the weekend and the brush would not turn after I reassembled it. I spoke to Dyson and they said it was the clutch. I knew that it was highly improvable so I called once again to get a reputable service company. I was given a list and Kramers was one of the companies. I called Kramers over the weekend only to find that the tech for the day had no knowledge of Dyson machines. I was told that if I took it in on Monday, they could do a tuneup for 50.00. After a bit more talking, I was told they could do a mini tuneup for 25.00 so the other tech could check it out. On Monday, I drove out to Montgomery only to find that they were too busy to even look at the head which is 3 screws to disassemble. I found I could leave the Dyson and face a charge of $130.00. Needless to say, I left rather upset with the customer service. This place is in business to take advantage of people and from the looks of things, the clientele is elderly!If you are looking for a reputable service dealer go to Kirkwoods on Montgomery Road. The employee there, looked at the Dyson. After literally 2 minutes, he came back out, showed me that there was a build up of dust around a small piece which would not allow the brush to engage. Moreover, this young man did not even charge me a cent. I am grateful for this type of service because I knew there was nothing that incredibly wrong. I will be reviewing them also.I returned home with my working Dyson. I was upset with all the waste of time so I called Kramers to let them know what had just happened and the clerk had the audacity to tell me I was being rude! For Shame...For Shame...For Shame! I will make sure everyone I know pass them up for any service!

I enjoyed talking with them about the different products and they were very helpful and I learned a lot. I orginally took my Brother sewing machine which has an automatic threader, in for repair and found out that it was a very out dated sewing machine and it could not be repaired. So I took home and thought about how long I had had it and decided to go back and purchase a new Brothers sewing machine from Kramers. I havent had a chance to use it yet, but I will be using it tomorrow!Update, I love my new sewing machine. The automatic threader is very confusing, but I can actually thread it most of the time with out the automatic threader and when I cant, I use my old fashion needle threader.

This is the best sewing dealership that I have ever dealt with! I bought my Bernina from them and also my Miele Vac and the after-sales has been the greatest. I have been able to learn my free motion quilting with so much ease.....they answer on facebook and on email very quickly! Kudos to the best sewing team in OH.....BTW: they called me with a machine (used) that I was looking for and gave me a super price!
