If you are selling a home, do not sign a contract with Rakesh Ram. He will tell you how great it is that he works for the buyer and seller. To translate, that means he’s working to sell your house as fast as he can for quick cash. He has only his own best interest in mind. He is selling by volume and couldn’t care less about taking the time to sell your home at a fair price. Rakesh will badger you to sign off on every lowball offer from the buyer, so he can turn over your property quickly. Thus, if you are the seller, he is your adversary, NOT a realtor you can trust! He is not truthful about his tactics. You will need a trusted attorney to assist you in getting anything close to a fair deal from this scam artist realtor. Rakesh Ram is extremely difficult to work with and unprofessional.
